18/08/2025: Got something much better, we bought 3 rolls and a piece of breakfast bread, the coarse bircher was edible, the rest was dry. We spent the night at the lake in a camper, not a bakery we regularly use.

10/11/2025: Fantastic experience. The food was SO delicious. The atmosphere was just what we had hoped for. It was simply so cozy and especially here at Christmas time. We received absolutely fantastic service. I didn't get his name, but he was so sweet. Har was present around the table enough and we got a good story about his career in the profession. Great experience. We will be back!

24/11/2025: Great location for the monuments; the main ones are about 10 minutes away. The room has a power outlet near the bed and a light. There's a great atmosphere in the hostel, with a cafe, games area, etc. The staff are friendly and there's a 24-hour reception desk.

16/11/2025: Flyvergrillen is a truly special place. Today my boyfriend showed me the area where Copenhagen ends and the airport begins, and this iconic grill bar is located here. The food is okay, you know exactly what you're getting, and there are actually other (increasingly rare) grill bars where both price and quality are a bit better. The service is excellent, though, and they're busy! But that's not why you come here at all. The real experience is to sit and eat while the planes take off and land right above your head. It's super fascinating, and the atmosphere is completely unique. There are always many aviation enthusiasts who can spend several hours watching the planes come and go, and the place is also popular with families with children. All in all, a unique place that is definitely worth a visit, regardless of whether you come for the food or the view. The place has also gradually become a cultural institution in itself 🤩

14/02/2026: Had booked a table via Google and was going to eat the day after I booked. Called the restaurant the day before to see if they had also received my booking, just to be on the safe side. They had and I also had a small wish, whether it would be possible to sit at a table for only 2 people. She would find out the next day and call me to tell me if it could be done before 3:00 PM. As agreed, she called before 3:00 PM and also said that it would be possible to sit at a table for 2 people. I think the service is really good, the staff is nice and accommodating, the food is also really good, I also think the price for the whole thing was incredibly good and I really think I got something for my money. Definitely a place you could visit again, as price and quality are related.

05/11/2025: The location: is pretty alright. You can just take the 5C bus and walk about 3-4min The food: The food was alright but it didn't blow us away. My prawn Laksa was pretty alright. It came out piping hot. However, I think the broth could be a bit creamier. My mother had Duck stir fry which could be described as mid (as the young generation would call it) at best. The duck was over cooked, she doesn't remember it had any almonds in it despite the description saying it would. No biggie to be honest. But is a thing to consider. The waiting time: It took about 30-35mins after we ordered before our food arrived. We have experienced worse before, but it is definitely a by longer than other places in Copenhagen on average. Place was definitely seated with people but I wouldn't call it full house. Pricing: Pricing was actually pretty decent. it was 160DKK for both our main dishes. For the amount of food and the quality it was pretty decent Atmosphere, vibe and interior: The inside of the restaurant was your typical dimly lit Copenhagen *hygge* restaurant interior. But it was also very cramped. Going back and forth to the restroom without bumping into other became a bit of a challenge. An important thing to note however! While the kitchen was in a separate room from the dinning area there were no barriers separating the two areas and the kitchen's exhaust hood were unable to catch all the smells and fumes. Which resulted in the fumes permeating through your clothes and it will very likely stay on your clothes for at least a week. Service: There was very little interaction with the service/staff. But they were quick to respond when you needed something so that was great. Final thought: It was alright but could be better.

15/10/2025: Atmospheric and cozy place. A bit rigid that their offer of 2 beers and/or 2 sodas for 60,- cannot be combined, so you can buy 1 soda and 1 beer for 60,-. The price is the same 🤠 I ordered noodles with chicken. It tasted fantastic! Until a chili appeared, which I'm sure the chef should have fished out before I got the dish (Maybe one that was just supposed to simmer with to give flavor, and then removed again?) Because it was a wind force 12 with white-smelling lava in the ascendant. Which meant that I had to give up eating more of the dish. The waitress apologized for that, and nothing more was done about it. I know the dishes are strong, and yes, chili strength is a matter of taste. But I didn't exactly expect a near-death experience on a pseudo-holy Monday. Cozy place otherwise!

21/02/2026: I had ordered a pizza for 5:30 PM but ended up waiting in the store until 5:45 PM. When I got home I discovered that the dressing that I had paid 20kr to get was missing. When I ate the pizza I discovered that the base was not fully baked in some places and the crust was rock hard.

20/12/2025: An absolutely fantastic place, the food was heavenly and the drinks were the best ever. The atmosphere was great, we will definitely be back.

10/10/2025: This quite hotel is just 100 mtrs from Middelfart station. 12 mins walk from the city center and good area. Rooms are very small.

11/09/2025: Went for happy hour - was very happy. No complaints. Had mango spicy margaritas and a ginger beer based cocktail called dark and stormy. I recommend both.
