18/10/2025: "Great snack bar" doesn't really describe it. Even seemingly simple dishes are exceptionally delicious here. The staff has been more than just friendly on each of our visits.

25/10/2025: A relatively inexpensive restaurant. The service is friendly and attentive. However, you should be fluent in English, as only the chef speaks German. The food, especially the pizzas, has always been very tasty. The only downside is the ambiance: it's just a pizzeria, nothing special. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside.

30/12/2025: We were at a meeting there and had a lovely sirloin stew with rice and some salad. It was a lovely meal, and everyone really agreed.

02/03/2026: At Oyisi Running Sushi & Wok, the food was fresh, colorful, and dangerously addictive—you barely have time to say “just one more” before your plate is empty. We were served by a robot, which made the whole experience a little extra futuristic and quite entertaining. In short: it’s hard to leave without both a full stomach and a big smile. 🍣🤤

18/12/2025: It is a new wave italian place with full of nice and young people. Food is always fresh and dinamic. Strongly recommmend if you dont want to choose but like to eat in a nice cosy place. Good variaty of wines that support the menu that is mostly from sea that is my favorite with good combination of vegetables.

12/12/2025: Such a cozy restaurant with great food 😍♥️ it is a set menu of antipasti, sharing style and everything was delicious. On top of that our waiter was so nice and made the whole experience much better.

23/11/2025: A stunning campsite at a very fair price. You reach the island by a small ferry, which runs frequently even outside of peak season and is inexpensive. The site is spotlessly clean and modern, the bathrooms are brand new, heated, and in excellent condition. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible! We'll definitely be back in the summer!

03/01/2026: Nice and lovely experience with really good food and drinks, all in all a good experience. Just a "but" they didn't serve dessert in the restaurant. We had to go to another building. After we came out, we decided to drive home.. I would have rather sat and had dessert. They are really missing out on paying customers.

11/09/2025: There were 4 of us on a trip to Helnæs, and the only place where you could get lunch was at Helnæs Kro. We were given the menu as soon as we arrived, and it all looked good, but we were also offered 4 times plaice, just arrived, completely fresh. We accepted that offer and spent the waiting time drinking some absolutely wonderful beers from Midtfyns Bryghus. The plaice arrived and they were absolutely tasty and with good sauce and potatoes. Good service meant that we also ordered desserts and here we were not disappointed either, quite the opposite. We left happy.

08/12/2025: Really good morning coffee, served by a sweet and welcoming woman who talked enthusiastically about the origin of the coffee and the chain behind it.

28/09/2025: We came for dinner. The restaurant is beautifully located by the water and the view from the restaurant is fantastic. We ordered the taste of North Jutland and the children got homemade chicken fingers and an ice cream bar with ice cream from Vebbestrup. The food is delicious and there are some good flavor combinations that you get served. Remember to reserve a table, there were many guests in the heated conservatory. The ferry to the island sails entirely and half from Aalborg.

23/08/2025: Le Pave es excelente. Hemos cenado aquí a menudo a lo largo de los años. La comida siempre es excelente. Prueba los mejillones. Buen vino, también. Comer puede ser por dentro o por fuera. La cena afuera se encuentra en la histórica y pintoresca Plaza Greyfriars. No solo hemos tenido muchas cenas aquí, también es agradable parar a tomar un aperitivo por la tarde y beber para refrescarse después de un día de gira. Los propietarios de marido y mujer son increíblemente amable y hospitalario. ¡Incluso puedes saludar a Apollo, su lindo perrito!

16/08/2025: Fantastically good food and service! We had the 3-course set menu consisting of tuna carpaccio, beef fillet and for dessert pavlova. All dishes with very nice side dishes. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Amazing food, nice service and alright atmosphere. The place is quite small and could use a furniture renovation, but overall good experience. Will definitely come back for the food.

30/11/2025: Twice a year I visit DK, I always go to this shop, they always have the most delicious selection of everything good from the sea, when I see all their homemade dishes I can't stop ordering, take home or eat on site. Definitely worth a visit.

01/11/2025: Hopelessly overcrowded during the holiday season. But the fish and chips more than made up for it. Always a good reason to stop when passing through.
