26/06/2025: I tried a sandwich from Østervold Delien, and it was without a doubt the best sandwich I have ever tasted. The taste was intense and authentic Italian – fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced spices and a crispy crust. It is clear that love is put into the food here. Everything tasted homemade and well thought out. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming.

05/10/2025: Mini kitchen, big heart. The kitchen may be small, but the taste is big. You can get a bowl in many places, but good authentic Vietnamese food, always served with a smile from ear to ear, is a rarity. And that dressing is fantastic... I've never tasted anything like it and I've been around the world. It's super easy to order online, the food is ready quickly and there's parking right in front. You're the best!

15/10/2025: I went there spontaneously with my husband when it started raining and we ended up staying for a few hours because the atmosphere was so lovely and the service (thank you, Isabella!) so friendly that we decided to design and make our own earrings there. One of the two nicest cafés we visited in Roskilde.

The staff was so sweet, welcoming and helpful – they took the time to show different materials and techniques, so that you could really create your own unique piece of jewelry. The atmosphere was relaxed and creative, with cocoa with marshmallows and other delicious things and lots of inspiration everywhere. It was both fun and relaxing to sit and immerse yourself, and the result was a piece of jewelry. Perfect place for a friends' get-together, a bachelor party or just a creative moment for yourself, as well as spaciousness for people with walkers. I will definitely come again – highly recommended to everyone who loves creativity, quality and a good atmosphere 🌟

25/03/2025: Gourmet Catering did an absolutely amazing job for my Birthday party of 38 people. From the inital planning of the event to the picking up of tables/chairs after the event, everything went so smoothly. The food was superb, tables were set beautifully, flowers fresh, the chef/servers on site were very good, and the whole event was all worry free to me. If you are looking for a “high-end and all inclusive” company, go with Gourmet Catering. Thanks for an unforgettable evening.
