De bedste restauranter

24/12/2025: This is one of the few best restaurants in Frederikshavn. They serve deluxe variants of the Danish Open sandwich (called 'smørrebrød' in Danish). They also serve a few hot dishes As we were there at Christmas time we ordered smoked duck and pork . Both tasted really great and was indulged with two local beers. The service is great and so are the food. Prices are fair and the atmosphere is always cousy and relaxed. That is why i can very highly recommend this restaurant.

22/11/2025: Luxurious sandwiches in the middle of the pedestrian street in Frederikshavn. 107 (!) different schnapps and good beer on tap. Bright premises in the best Danish design. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. A must.

16/11/2025: Ordered the “Smack Down burger” menu with cheesy chips for 125 kr. Taste: The fries were well seasoned, crispy and soft and covered in some good cheese. The chili mayonnaise was homemade and well made. The steak was medium rare, very well seasoned and had a super grilled taste. The quality of the steak was absurdly good for the price; fresh, juicy and smoky in taste. You won't find a better steak for that price. The bun and the other items in the burger were fairly standard. Satiety: You'll be full👍🏼 The price: The price is good for what you get! Atmosphere: Standard (quiet). Service: Nice guy. The overall experience is 5/5 stars.

09/11/2025: A fantastic Ellis museum. I would recommend that you go in and sit in the small cinema at the museum. Here you will be told a fantastic story. Right from how an Elvis fan can make an entire museum work. 149 kr is definitely worth the money. There are so many effects here. Remember to read the little notes that tell about the things.

04/11/2025: Even for those who aren't Elvis fans! Check out this private museum. You can see the passion and dedication that went into it. It's a fantastic collection of personal belongings from Elvis and his films. There's also a shop with unique fan merchandise as well as more common items. Used and new records are also available. There's a diner, and even a small house dedicated to Johnny Cash on the grounds. The staff is friendly, and the owner himself was there. Thank you for letting us share in this passion project.

19/01/2026: Everything was miserable, the ground beef was burnt, the fried pork was pure fat, the potatoes were full of brown marks and tasted off. The parsley sauce tasted like gravy and nothing else. We were supposed to have a good time and celebrate an 18th birthday, but our evening was ruined, ugh. And cost 1200 kroner, which we could have just as easily thrown out the window 🥹 Never eat here.

13/01/2026: Very cozy and warm atmosphere with a laid back setting. The menu was just the right size, where it had enough options to provide a good range of choice, but not too big. The food was very tasty! Really enjoyed the traditional Danish recipies. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the slow service as it took some time to get the food delivered and later on with the bill. That being said, really nice experience and the food was great!

01/11/2025: Really good place to drink lots of shit food, thought for a short while the place was actually in Berlin (very lively place but okay) came here to have a few beers but some turned into a lot and only went back to my lovely houseboat on Amager much later than I was supposed to because I had to pick some seagulls tomorrow morning on the beach with AMA, but otherwise a cool place

21/12/2025: One of the best Italian restaurants I have visited in Copenhagen. Both pizza, pasta, risotto and meat dishes are well prepared and full of flavor. Add to that a friendly staff and you have the recipe for a wonderful experience

24/02/2026: Delicious pizzas, always a consistent, high standard (with very few exceptions when a new chef is being replaced or brought in). I've been coming there since 1991, so at the time of writing, almost 35 years!

16/02/2026: Took the special of the month For 135 kr it was pure pleasure and enjoyment. We left happy and full.

07/12/2025: Fantastic delicious drinks - can be recommended to everyone. Forgot to take pictures of all our drinks, but was allowed to take one of our lovely waiter. Who helped make the evening especially fun and he was good at telling about the Gin that was used.
