03/10/2025: Sticks’n’Sushi delivers on every level—flavor, atmosphere, and service. The sets we ordered were perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. The starters were a textural delight, leading into sushi that was fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. The grilled yakitori skewers were the highlight—smoky, juicy, and so satisfying, especially when paired with warm sake that rounded out the meal wonderfully. The service was outstanding—attentive without being overbearing, personable, and genuinely welcoming, which made the dining experience feel special. Sticks’n’Sushi is the kind of place that makes you want to linger, savor, and come back again soon. A must-visit in Copenhagen if you love Japanese cuisine with a Danish touch.

05/08/2025: Ordered sticks and sushi for delivery, but unfortunately something was missing from the order. Called the restaurant and they were really nice – apologized right away, even though it was a mistake from the delivery and not theirs. Sent out a new order right away. That's just great service! The food was of course delicious as always, which is why I keep ordering from there. Big praise from here!

23/12/2025: The pizza was tasty, I personally found the burger wet and lacking any flavor and falling to pieces which wasn’t enjoyable (the bun is nice and fluffy tho) I personally couldn’t finish it the burger patty turned out to be mushy. The fries have a texture like it was reheated I’m sorry to say and we ended up not eating them in the end as they were unpleasant.

12/07/2025: Delicious coffee from their own roastery. You can also buy some accessories for the coffee. You also have the opportunity to buy freshly roasted coffee to take home and tea if you are into that. Other things are also sold such as t-shirts with the logo and coffee cups and other small items that certainly support the local coffee shop running around.

25/11/2025: The best Christmas party we've had to date. Real value for money. A cornucopia of delicious wines, snacks, fantastic food, delicious drinks (surprisingly large selection for a "fixed price") and of course superb service. Right from our first contact by email to menu planning to reception and execution at the address. We are blown away. Dance floor and bar in the basement. Look forward to going :)

23/08/2025: Private dining at its best. Right from the moment we were welcomed with champagne, the delicious snacks and the dinner itself, the quality was absolutely top notch. The waiters were very attentive and if you wanted something other than champagne to drink they were ready with special tasty juices or anything else that might tempt you. We had a 4 course menu with really good wines. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening.

08/09/2025: I have never been to a “restaurant” where you have to come up to the counter and order your food. The restaurant is more like a canteen, with 4 sweet waiters who really want to serve customers at the table and take orders, but were prevented by the head waiter because it has to go through their computer…. You are even asked to “when you know what you want, just come in and order” The food is mediocre, but a big disappointment for the price. Super bad service, but not the waiters’ fault.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

14/08/2025: In the small ice cream parlor on the corner they advertise Vebbestrup ice cream on several signs, but it's only the scoop ice cream, not soft ice cream (and you can't tell from the signs!). As soon as you hold it in your hand, you have no doubt that it's something completely different, at least not from Vebbestrup, possibly not even cream ice cream, it melts into a thin liquid as soon as you hold it in your hand and tastes almost like nothing, just frozen water with sugar and maybe milk powder. The choco sprinkles are a strange brown crunchy sugar mixture, almost like blended ymer sprinkles with sugar, and there were remnants of some of the other types of sprinkles in it. Really bad ice cream, which I wouldn't even eat if it was free. The bread for the French hot dog was dry and rubbery, and apparently too small to fit the sausage in it, so it was served in two pieces. All in all, a disappointing experience. Haven't tried the restaurant's food, but don't see much reason to after this.

02/12/2025: The hospitality behind the counter could be better. A smile would help. The usual good atmosphere and the nail block never goes out of style. Still a good selection of beers at fair prices.

11/08/2025: Had the opportunity to stroll the old town surrounding this property after our wedding. We loved meeting the townsfolk and sharing the beauty of these surroundings. There was an event going on and we were able to meet some friendly faces here. Would recommend stopping by for a stay or a bite to eat in the restaurant.

27/07/2025: It's lovely, clean and beautiful here. ONE serious thing, near number 9 there was a loud noise all night long that kept me awake. I wondered where it came from. Now we're sitting on the terrace and we can still hear it clearly. It's running and stopping all night long. There's also noise from cars, but it's quieted down Would like to know what it is? And I recommend that you do something about it. A minus of the stay, where the service and meals were satisfactory

23/12/2025: I’ve been there a couple of times, and if you don’t explicitly ask for it, they’ll charge you for the large coffee by default instead of the small one. It feels like a classic mini-scam, which is especially exhausting coming from a big chain.

06/12/2025: It's cozy but boring, cold sandwiches and a lot of young people sitting with their laptops and taking up the seats.

26/10/2025: Good service and reasonable prices. Especially considering the size of the man.

07/10/2025: The people working in the grill were more busy smoking outside than keeping an eye on customers coming in. I had to tell them that there were customers waiting to be served. When I sat outside eating.
