22/08/2026: Simply a fantastic bakery, I have visited an incredible number of bakeries but this bakery surpasses them all.

06/09/2026: We were a large group and had a great visit. We all ordered their 3-course menu. Their tartare was with chanterelles (or another mushroom), cheese and delicious meat. The main course was halibut with braised beef cheeks and sauce. It is a combination of fish and beef that I have never tried before, but it was a stroke of genius that tasted amazing. This dish was the highlight of the whole visit. The white wine we had with the food was also really tasty. Finally we had a delicious dessert with elderflower and some cream. This is not the last time I come here. That's for sure.

01/09/2026: Lovely, exciting food, fantastically nice waiters. Good place to celebrate your birthday with a good friend. The only thing that was a drag was the company that came and made you have to move closer to each other to hear something, or move on. Fortunately we were finished eating, but could have stayed a little longer

08/08/2026: We immediately felt welcome when we entered and were greeted with a smile. Exquisite from an edge. We would very much like to return to this place again one day.

01/09/2026: The bar is relatively large, yet it feels very cozy and rustic. I was there on a Wednesday for the free jam sessions at 9 pm. The bar gradually became pleasantly full. There was plenty of seating, and I thoroughly enjoyed my evening there.

06/09/2026: There were 4 of us for a fantastic appetizer today, Sunday, September 6. We had Brioche with fresh Danish chanterelles and a lovely cheese dish served on a slice of soft, very tasty rye bread, Try it.

08/09/2026: I really liked that they were showing a really weird music program on NTS 🌀💫🪄💙 and the breakfast was excellent, the chai too, and they have gluten-free bread!!!

18/08/2026: During the Regatta bonfire in Silkeborg this past week (week 33 - 2026) we were looking for some lunch, and in our search for something that was supposed to be delicious, but not too heavy 😎 Our choice fell on the sandwich shop called Regatta, and we certainly didn't regret it... Yum, the ones we had chosen were super delicious... Good taste, delicious crispy bread, good dressing and crispy bacon, as well as juicy chicken. There were 5 of us, 2 of whom got light bread and the 3 others ordered coarse/dark. Both types were with super good taste and crispiness. Unfortunately, the choice of the 2 light ones was because the coarse ones were sold out. Too bad that they were already sold out at 2:30 p.m., when they are open for more than 2 hours. Many people in town also very often mean that more people come and shop. Otherwise a lovely experience 🤘 As you can see in the picture, they were also served on plates even though we were sitting out on the sidewalk.

04/09/2026: A truly fantastic bakery in the heart of Maribo. Whenever we're in the area, we always make a point of coming here. The bread 🍞 and rolls are absolutely top-notch (you can really taste the craftsmanship when you eat a roll from Pabst in the morning). Please stay just the way you are, because there are so few bakers like you left. 👍👍👍👍💗
