12/09/2025: Nice bakery and ice cream shop. Very nice location in the harbor area, close to the drawbridge. Quite a long queue one day, but almost none the next day.

21/09/2025: Delicious and tasty pizzas. Good selection and good ingredients Cool atmosphere with the right holiday vibe. However, the service is really poor. Was served by a young lady who had no interest in either service or customers. Asked for cutlery, and was pointed in the direction of the buckets with knives and forks. The pizzas were placed at the end of the table with a rather indifferent attitude and attitude. Would come again for the food

16/11/2025: King Hans Cellar is one of Copenhagen’s earliest Michelin-starred restaurants. The number and variety of amuse-bouches and petits fours immediately show how much care goes into the experience. The final dessert trolley — with 11 different items — is genuinely impressive, though almost overwhelming. Located in the city center, the restaurant is easy to reach. The only drawback is the weak phone signal, likely due to the building’s age. Amuse Bouche ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wasabi-driven sweet heat with a faint hint of oyster. Hors d’Oeuvre ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Crisp, dairy-rich bite where the salmon is subtle. Shrimp cocktail: crunchy, rich and savoury. Caviar taco: crisp with a clean herbal aroma. Foie gras: sweet, smooth, and layered. Soft-boiled quail egg: bursts instantly, pairing caviar salinity with the richness of yolk. Truffle mille-feuille: flaky with intense black truffle aroma and oiliness. Fried croquette: warm, savoury, with a touch of heat. Scallop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The creaminess of the mousse, the salinity of caviar, and the sweetness of scallop merge into a rich sweet–savory–creamy bite. Dover Sole ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A firmer cut of fish with a sauce that leans more salty and acidic. Surf & Turf ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sweet–sour seasoning; lobster is fresh and sweet. 09/11/2025: It may “only” have two stars, but it is still the best restaurant in Copenhagen in my opinion. We had fantastic food, great service and the wine was top notch throughout. Truly a fantastic experience all the way through.

25/06/2025: I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this is taken as constructive feedback. My friend and I visited the Sydhavnen location for the first time, planning to join the crash course we’d seen online. From the start, the service was unfriendly and unwelcoming. When we asked about the course, the staff member pointed at the payment machine without greeting or explanation. After signing the waiver, we asked where to find the group and where to change, but the lack of basic courtesy and effort to guide us felt unprofessional. Only after returning did the staff inform us the crash course was cancelled for the summer. Instead, we got a brief, indifferent intro about the track levels. Even when we asked about the chalk powder lying around, they didn’t bother to explain. The unwelcoming atmosphere made us want to leave, but we stayed out of determination not to let the poor service ruin the day. Customer service needs real improvement here. We’ll be visiting a different location next time.

26/10/2025: Famo Saxo undoubtedly delivers Italian food of a very high standard. The dishes are authentic, based on excellent ingredients (which you can taste are sourced from Italy), and the kitchen really masters the simple but tasteful approach. The food alone deserves top marks. Unfortunately, the dining experience was dragged down by the surroundings. The restaurant is incredibly popular, which means that the small room is far too crowded. You sit uncomfortably close together, and the high noise level makes it difficult to have a conversation. Unfortunately, the 'lively' Italian atmosphere tips over and becomes more stressful and chaotic. If you're going for the taste alone, Famo Saxo is a winner. But the cramped and hectic atmosphere takes away a lot of the enjoyment of the otherwise excellent meal.

29/07/2025: We ordered a light lunch at the hatch to the dock and ate right down to the water. Cozy place where you can follow the activity from the canoe rental and the departure of the Hjeleselskabet. Unfortunately, there were only 2 people working that day around noon and it was easy to notice. It took a long time before we got the food, which consisted of a Panini and Fish & Chips. The Panini was excellent, but prefabricated and it was not possible to choose the contents. There was confusion about delivery, as no clear number was called out. The price is on the high end, especially for Fish & Chips.

30/10/2025: I have passed by this cafe many times and finally decided to give it a go because it looks so nice and cozy (I came by one day and a lovely barista told me it's okay to come with my laptop). I don't know if I will be back, though. The barista on shift during my visit was a different one than the one I spoke to and she was somewhat aloof towards me from the second I entered. I got yelled at by another customer (I put my bag on a second chair by my table, the guest wanted to use it but instead of politely asking if he could take it, he shouted at me in Danish). The space is cozy, but quite cramped and the music played very quiet, most people work on their laptops, so there's no privacy and you get a somewhat awkward feel as if you were sitting in a stranger's living room. It's very hot inside as well. They have really yummy cakes, the sandwiches look great as well, but I didn't dig the atmosphere, unfortunately :(

29/11/2025: It was my first time at Restaurant Arken. The service, food quality and the interior design was amazing. We ordered stjerne skud and fish and chips, with crème brûlée to share afterwards. I give 10 out of 10. Thank you. 🙂

20/09/2025: Wonderful place for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea. The best coffee in all of Skagen. The cinnamon is delicious, and I loved the pepper and caramel. The staff is very nice. The only thing they could improve is that they don't have lactose-free milk. I'll be back!!!

16/09/2025: The bread racks and display cases overflowing with sweets promise a lot upon entering. Unfortunately, this place seems more like a bakery where you buy bread and not a good place to enjoy a coffee and pastry. Waiting for your turn and ordering at the counter is chaotic. The staff tries their best, but it doesn't seem to be running smoothly. The cappuccino isn't good; it tastes more like warm milk. We ordered a pistachio roll and a cinnamon roll, and these were also very disappointing. The indoor seating area lacks ambiance, and the tables weren't very clean.

27/07/2025: A very nice bakery with, besides the usual selection, some very luxurious pastries and cakes. It's also a great place to pick up sandwiches and grab a coffee to go. There's no seating, but there's a small square opposite, which offers a nice spot in dry weather.
