27/09/2026: I was really looking forward to tasting the Angus burger. In comes a plate with a little ketchup, some fries, a burger where you have to look for the meat and bearnaise sauce, I know that the price of the burger itself is 149+ 86 kr. for Angus meat plus 20 kr. for ketchup. = 255 kr. The price made you feel full but you weren't. When you got a piece of meat together with bearnaise and burger buns it tasted good but the price completely takes away everything when you don't get a sumptuous burger on the table, that means that other two cheeseburgers actually looked much more inviting, I think more what I would call a meal

07/08/2026: After several visits, the food has not yet disappointed 😊 Very delicious at reasonable prices. You can sense a chef who knows what he/she is doing. Cozy and friendly service. Good coffee and beer from Ærø. What more could you ask for?

23/11/2025: The food tasted good, but it was expensive. The flatbread was well handmade, the spices gave a lot of flavor and the owner was polite to explain to me their ingredients and procedures. Big plus that it is a Greek who makes the food. However, I will say that the prices were more expensive compared to other Gyros places I have tasted in Copenhagen, which have also received the same rating.

27/08/2026: Not nice people; I asked for the toilet and they said they didn't have one. They had a very large sign with "toilet" hanging 2 meters to the left of it, but because I didn't order anything, they didn't want to use it. If they had said it was only for use if you order a drink, and in a friendly manner, there would have been no problem!

25/08/2026: Unfortunately the food didn't taste very good and the prices are way too high for the quality. There are many good Indian restaurants in Copenhagen where both the prices are better and the food tastes heavenly. Unfortunately we were very disappointed and ended up paying 609 kr. for takeaway for two people. I honestly think that is an absurdly high price for the experience and quality we got. All in all very disappointing and definitely not worth the money.

15/10/2026: Visited Torvehallerne 14/10-26 and unfortunately found that PALÆO is the most unhygienic place to eat I have seen in a long time. Everything in the kitchen was so greasy and dirty. There was old food residue on the floor and on the counter. Nothing was wiped off and the young staff's handling of food and hygiene during preparation is beyond criticism. Used dishes were left on the cafe tables and guests had to ask to have it removed and the tables wiped down, as the staff was busy talking to each other. I am done with PALÆO!

10/10/2026: Absolutely delicious and, most importantly, 100% gluten-free.

22/10/2026: This used to be really good shawarma - juicy, flavourful, and perfectly seasoned. Now it's the complete opposite, and you leave wondering whether you'll be spending the rest of the day on the toilet.

18/10/2026: Lovely food lovely service lots of meat for a good price and no glass in the food

14/07/2026: All in all, a fantastic experience in the best cafe atmosphere. Super cozy atmosphere and almost like visiting grandparents. The home-cured salmon on toast was a real eye-catcher. And the addition of a (maybe two) cold lines of akvavit certainly didn't make it any worse.

14/10/2026: Lovely cafe and restaurant. Competent, friendly service. Great location with a lovely huge terrace right next to the harbor at Islands Brygge. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner.

05/10/2026: It's a large cafe with chairs outside and self-pickup - a great place to sit and relax and look at the harbor

25/09/2026: Very good. One of the best Asian buffets I've visited, and there are about a hundred of them.

12/08/2026: We had family visiting and went in to eat, their buffet is always delicious and whether you're into Sushi or stir-fried food, there's something for every taste!

25/10/2026: Visited the inn for "The Big Cake Table", it was really good. Large selection of tasty cakes and at a reasonable price.

19/10/2026: It was super cozy, good buzz, of people having a good time🤗..some dishes were a bit pretentious and petite, so more dishes are recommended🤷🏼‍♂️...just 3 dishes is too little if you want to go there full, a 3 course menu is a bit fiddly, due to too small portions..... conclusion:....is average prices, the food tastes good, there is just too little of it for the price, 4 ⭐ from here.

11/06/2026: We had 2 pita breads with greek beef, and chilly saus on the side. Really good.
