25/10/2025: A building that looks as if an architect and a child had designed a dream together. It was 3:03 PM in Frederiksberg. Els looked up at the climbing wall and said, “Harm, this looks like an Ikea hell for sporty people.” She was wearing her coat from Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers, gleaming like a rebellion in a world of concrete and balance. Inside, it smelled of coffee, children’s voices, and Danish design. Everything was round, friendly, and precisely calculated to look spontaneous. I thought of Etsy, of craftsmanship, of how leather lives the way architecture does—with lines that breathe, with imperfections that give character. Els tried a slide that felt more like a religious experience than a playground. Halfway down, she exclaimed, “Harm, I feel my youth returning!” I laughed, because for the first time that day, I believed her. Johnny’s Vintage & Leathers fits perfectly: creative, honest, and made to move with the times. KU.BE isn't a building. It's a conversation between human and material—just as real leather should be.

03/03/2026: An extremely disappointing experience, where we were both treated poorly and outright cheated. We were 3 adults and 1 child who came to celebrate a birthday and take advantage of their offer “Eat for 1 kr. on your birthday – min. 4 people”. Two of us had birthdays on the same day, but the restaurant refused to give the offer to both of us, even though their campaign nowhere says that it only applies to one person per table. This is misleading marketing and a clear abuse of their own rules. In addition, our little sister was counted as an adult, even though she is clearly not. This was done solely to increase the price, and it is both dishonest and direct manipulation of the customer. The service from the young woman who served us was equally poor. She showed: no respect no kindness no willingness to help a significantly different and worse treatment of us compared to the other tables It felt like our table was treated as an annoyance, while other guests received smiles, explanations and completely different service. The manager then tried to cheat with the price, even though the offer should have significantly reduced the bill. Not a single argument we made was taken seriously. To top it off, the salmon was clearly old in taste and texture, which is directly unacceptable when serving raw fish. It is a food safety issue and potentially harmful to health. Overall: Cheating and manipulation with prices Incorrect handling of birthday offer Poor and disrespectful service Child considered as an adult to earn more Serving old raw fish Manager avoiding responsibility This is not just a bad experience, it is a restaurant that deliberately breaks the rules and exploits customers. We will never return, and the case will be taken further, as both the Marketing Act, price information regulations and food safety have been violated. Update Before, it said “persons” in the birthday offer – now it has been changed to “adults”. The wording was clearly changed after we left the restaurant. It said “persons” when we were there, now it says “adults”. The way they change the terms afterwards is frivolous. That may be part of the explanation why the place is always empty.

04/01/2026: I’ve been to Niso Sushi in Sønderborg many times, and I really like it. The sushi is fresh and tasty, and the snacks are great too. Definitely my favorite sushi place here. 🍣🤍

13/11/2025: There is only one review that fits: The best kebab and shawarma in Denmark. Lovely juicy and perfectly seasoned with the best chili. My favorite is the Turkish bread with shawarma and garlic dressing and chili washed down with an Ayran, but find your own favorite mix. You can't get better in Denmark. Have followed and eaten at Konya kebab for many years and have never been disappointed. Shout out to the staff who provide a fantastic, friendly and personal service.

02/11/2025: We have also been coming to Konya Kebab since they opened their first store in Albertslund so we are huge fans of their kebab and have been for over 19 years. Best kebab in Zealand if you ask me, and best service. They remember us even after not having been there for more than 1 year, although we have tried we have been in vain several times unfortunately, as we have not checked their opening hours and their holiday time on Facebook. Regardless, their chili still tastes as good as always and both the kebab and everything is always top notch. If you want good Vestegn kebab with the same atmosphere as in the Vestegn, even in North Zealand, this is the place to come.

27/09/2025: Really good food! I bought a halloumi bowl with avocado and it was the best haloumi I've ever tasted, also their falafel was the best I've ever tasted!

30/08/2025: Really good experience at Ahaaa. We got bowl and lemonade which tasted super good. At the end we even got free baklava from the waiter. We highly recommend bowls. We got lamb and chicken.

11/11/2025: Great Irish pub with a wide selection of draft beers from various countries. The terrace offers a dry place to sit, and patio heaters provide warmth when it's cooler. There's no table service, but that didn't bother us. The bartender was friendly. I can't confirm the negative reviews.

13/01/2026: I was there for the first time today. I decided to try it after reading so many good reviews and I didn't regret it. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the meat is juicy and plentiful, and all the fillings are fresh. The shawarma was huge and delicious👍😋. A huge thank you from my daughter who devoured it with great gusto.
