21/07/2026: Visited in July 2026 on a sunny day, when it was possible to sit both inside and outside. The food was served very quickly after we ordered. The portions were generous and tasty and the drinks were nice. The mapo tofu was mild, I was hoping for more spice, but otherwise the food was quite satisfying. I'd be happy to visit again if I find myself in the area amd looking for a quick filling meal. I think the place could deserve 5 stars if it had a toilet, I find it quite inconvenient not to have one when it is possible to dine-in...

24/06/2026: I've had falafel before, which was ok, but not great. Today I ordered a kebab, which was also ok, but not great. It lacked a bit of oomph. It felt like it was re-fried and without passion. It's a decent take-out, but not impressive. The food and service were average, but it felt like you'd stepped into a pocket of ethnic-local understanding.

18/10/2025: After another beautiful day in the Danish sun, we decided to visit the small town of Ringkøbing and enjoy a five-course meal at the "Nordic" restaurant. The "Nordic" is centrally located on the market square, features stylish, minimalist decor (brick walls, lots of gray, black, and white), and bills itself as a fine-dining restaurant without a star, but with a Michelin mention. The service: exclusively tall, blonde Danish women – charming, friendly, but a bit "shirtsleeves" in the details – the table wasn't wiped despite spills, new cutlery sets were unclear, and drinks were rarely requested. Not a big deal – but worth mentioning in a fine-dining context. The cuisine follows three mottos: seasonal ingredients, hospitality, and matching drinks. The latter was interpreted rather loosely ("Fanta also somehow goes well with the food"), but nonetheless: the house-brewed beer was a hit – fresh, well-rounded, and very drinkable. We skipped the wine menu (price issue), but both opted for the five-course menu for €80, which is a real bargain for Denmark. And the food? Simply put: surprisingly delicious, honest, well-thought-out, no gimmicks, just perfectly cooked dishes with bold flavors. Course 1: A soup of "Ingrid's peas" with mussels, chives, and a piece of haddock cooked in lardo – wonderfully aromatic, well-rounded, and a great start. The whole thing was topped off with incredibly delicious, freshly baked bread with salted butter – I could have eaten nothing but that all evening. Course 2: Mackerel in a buttermilk sauce with parsley oil and roasted hazelnuts – meaty, slightly tart, with a lovely texture. The advertised horseradish, however, was nowhere to be found. Course 3: A magnificent scallop with smoked butter sauce, sweet and sour pickled pumpkin, and deep-fried kale – bold flavors, skillfully combined. Main Course (Variation 1): Beef tenderloin, cooked perfectly medium, with a crispy croquette, parsley puree, trumpet mushrooms, and Madeira sauce – classic, good, perhaps a little more bite in the croquette would have been desirable. Main Course (Variation 2): Pan-fried fish with squid and a white sauce – also excellent, especially the squid: crispy on the outside, tender and salty on the inside. Dessert: Quince, apple, ginger, and "Ivory" – a fine white chocolate in the shape of a sorbet-like ball, accompanied by another ball of quince, all in a sweet and sour apple cider sauce. Sounds good, and was delicious, but I felt it was missing something: perhaps more depth of chocolate, a bit of crunch, a fresh lemon note, or just a touch of cream. We concluded the evening with a good cappuccino in a beautiful cup and the realization: This meal was harmonious all around, flavorful, and delightfully filling – something you don't always experience in fine dining. The cuisine could be bolder in some places, dare to use a bit more contrast, add a spiciness or playfulness – but honestly: I already love this place. A must-visit on any trip to Denmark.

26/07/2026: If you are a beer enthusiast and curious about trying pancakes in different forms. Then there is no way around this pancake house. They have an extensive beer menu, with especially Belgian beers, many of which I have not seen anywhere else in Denmark. The food is good and filling, and you really have to consider whether you can settle for a small main course to have room for dessert. The pictures are from several different visits.

23/07/2026: We had the tasting menus - one vegetarian and one not. They were exceptional. We’ve spent 2 weeks traveling in Scandinavia and this dinner was a highlight! Thank you to the chef and the lovely wait staff!!

22/07/2026: Excellent relaxed dining, set menu offered 6 smaller courses for 425KR which seemed good value for Copenhagen and the standard of food on offer.

12/07/2026: The food is ready when it is ready, not everything on the menu is not available On the other hand, Pam is just an energy bomb and super sweet Set aside time and don't expect Danish punctuality, but lots of African hospitality

15/07/2026: Copenhagen is spoiled in terms of awesome burger restaurants...and Dandelion is definitely in the top three. Awesome and fabulous, one of the best beefs I've tastes.

29/08/2025: Posto un po elegante, carino, danese, personale simpatico alla mano ma sempre educato e professionale. Cibo buono, danese, prezzi cari ma in Danimarca tutto è caro. Non prendete il dolce che si chiama "Petit Four" perché è una fregatura, son solo 2 pezzettini di dolce anche se si chiama Four. A caro prezzo. Perché ? Risposta del cameriere: è così. Che però è stato sempre gentile con noi. Per il resto è OK, ci hanno consigliato bene e abbiamo mangiato bene.

12/08/2025: Vi spiste to personer på restauranten til frokost og fik et par stykker smørrebrød hver. Maden var fin og af en kvalitet, der virkede OK. Rødkålen til ribbenstegen virkede lidt præfabrikeret (den var i hvert fald slatten, sødlig og alt for nellike-tung), men ellers smagte alt lige fra brød, sild, agurkesalat, steg og tilbehør til pariserbøffen ganske udmærket - uden at man kom op at støde over smagene eller på nogen måde blev udfordret. Servicen var nærmest overfrisk, men i situationen var det absolut OK og værdsat. Priserne var meget passende til niveauet, og der var samtidig tale om et spisekort med lidt til enhver smag - og vi gik mætte og tilfredse derfra
