18/08/2026: I have been to BRUS many times over the last few years and this place was 10/10 years ago, and somehow has gotten even better. The beers are an obvious highlight-- so many of the beers on draft are brewed on-site, and they are always excellent. Don't miss the 1-2 cask ales often available as well! They also have lots cocktails and beverages available for anyone not in to beer. Aside from drinks, their food menu is stellar. They have an open kitchen, and you can tell that there is a lot of passion behind their food, which I would say is like elevated pub food. There is a dining area, and other areas outside and by the bar-- it could easily be a spot for a dinner, or a place to meet up with friends for drinks and a casual bite. BRUS is always high on my recommendation list!

16/08/2026: A lovely café that I would definitely visit again. The breakfast selection is cleverly organized. You can choose between 3, 5, or 7 items, and they serve tapas-like portions. Everything tasted excellent. If there are two of you, you can put together a nice selection and try a little of everything.

08/09/2026: This was such a lovely bakery. We came for brunch and had a delicious salmon sandwich. The focaccia bread was amazing - some of the best I’ve ever had. I also had a delicious sweet pastry and latte. The freshly squeezed orange juice was also wonderful. I can’t wait to come back here.

The fish dishes are beautifully prepared, with the Fish & Chips offering a wonderfully crispy coating and satisfying flavor. The Stjerneskud, featuring fried fish fillets, smoked salmon, shrimp, asparagus, and caviar, is an especially tempting choice. Their homemade fish cakes and smoked fish add even more variety. With fresh ingredients, traditional craftsmanship, and excellent attention to quality, Møllers Fiskehus delivers a memorable seafood experience that is well worth enjoying.

20/08/2026: The best smørrebrød I've had in Copenhagen. Service was exceptional. Reserve your spot on their website so you don't have to wait in line.

19/08/2026: This famous restaurant near Frederick's Church is very popular; you'll likely have to wait during peak hours. A dish costs around 75 kr. Both the taste and presentation are highly recommended. The only downside is probably the price.

19/08/2026: We stopped by Coffee Collective in Aarhus for a cappuccino and were absolutely delighted. The selection of different beans and special brewing methods is truly impressive and offers plenty to discover, especially for coffee lovers. The cappuccino was top-notch, and we found the price-performance ratio to be perfectly fair. Questions about the different beans were answered competently and courteously, demonstrating that they really know their coffee. A particularly nice touch: water is served free with the coffee. The selection of pastries is also interesting. The cardamom bun wasn't quite to my taste, but if you like cardamom, it's certainly a great option. Overall, a fantastic café with excellent coffee, helpful advice, and fair prices. Definitely worth a visit for coffee lovers in Aarhus.
