07/04/2026: Amazing food and service! :) everything is so good - best sandwiches in Copenhagen!

13/03/2026: Picked up takeaway for lunch for 17 people. Know the place for its fantastic sandwiches as I have bought here from time to time over many years. First time I tried their Italian buffet and it fully lived up to expectations. If the place was closer to Frederikssund I would be a customer much more often. Super service and instructions for serving.

15/07/2026: The staff is so sweet and the food comes out fast. I am a huge fan of Thai food and this is my go-to spot. I can definitely recommend their Tom Kah Gai soup. The staff working today were super nice and the woman who took my order was so sweet and had the most beautiful makeup. It really made my birthday fantastic!

03/07/2026: We ate Thim Kha Gai spicy level : 3 stars eggnoodles with chicken 🌶️ 4 stars. We were driving through Danmark and had to stop somewhere along the road but had difficulties to find something I did not have too much time to do research either, we did not know if there was any seating, but yes luckily there is plenty of seating in cosy Thai style. Very tasty food and good service.

04/06/2026: Rude and unpleasant service. I ordered a pizza without tomato/tomato sauce and informed that it was because I was allergic. When the pizza arrived, there were tomato slices on it anyway. I quietly started to remove them without saying anything. When the employee saw it, he asked what I was doing, to which I replied that I should have my pizza without tomato due to an allergy. To which he replied angrily that I had not done that - that I had only ordered without tomato sauce, but not without tomato. He said that twice in a rather rude way, after which he loudly complained about it to his colleague behind the counter. It was quite unpleasant to be in.

13/07/2026: We went to the restaurant not knowing you had to book a table, the young waiter that greeted us when we walked in did not look like he wanted us there and just told us we had to have a reservation. Restaurant wasn't even half full. Didn't have any interest in serving us. We felt very unwelcomed feeling the tense atmosphere.

13/08/2026: Love Kayak. But have simply experienced too many times about 7 out of 10 times that there is total chaos getting your food when you have ordered. Again today there is a waiting time of over 40 minutes for two burgers. After so many years you should simply have solved this problem. I emphasize that I love Kayak in many other areas. But this happens again and again and again….

08/09/2026: Værftets Madmarked has become a must-visit for us whenever we're in the region. We've been here several times and always love coming back. The selection of different street food stalls is fantastic and offers something for everyone. We've always had a delicious meal here. But what makes Madmarked so special for us is the atmosphere. The old halls are incredibly uniquely decorated – with a mix of old and antique furniture, different tables and chairs, and lots of little details. It's precisely this imperfection that gives it its special charm. It's a wonderful place to sit with good food, watch the hustle and bustle, and simply enjoy the atmosphere. For us, it's definitely one of our favorite spots in Helsingør and a clear recommendation if you're in the area. We'll definitely be back!
