13/02/2026: The staff is friendly and can communicate in English. The food is quite good and reasonably priced.

08/11/2025: Very disappointed. We ordered hamburgers which was a big disappointment not only that the meat was completely watery and tasteless but it didn't come with fries. Fries cost 40 SEK each and even they didn't taste good. The fries tasted like cheap freezer damaged fries that you bought at Lidl for 15 bucks. I don't think it's worth eating considering the price.

12/10/2025: The absolute best pizza I've ever had and I've still had quite a few in my 50 years. Too bad I live in Stockholm. Next time I'm in Skåne, this pizzeria is a definite stop. /Alexander A

25/04/2025: Went into the backery/restaurant after a stormy walk on the beach. I didn’t expect much, because it’s only a small but lovely village. The food in the restaurant was outstanding! Even simple dishes like salad, toast or noodles with tomato sauce tasted exceptionally! The best dish we had were the shrimps with aioli, incredibly fresh seafood. I have read some negative feedback on the service and I cannot verify that. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great lunch experience on September 6th! Thank you so much.

01/09/2025: Lovely cafe located in the most beautiful surroundings by Jels lake. Suitable for both a la carte and parties. The staff are young people at STU who are passionate about their work.

25/08/2025: Lovely place in Southern Jutland where you can row a canoe from one lake to a larger lake.🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️ there is also a bathing jetty/slide inside Jels.🏊‍♂️

20/03/2025: I'm out with the boys, on my way to see Mr. sui. We think "hey let's get a pizza". The price outside does not match the real price inside. We receive the pizzas after a medium-long waiting time. The prices are Copenhagen decent, but the drink prices when it comes to offers are poppin. In addition, the pizza is a square piece of foccacia with the normal topping on it. Thanks.

21/07/2025: A nice cafe and bakery and virtually the only place open on a Saturday afternoon. They had very reasonably priced iced coffee. Their pastries were filled with lots of cream. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor.

29/09/2025: We had been recommended the place by a local, and happily went out to the marina, hungry and excited about what lunch had to offer. According to the information on the place, it was open. When we arrive, we immediately sense that the place is closed due to private events. Which is completely fair! 🤗 We enter and are confirmed that the place is closed for the season a week before, which was not apparent either on Google or here in maps. What a shame! One wish from here is that Mågen will adjust its opening hours after the high season in the future, so that no more people go in vain. Two ⭐️⭐️ for the sweet waiters who greeted us with a smile. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the atmosphere in the place, where it seemed like people were really enjoying themselves. The building itself is nothing to shout hooray for. I hope to come back to Mågen one day in the future, when it is open 😉
