26/07/2026: Amazing pizza! The gentlemen took my daughter in so she could take the pizzas out of the oven, took photos on her phone doing it- very fun. The pizza was delicious, 4 different types, all wonderful.

27/03/2026: My childhood pizzeria and the food is just as good today as it was in the 00s. If you love good craftsmanship, amazing ingredients and friendly staff, you will love Salumeria. In addition to their consistently good pizzas, I can also recommend having them deliver charcuterie to your next event. It is really, really good.

09/09/2026: Beautiful terrace and lovely large room. Dim lighting and soft music. Excellent jasmine green tea. Like everywhere else here, they never serve you that awful Lipton. Menu in English. Free parking nearby. Unlimited bread and butter. The brunch is excellent and well-balanced between sweet and savory. Scrambled eggs with two sausages and a slice of bacon, tuna rillettes, coleslaw, pecan yogurt, melon, a pastry, a pancake, and warm bread. A real treat.

21/08/2026: The food, ice cream, and coffee were delicious. The service was also okay, although the staff didn't clean up very often.

17/09/2026: It's hard to imagine such a sophisticated main course coming from a small corner café! Every bite is infused with the vanilla and acidity of the sauce, cutting through the richness of the butter. The marinated fennel's sweetness balances the slight bitterness of the kale, and the bread is perfectly toasted, somewhat like a Guanzhong-style flatbread—chewy inside and crispy on the outside, with a rich sesame flavor! The salmon is hidden at the bottom, all red meat, just the right amount of lean. Every element of this dish is so carefully prepared!

17/09/2026: It was actually pretty funny I wanted to order breakfast on Sunday at 12 and a confused waitress said she wasn’t sure if it was still available, then after consulting another equally confused person, she said we couldn’t order. The menu days it’s until 12:30 but ok. We ordered 2 drinks and waited 26 minutes for them. And it wasn’t even busy. I recommend updating your menu and briefing your staff bc this was embarrassing

09/09/2026: We had a lovely dinner there, with 2 people and 2 dogs. Because we arrived on time (around 17:45), there was still room inside. You could also sit comfortably on the heated terrace. The staff was very friendly and the service very quick. The food was fresh and good but not exceptional, but the reasonable price reflected that. Definitely recommended.

30/08/2026: While eye catching on the outside, Bottega Barlie had by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced at any establishment. The staff were extremely disgruntled, inattentive, and overall rude. Many of the servers repeatedly asked us why we were waiting in line, as if the whole point of a restaurant isn't to eat food. One server even told us that we couldn't wait in a line outside the restaurant, nor could we stand in a line in the restaurant, and wouldn't give us a third option as to where to patiently wait for an open table. We should have left then. When seated, there was not a sense of urgency in the building that it took 45+ minutes to get a table, only to realize that Breakfast was no longer being served, and we were expected to pay 200dkk for white beans. Needless to say I will not be returning to a restaurant that prides itself on its mediocrity and poor service.

04/03/2026: Yes I have had tried better Sushi before. Don't get me wrong, the sushi is really amazing ! But this place in combination of the Running sushi, with the coziness of the place and its ambient, it is just the best place to me and wife to spend a cozy evening there.

07/09/2026: Top top top delicious healthy and environmentally friendly food. Throw in a little reggae and it can't get much better. If you're okay with spending a few extra bucks on a single lunch then I would definitely recommend you stop by. The picture is from the lunch menu, we got a mixed menu with 3 specially selected dishes, as well as tea and latte.

28/05/2026: Super delicious and varied vegetarian food. Limited menu, but big enough to share one of all dishes and be full. A bit of a cafeteria-like setup, but relaxed in cozy surroundings and the opportunity to sit outside in the evening sun.

14/04/2026: God is great Welcome dear readers to the wonderful journey of life Update The street signage is slightly dubious. While online the establishment is located on one road (Roskilde road; 'Roskildevej'), on the street sign near the hotel there is another road name (Main road; 'Hovedvejen'). Guests had better check with the local government in case of emergency, underwriting, etc. Thanks 🛫💐 March 2026 Thanks God, for you give shelter to the needy! Random hoodlums, possibly urchins were found loitering the corridors near my room....traffic on Roskilde Road was blaring until around 04 AM. There is no locker facility for storage of belongings such as clothes spectacles, etc in the gents sauna. Furthermore, the oven casing is old and the paint on it is peeling off! George the kind receptionist was unable to inform the guest that bottles were not allowed in the sauna. A garbage bag was thrown unattended near the entrance on the inside. A liter of milk was lying abandoned on the front desk counter, a little away from where the receptionists had their set up. Some guests were unabashedly spitting sitting outside the entrance, waiting for a shuttle bus or the similar. We will also like hazelnut milk for breakfast. On the bright side, it was feasible to order home delivery food; the 'Do not disturb' sign was duly and kindly respected the same. 30/06/2026: So happy I found this place. Incredibly good menu, vibe, coffee and heart. Sit inside or outside.

18/06/2026: We went here to get a cappuccino with nice latte art, as shown on their website, but we were really disappointed. The presentation did not live up to expectations at all, Unfortunately not a place I would recommend.
