30/08/2026: I just had the most amazing grilled sandwich with Vesterhavsost, incredible ham from Slagter Lund, their signature sourdough bread and homemade mayonnaise. Simple ingredients, but executed absolutely perfectly. Crispy, warm, rich and ridiculously delicious. And a special thank you to Jemima for excellent service. ❤️ Ard Bakery is exactly what a great bakery should be: exceptional bread, fantastic pastries and fair prices.

27/08/2026: Extremely underrated bakery on the level of Hart and the top ones in Copenhagen, the bread is very good and food and breakfast beverages are very nice, it's very quiet, it has room to stay outside and inside and since it's almost unknown from tourists, it's easy to find a spot to sit in the morning and enjoy breakfast. It's about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station

13/06/2026: No water in the shower, no compensation, no response to emails, rude staff at check out. Perfect location when flying.

10/06/2026: Stayed here after a flight cancellation and it was honestly great. The hotel is directly connected to the airport/metro station via a tunnel so it was super convenient. Breakfast starts at 4:30 and had great variety, almost comparable to what we had at a five star hotel in the city. The double room felt slightly dated but was very spacious and had everything you need(fridge/desk/TV), the bathroom was also quite large with a tub and a shower. The fitness center was well equipped with a variety of machines, it was just on the warmer side since it’s in the same area as the pool and sauna.

24/07/2026: On a hot summer day, it was way too hot inside. There is not much opportunity for air if you sit inside. Staff was friendly and the food was good.

12/06/2026: Great staff and friendly atmosphere. Went to see Cordovas concert and the band was absolutely world class. But the people up by the bar (including the staff) were talking throughout the whole concert, and the bar is not separated from the stage, so all the noise from the bar drowns out the music. Terrible sound experience. Probably won't every pay for a concert there again.

16/08/2026: Recently the quality of the food has improved significantly. The dishes are mostly the same but cooked with much more flavors

13/08/2026: The noodles were gray and greasy and the rice had big pieces of bay leaf that could not be properly digested. I would love to have a nice Thai place in Sydhavn but this place is unfortunately very poor quality.

05/08/2026: A very pleasant meal with our children. Nice setting, helpful staff. It's a great option before or after visiting the aquarium, for example!

06/01/2026: Went there on Christmas Day 2025. Awesome Jam session was going on. Musicians and singers (who all seemed to know each other) were swapping off. All very talented. Were playing great cover tunes. There was dancing. If you like seeing cover bands in a bar in US or Canada, this is the vibe. It was a tonne of fun. Drink prices are on par with anywhere else in Copenhagen.

14/12/2025: There is room for both music and the audience while maintaining intimacy, as the place is not very large, but still larger than other small venues in Copenhagen. They have Happy Hour twice, from 3-5pm and 8-9pm. With the expensive beer prices that Copenhagen is probably world famous for, it is worth going for. Their nachos with cheese are a fairly small portion where you literally have to look for the cheese. The best places to sit are in the corner at the back left of the bar or just inside the entrance door on the left. In both places you will not be disturbed by the crowd of guests in the bar and can sit on cushions. The music is turned up very high, so use earplugs if your ears are not used to loud noises. Unfortunately, the sound adjustment was out of balance, so the singers are not at the forefront of the soundscape, as quite a few songs require. Another consequence of the sound level being turned up to the max. The audience is everyone and some locals it seemed, but it probably depends on the music.

12/08/2026: If you ever tried a real pizza then don’t order here unless you wanna get disappointed. Poor ingredients. Won’t order again.

29/05/2026: Absolutely world class. After a funeral it's great to come to a place where you feel welcome. Delicious staff at the bar serving beer who made sure there wasn't too little and not too much foam in the beer. His colleague was a beautiful young lady with a huge service gene! Two fantastic people who made the day great. The food was open sandwiches, you rarely experience such delicious food. Everything was homemade, not too big and not too small. Homemade mayo you wanted the recipe for, a tasty and perfectly balanced remoulade, freshly fried fish fillets, all the popular pieces of open sandwiches were there and you wish you could have eaten one of each. Thanks for a great lunch! You couldn't ask for more from the venue either. Toilets for both sexes of the finest caliber, backyard for smokers, nice bar and disco lights if you're going to have a party later in the evening. Can definitely be recommended.
