07/07/2025: A small ice cream shop with limited flavor options, but the exceptional taste more than makes up for it. The atmosphere is cozy, though it could use a few finishing touches to feel truly comfortable. The shop has a different summer schedule and serves ice cream until 21:00 on weekdays.

04/09/2025: I would not recommend going there. I experienced that the employees were not treated properly and the tone towards them was not very nice. There are many other good places on Amager where you can enjoy a good meal. So find another place where the tone towards the employees is at least proper!!

26/09/2025: If you are into cold coffees, like Fredo espresso etc, then this is the right place for you. They use illy, which automatically makes the quality of all the coffees served here rise. The (also family) friendly atmosphere, and the smiles from the personnel help in making it perhaps the best coffee place in Odense.

15/09/2025: This bakery uses only organic grains. They offer a variety of breads and pastries. All of the baked goods are delicious!

06/09/2025: Lured by the wonderful scent of warm cinnamon, I went into the bakery, and there they were, the cinnamon rolls. They looked truly tempting. I bought two and quickly went home. I made a coffee, and then THE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I've never eaten such chewy cinnamon rolls in my entire life, and the croissants weren't any better. So, this place is far from good bakery craftsmanship. But tourists only come once anyway, so why bother?

19/09/2025: Most beautiful cafe in Aarhus so far! It has a wonderful view to the beach, the architecture is unique, and the price for coffee is reasonable. Highly recommended 🫶🏻

21/09/2025: Cozy little restaurant, really nicely decorated so the atmosphere is top notch. And they even serve absolutely amazing pasta dishes. There is a lot to choose from, we had the Cabonara, which was one of the best we had had in a while. So I can definitely recommend a trip to PastaDiem.

25/09/2025: I've never paid so much for filterkaffe, and I firmly believe that nobody should have to pay almost 50kr for a cup of coffee, but it is very good, absolutely exceptional. BUT... I was APPALLED when I was told that my filterkaffe did not come with a refill! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE 👎 The shop is cozy and small, with a nice relaxed vibe. DON'T BOTHER COMING HERE THOUGH

28/08/2025: ❌World's worst pizza restaurant ❌ Would NOT recommend!!!!! Have tried AGAIN and AGAIN never given us the right order, hair in the food and no refund or guilty conscience!!!! Gives us the wrong order if I haven't already said so, and filled with oil!! Compared to this result, Dr. Oetker from netto is a delicacy!

30/06/2025: Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at Watami in Valby, which I feel the need to share so that others know what they are getting into. The food was generally tasteless, and the sushi was poorly made – the rolls fell apart, and it seemed sloppy and unprofessional. Everything was served at once, which meant that the food quickly became cold and dry. The toilet conditions were downright disgusting. There was no light, no napkins, and the cleaning tools were openly displayed in a messy corridor by the toilets. A clever way to hide the standard of cleaning. It did not seem hygienic or well thought out. The tables in the restaurant were greasy and full of fingerprints. When I asked for the table to be cleaned, it was quickly wiped with a very wet dishcloth – without any kind of soap or disinfectant. You really wonder if the staff is even trained in basic food safety and hygiene – because the whole experience was absolutely not characterized by that. Finally, it was time for dessert. The table was not cleared of empty plates and leftovers. Everything was left behind. When we got the dessert (a so-called crème brûlée), it was neither crispy on top nor creamy. All in all, a really disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Watami Valby to anyone – neither because of the quality of the food, the hygiene nor the service.
