19/07/2025: I always get my food delivered so I can't really comment on the atmosphere, but their delivery could be a little better, let's say you order lunch at 12:00 and the food always arrives a little late, it arrives 15-20 minutes after it should have been there! They could do a little better. Otherwise, there's really nothing to be mad about.

30/06/2025: This little eatery is located on the south corner as you enter the shopping area down Kordilgade. It is an excellent welcoming to the rows of shops down this way. Just inside, you're able to easily select your meal from the boards listing their sandwiches and other fare. Prices are clearly marked. The staff are polite and helpful. The sandwiches themselves are delicious and well made - layered perfectly with fresh veggies and your selection of meat (or vegan) options. We also tried their iced coffees which were exceptionally delightful. A well blended pick-me-up for some early afternoon shopping. We'll definitely be stopping in again the next time we're in the area. Tak for mad!

19/10/2025: Lovely Mexican food with delicious guacamole and salsa. The only thing that could have been better was the small corn cobs, which were unfortunately soft instead of crispy and boring in taste. The service was top notch. Very polite service and both food and drinks came relatively quickly. They asked if you were satisfied with what was served, and if you wanted coffee or dessert afterwards. The atmosphere was super cozy with pictures and paintings from Mexico on the walls..It was also decorated cozy and on several levels. Definitely a place that can withstand multiple visits, if you, like me, like Mexican and a little spicy food.☺

19/10/2025: We were here on a Saturday for weekend brunch. Previously this brunch has been really delicious, but now it is a tame experience. The buffet is quite limited and at 11:30 (there is a buffet until 13:00), some of the poor selection looked a bit "tired". It's nice that you get your own drinks - make sure the brunch buffet has something other than herbal tea for tea drinkers, an English breakfast tea is the minimum. They quickly ran out of the most popular dish on the buffet: scrambled eggs with sausage and bacon - it took about 15 minutes before there were a few new bowls again. It's not good on a Saturday during the autumn holidays, when the house was full. After they moved the payment down to the entrance, you have to queue both to get in and in the same queue to pay. It worked much better when payment was made at the counter. It's really a shame that Café Korn has fallen into the "optimization trap" to such an extent that the premises are the best part of the experience. They used to have lovely food made from good ingredients, now it's all a bit shabby and tacky. The food - what was now on the buffet - was pretty ok, but the overall experience was poor. To the extent that several guests commented on this while we were there. It's a shame, Café Korn!

15/10/2025: Ordered takeaway. A bit boring food, got french fries instead of the ordered potatoes and the Burning Love was cold, there wasn't much meat in it and then we found a shrimp in it!

03/09/2025: Really bad experience with Bisque Roskilde I come from Copenhagen to pick up my ceramics, which is a birthday present. Of course I check the website and opening hours before I make the long journey, but I am still greeted with a closed sign as the store is being rebuilt. This was not stated on their website, although the staff says it is on their website when I show up. I call the store and am not met with empathy from the staff over the phone who say they really need to update the website if they are closed for several days. I have to take the long and expensive way home again. Super not optimal for a student who wanted to give a birthday present on time :(((( Can't recommend it less

26/07/2025: Very disappointed – poor handling and lack of respect for the customer's time and effort I had a really bad experience with Bisque in Roskilde. In April, I painted a cup in the store with a friend – an experience we had been looking forward to. About two weeks later, I got a call and was informed that my cup had broken during firing. It was of course disappointing, and I was also told that I could get my money back if I came into the store. I asked myself if I could take the cup home instead of throwing it away. The employee said yes and said that the cup would be put in the bag with my friend's cup. When I later went all the way from Greater Copenhagen to Roskilde to pick up the cup, I was told that I was not allowed to take it home anyway – because I had gotten my money back and because Bisque usually exhibits defective items. I saw the cup I had painted: It was completely intact, but had a mark on the outside from having been in contact with another object during firing. I assume the kiln was packed too tightly. The refund was referred to as “compensation”. However, it was never mentioned that it was conditional on me not being allowed to bring the cup – and I was never given the option of, for example, a partial refund or another solution. It was a clear breach of the telephone agreement. I left disappointed. I subsequently contacted Bisque again and pointed out that as the author I have the rights to the work I have created and that it may not be kept or discarded without my consent. Their response? That their “procedure” is more important than the consideration for the individual customer. They referred to the Danish Sales Act and possible safety problems (since the cup is no longer food-approved), even though I had explicitly said that I only wanted it as a decoration or souvenir – not for food. I even offered to pay part of the amount back just to get the work I had spent time and creative energy on delivered. This was flatly rejected. It honestly seems completely absurd that Bisque so stubbornly refuses to deliver a defective cup, which has zero value to them – but high personal value to me. This despite the fact that I have clearly stated that I do not consent to exhibition or other use, which they themselves had otherwise mentioned as a possibility. The most disappointing thing is not the cup itself, but the way the matter has been handled: No willingness to be flexible. No recognition of the broken promise. No respect for the customer's time and experience. I have gone back and forth twice and have ended up with a standardized refusal and a refund that does not even cover the overall experience – and which I was promised was compensation. It should have been a matter that could be resolved easily and amicably – but Bisque has unfortunately chosen procedures and principles over real customer service. I therefore cannot recommend the place.

12/08/2025: Very nice people, great value for money. The mixed salad was actually quite green by Danish standards. Arugula and iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, and onion, and plenty of it. The medium pizza had a generous topping, making it almost impossible to finish; it was very tasty. The interior was more of a takeaway experience, but the terrace was very nice. A lot of people came by to pick up their food, which also speaks volumes about the quality.

08/08/2025: Super cozy with a lovely atmosphere. The owner is super sweet and they simply make the best durum I've tasted in a long time 💪 Nice that they don't splash everything in dressing and they use good ingredients.. I highly recommend

13/10/2025: We stayed here during the autumn break - for a fairly fair price for one night. The rooms were good - we had a "normal" and a "deluxe" room - it is in no way worth paying extra for a better room because the standard is the same. The hotel is located in a very quiet area with good parking - even a Norlys lightning charger right at the entrance. BUT!!! The breakfast buffet was a somewhat mixed experience - Chocolate mousse that was too old (inedible), reheated (hard) pancakes with a strange unrecognizable aftertaste - no orange juice... On the other hand, there was delicious freshly baked bread - but overall probably the worst breakfast I have experienced at Scandic over the years.
