26/12/2025: Around a hundred pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven. It was delicious and comforting. A great place!

17/10/2025: We ordered pasta with mushrooms and a pizza with potatoes. The pasta was not even cooked al dente, and the sauce was cream and not the typical Italian sauce of parmesan and pasta water, and it was a very small portion. The pizza dough was chewy and very small, there was not much flavor in it and we were not full in any way. I will NEVER buy food there again.

14/03/2026: Disappointing stay – poor cleaning I stayed at Scandic Ringsted from March 12 to March 13, 2026, which was unfortunately a disappointing experience. The room appeared worn in several places with missing paint on the door frames and a very worn floor. The cleaning was also unsatisfactory – there was lint under the bed, old cobwebs in several corners and stubble in the shower from a previous guest. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately that does not change the fact that the stay overall did not meet the standard I expected.

16/10/2025: I never thought there could be such delicious Japanese food here in Solrød. The lemonade tastes heavenly, the food is super nice, and the interior is just so cozy and stylish. And the little boy who serves is so friendly and responsible. It really is a little treasure of a restaurant! We will definitely come back 😍

05/11/2025: Bisque is a cozy little cafe where you can paint ceramics. There is always good service from the staff. And the options are many. Highly recommended if you want to be creative for a few hours. Ps if you come on weekdays in the morning it is much quieter.

22/10/2025: Pleasant and good experience. It actually gave quite nice results after firing the created porcelain even though we had no prerequisites for the work.

17/03/2026: For the price it's not worth it. The room was nice but small. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. The location is nice. It doesn't feel luxurious enough for the price you pay.

23/12/2025: The pizza was tasty, I personally found the burger wet and lacking any flavor and falling to pieces which wasn’t enjoyable (the bun is nice and fluffy tho) I personally couldn’t finish it the burger patty turned out to be mushy. The fries have a texture like it was reheated I’m sorry to say and we ended up not eating them in the end as they were unpleasant.

24/11/2025: Super nice little bakery with a good selection of tasty bread. The staff is welcoming and it just smells lovely when you walk in the door.

22/10/2025: We had reserved the party room for 20 people. It was nicely decorated and we had a fantastic fish buffet - including delicious and tasty pan-fried large fish fillets. For coffee there were 2 lovely homemade cakes and various cheeses. Everything lived up to our expectations and we can definitely recommend Restaurant Sommers

05/10/2025: A lunch buffet with only one kind of meat (meatballs) and a boring chicken salad (not homemade) otherwise only fish, and lots of mayonnaise 😳 no cheese, you can't call that a buffet 🤨

23/12/2025: I went with my boyfriend and he ordered a matcha latte in Danish (since I don't speak the language). The girls working there gave us a vanilla latte instead. When I realized the mistake, I told the person at the register that there had been an error with an order, and the girl, very confident and even a little arrogant, denied that my boyfriend had ordered a matcha when I definitely could hear it. Obviously they didn't offer us any solution or even comment on the matter; what a shame about the service. 🤐

16/11/2025: Cozy large café. Nice atmosphere.

02/03/2026: It's not often I give a review. But there is almost no salad in the durum I bought. Of that, only the lettuce. The meat has a rubbery texture. Too bad because it is otherwise a nice place but with the worst durum mix I have ever tasted. Couldn't finish it. Take it closer to the station.

24/11/2025: It is the best place in Roskilde it is a pure taste experience and the prices are good and buy a Turkish bread with chili ketchup
