17/10/2025: If you want to watch football and drink really good beer at the same time, you should go to Ørsted! Really good atmosphere, and if you come early enough, you can sit on a sofa or armchair when the game starts. I have been coming here for many years, and I have always been satisfied. They have a wide beer selection and you can taste before you buy. Very nice bartenders.

31/03/2026: I was honestly quiet disappointed with this place. As tourists me and my friends felt like we were not treated the same as the locals. Maybe that was just an impression but the food arrived after more than 30 min of waiting while others who had arrived way later were served before us. Added to that, we paid a huge amount of money on some dishes and we were still hungry after… The atmosphere and view of the place in general wasn’t that pleasant either. The food was scrumptious though, I recommend the Tempura sushi (fried shrimp with teriyaki sauce).

31/03/2026: The sushi was really very good, but we waited a really long time before being served, and all the other customers who arrived after us were served before us 🥲

28/07/2025: Snarly arrogant waiters. Grill was a disappointment - meat not freshly grilled and not properly cooked. Way too expensive. Asked for bottled water alongside the beer ordered but got “filtered” water at an overpriced price. It will probably be a few years before we return.

16/05/2026: Nice 18-hole minigolf with lots of variety. I am less satisfied with the bowling; we had breakdowns four times and no service was offered. The bowling shoes are dirty and old, and the balls are also due for replacement. The food, however, was tasty.

13/01/2026: It was a freezing day, and we were walking toward our next destination. We passed this inspiring café, entered, and a beautiful world opened up. The friendly and professional owners made our lunch break a pleasure, offering good, traditional food at reasonable prices in a city setting where restaurants are expensive. We felt immersed in a typical local atmosphere, and we were very pleased.

29/06/2026: Beautiful spacious restaurant with fantastic service, drinks and food. We were visiting from California and treated in a friendly and welcoming fashion by one of the owners, Jens. My husband had the chicken ceasar salad and it was delicious. We recommend the Aperol Spritz and Gin Hess. Stop by this gem of a restaurant while in Hornbaek!

08/06/2026: Really a lovely place that I frequent with both clients and privately. Really good food and nice service. Indoors the noise level can be loud at times and resounding. Outdoors is great when the weather is good. Nice service. During the summer holidays there can be quite a few tourists and on days when there are events in the party room next door there can be a bit of pressure on the service and the kitchen. But it is the best smørrebrød place in the northwest. And I will come again.

10/06/2026: I was shocked! I have been in copenhagen for 3 years now, moving from lebanon, and i could not find a good shawarma. But this place! WOW the flavors reminded me of back home. This is for me hands down the best chicken shawarma in Copenhagen, there no doubt.
