05/08/2025: Went there pretty late so it was rather calm and chill. Really good pizza and nice staff that went out of their way to provide me and my friends with good service!! Had a blunder at the end where I misunderstood and rang the bell when they asked for a review so here I am making a review haha, but they really do deserve the stars and a visit! Love from Sweden <3

07/08/2025: Thank you Trip Advisor reviewers for recommending Maple. We loved it. The food and staff were great. Lovely casual restaurant in Copenhagen. We ate at Olive as well, the sister restaurant. Loved both.

02/08/2025: We were lured into the restaurant by a perfectly composed menu. We started with a rhubarb daiquiri and a pink grape gin fizz . My wife tried the tuna tostadas for starter, while I went for the carpaccio. Both of us ate steak with mushroom sauce and assorted vegetables. For dessert we shared french vanilla crème brûlée and panacotta with raspberry collie, cherry ice cream and chocolate. All of this was rounded off with an American coffee, a double espresso and a dark, delicious rum. Our traveling companions during the meal were Zinfandel and Temperanillo red wines. To top the whole thing off, the restaurant was esqusitly decorated, the background music soft and enjoyable, the atmosphere great and in lack of name - the elegant redhead waitress a well of knowledge, professionality and friendliness. From a couple of foodies who frequent Michelin restaurants all the time: Michelin food critics, you haven’t done your job here. Maple Casual Dining deserves their first star NOW. And by the way, now we know the name of our magnificent waitress. Thank you Sofie for a truly memorable evening! Like Arnold Schwarzenegger, we’ll be back!

02/07/2025: THE BEST IN THE WORLD! There aren’t even words to express how amazing this place is. The food is AMAZING and service is next level. Tina, is the best and is the heart and soul of that place! We just adore her!

30/06/2025: I saw Eric Kragh Vildgaard as a guest chef at Ikarus (Servus TV). Rather than attending guest chef events, I prefer to experience chefs in their own kitchens, Denmark here we come 😊🇩🇰🫶. We were greeted in Gentofte by Tina Kragh Vildgaard. We had a charming email exchange with her beforehand. We are easygoing guests, but we have a preference regarding seating in the restaurant. Our wishes were fulfilled. "Tina" has a wonderful presence. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her. All the service staff and the chefs, who repeatedly came to the table and explained dishes, were very jovial but never distant. We experienced excellent, very attentive, and highly competent service. The restaurant and interior are decorated in a light color palette. Many windows allow natural light into the room. Soft lighting and candlelight create a cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed it and felt at home right from the moment we arrived at our table. The atmosphere in the dining room developed magnificently over the course of the evening. The international crowd was cheerful and pleasantly loud. And the "soundtrack" that I often criticize? Vinyl was playing. ABBA, Queen, Creedence Clearwater Revival, etc., and surprisingly, it worked perfectly. I could fill pages with text about what we ate. But I won't. One masterpiece after another arrived, far too complex to describe everything in detail. Some of the dishes seem quite pared down. Often, it's only partially clear what you're about to consume. Yet everything you see makes sense. Even the multitude of blossoms is pure aromatic poetry. Here, they work to the limit. Wafer-thin, delicate, crispy. In terms of quality and craftsmanship, it's hard to beat this. The eye doesn't reveal how incredibly complex the dishes are. While the nose promises much, the sophisticated gourmet's palate reveals the distinct components, sensational. And so, even I, a "chatterbox," was occasionally speechless with excitement. Eric's dishes deeply moved me. After many years of enjoying the highest standards, this happens extremely rarely these days, which is why I'm all the more delighted by this feeling. From now on, the Jordnær is my reference for the highest quality and finesse 💯. My wife and I spontaneously decided that this fantastic experience had to be repeated. And while we're on our way north 🚘, we'd love to combine it with the Haerlin (Hamburg) and the Frantzén (Stockholm). Tina thought our idea was great 😊.

19/07/2025: Very cute and cosy little restaurant! The people there were super nice and spoke great English. There was some trouble with paying by card in the area, but they even offered to let us pay the next day. The pizza was delicious! Would definitely come back here :)

19/07/2025: The atmosphere is great in the dark, without a lot of lighting. The selection of drinks is quite extensive, and the cocktail menu has something for everyone. The waiter even helps with choosing flavors not on the menu.

19/03/2025: We were here for a delicious dinner between colleagues. We had Mont d’or cheese cooked to perfection, truffle sausage and Cebo Ham. To drink we had a delicious Lebanese Red Wine which I can highly recommend. The host is wonderful, you feel at home here. (The bread is also fantastic) Thank you for the delicious food We will be back soon

Service was friendly and the location is cozy. It was a little too quiet for my taste, some background music would have been nice. Overall a decent coffee spot.

14/07/2025: Esaan has done it a great job with food. The best thing like my favorite Green Curry with Chicken that you can choose how many chilli's you can have in it. Must try when your in Aalborg. It really is taste of Thailand.
