08/10/2026: I ordered Hokkaido soup with bread for 129 kr. Nice big portion, tastes good, but lukewarm. Three half slices of boring bread. For the price you should be full, but you don't.

01/10/2026: Discovered this café while exploring Helsingør. The ready-made brunch suggestion was good and nicely presented. Prices are in line with tourist locations, so don't expect budget-friendly options. But worth a stop while sightseeing!

28/09/2026: All in all a nice experience. But check the receipt for the water fee 😵 There was one person who ordered water with the food, it's a bit strange that on the bill you get charged 4x water ad libitum for a total of 480kr. That's maybe just strange enough!

01/10/2026: Large portions, quick service, nicely presented food and good service. The food was a bit tasteless, however, and the guacamole/salsa seemed store-bought (and cheap). The prices were higher than stated outside the door.

23/09/2026: Got a ribeye that was absolutely perfect and delicious side dishes - the wife and kids were also very satisfied. The food was served super fast compared to expectations.

22/07/2026: So far, this is the best sushi restaurant in Helsingør. The owner appears to be Thai, and it really shows in the quality and attention to detail. The sushi is consistently fresh and expertly prepared. It's a little on the pricey side, but not significantly more expensive than other sushi places in town. Considering the quality, it's absolutely worth it. It's also a great option for takeaway. Orders are usually ready in about 30 minutes, and you can watch the sushi being freshly prepared and wrapped right in front of you. We also enjoyed the fried dishes. They were perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside without being overdone, while still keeping all the flavors intact. We've never been disappointed, and this has become our first choice whenever we're craving sushi in Helsingør. We spent around DKK 400 for two people, which felt like good value for the quality we received. And they do have outdoor place, nice place to enjoy the summer.

05/07/2026: I've eaten at a lot of sushi restaurants in Denmark, but Sushi Taro is really delicious. You may have eaten a lot of sushi before, but listen: "All you can eat" places are not necessarily bad, they just lack distinctiveness. It's a bit like cut-to-measure sushi - no matter which restaurant or city you eat in, it doesn't feel any different. If you choose a la carte, on the other hand, it's of course good, but the prices are often a bit overpriced. But right here, at Sushi Taro, it's different. There's a definite art to it. If you're passing through Helsingør, I really recommend that you don't miss it. Try it - you definitely won't be disappointed!

25/07/2026: Everything a bodega should have, a nice atmosphere, professional service and friendly regulars who taught us Mayer. Clean and tidy toilets with a good selection of hygiene products is a big plus. A perfect place to end the "Tour Ægirs gade".

21/10/2026: I have been to Thailand 15 times, so I have tasted a lot of different Thai food. But I must say that I have never tasted Thai food of this quality before. Everything is freshly prepared, made from scratch and you always get good service from the young man behind the counter.

17/09/2026: Best Thai food I've had in Denmark, to date. My green curry was relatively strong, if you're not into strong food, I wouldn't recommend "strong". The curry was creamy and tasty, and the grilled skewers were tender and full of flavor. You can really tell that it's made with real ingredients and not just average fast food. Will be back!

03/07/2026: I probably shouldn't have but I came not too long before they closed but they were ok with me ordering to go, followed by saying I can stay anyway. Super sweet service, they filled my bottle and went as far as wiping it to make sure the sides are dry, the kind of service I almost never see that made me feel obligated to write this review.

14/09/2026: Always good food and nice service. Good ingredients and good taste. I can especially recommend their Homemade Burger. Definitely my favorite.

03/09/2026: Probably the worst place. The place was dirty, didn't use gloves, got a bad stomach after eating here, the only plus is I'm full so 1 star... But the price is good
