19/03/2026: Unpleasant experience. The restaurant had a bad smell and looked poorly maintained. There was no staff present, and I had to call someone. When a staff member finally came, they were eating and still chewing. Despite there being eight minutes left for the lunch offer, I was told it was no longer available. The service was rude and lacked basic courtesy.

17/02/2026: We got a Timirasu which is just pure water, and yes it is frozen but neither tastes nor is it a delicious dessert for 70 kr. It is too bad, even worse that you do not want to refund the amount via wolt when people complain about you. The dessert is completely inedible. Pure water and crap :( This is the last time we buy food from you.

26/09/2025: Thief !!!! To avoid I bought an ice-cream and asked the man a favor, I needed hot water to heat my baby's food. Charged me extra 35DKK for a cup of hot water !! He took advantage of us considering that we were with our baby.

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

28/11/2025: Terrible place. The fryer stank and hung heavy in the air. The staff shouted in the back room. Dirty and sticky. Bad food, we left with tears in our mouths, due to overcooked grilled chicken that was tough in the crust, the salad was swimming in dressing.

31/12/2025: Ordered gluten free but the staff handled the bread with the same gloves and directly on the grill where gluten bread had been just before. I tried to make the staff understand that it is not possible to do that but they were just rude. I had to throw the food away.

30/12/2025: Staff was too busy texting instead of taking orders. Queue built up, I and others decided to leave without ordering

29/12/2025: While searching for a place to eat that we both liked, we came across "Banken." I immediately chose "Green Neighbour" and wasn't disappointed. The portion was pleasantly filling, my bowl was freshly prepared, and it tasted great.

07/11/2025: 185 kr. for a small bowl of salad and a glass of lemonade. It's simply not worth the money. Especially when the salmon in the salad seemed a little too old and smelled a little too much of fish. Many of the places to eat at the Banken Food Hall are overpriced and overvalued. Green Neighbour is in that segment at the top. Give it a miss.

13/09/2025: Like in denmark not so bad pita kebab. I gave 4 stars because I know places there is better kebabs. But anyway good pita kebab. Good location. Nice inside.

25/02/2026: They make their matcha so thin that you actually only pay 62 kroner for milk. This is far below standard compared to the other locations. They simply don't have the correct ratio, and it happens every time that it's too thin.

22/02/2026: The music was too loud. I politely asked one of the employees to lower it and they said they would but moments later they even put it higher. After a bit I asked the same girl to lower it as I wasn’t the only customer bothered, she said “yeah yeah” and proceed to just continuously change the music. At some point the environment was just unbearable so before we left I talked to the other employee (male) and said that I had asked twice for them to lower the music and was completely ignored and that it was really disrespectful of them. He looked away and turned a deaf ear on me, starting talking to his colleague. Overpriced and worse than average.

26/08/2025: Joe and the Juice’s sandwiches are usually pretty good and things are not different in this spot. I had one sandwich with ham, avocado and something else I don’t remember; anyway it was pretty tasty. Service though is impersonal and not very efficient: I’m pretty sure no one told my name (not loudly at least) but I saw a sandwich laying close to the counter, so eventually I asked, and it was mine. This little station spot is nice but the music volume is crazy. Osterport station itself is clean and generally ok. Overall, it is ok for a quick bite but I wouldn’t say the experience justifies the price.

14/08/2025: The coffee is good, but the service from the staff in the morning is very, very unpleasant. You're close to a hotel and the station, so they should be used to tourists. Instead, they give you dirty looks just as you walk in. Rude.

12/09/2025: Terrible food, ordered red curry and pad Thai. The beef used in the curry is tough and has an off aftertaste. The curry itself is bland and not aromatic. The pad thai is edible, but that's it. What a waste of money.

19/10/2025: We visited on a cloudy damp October day trying to find somewhere to eat and have a drink. This seemed to be the only place around that was open. The young lady serving was extremely helpful and we sat near the window, and ordered some burgers, they were so good full of flavour and tasty. For food and drinks cost around 200 DKK per person. Would go back again. My only criticism would have been nice to have some background music.

12/09/2025: Friendly staff, clean place and high quality food. I have tried Chicken burger, Mexican burger, nachos and cease salad, it was super delicious!

19/03/2026: Never had such a thin cup of coffee. Was swept away by the fact that they have a new dosage, so there was nothing to be done. The machine in the 7-Eleven next door can at least be called coffee.

15/03/2026: We visited this Lagkagehuset branch at the airport. Despite a slightly longer wait, the visit was positive overall. Of course, it's a larger bakery chain with locations throughout Denmark, but the quality is pleasingly consistent. The bread, pastries, and coffee are reliably good and seem freshly prepared. Especially at the airport, where the selection of truly good bakeries is rather limited, Lagkagehuset is definitely a good option. If you're looking for something decent for breakfast, a snack, or coffee, you can't go wrong here. Even if it takes a while, the visit is worthwhile – primarily because of the consistently solid quality. We would definitely stop by again and can therefore highly recommend this bakery.
