02/05/2026: Terrible experience. The staff was rude, disrespectful and clearly didn't know how to treat customers. The food was average but their attitude made it impossible to enjoy anything. People who order after me get it before me. I won't be back and I won't recommend this place. Try somewhere else because you pay for food, it's not free.

02/11/2025: Speaks fluent Danish is welcomed nicely and for the things that you order and you the nicest result of a good pizza or pasta steaks ask how you want the dish, they remember you even if it's been a month since you've been to Ciao it's a restaurant you can get good wines drinks and it's very important that it's always clean, you can get your food in the living room or on the 1st floor, while you wait for your food, the boss and those who cook ask how you're doing, you should never the meetings laconte Castello Castello has no control over their food it's piled up in the freezer, and they say 10 minutes then you can go out because it's not clean,. 01/07/2026: It was incredibly hot in the restaurant, much much hotter than outside despite all doors being open. I felt incredibly bad for the staff who were completely overworked because of the amount of people and seeming lack of staff despite me being able to count at least 6 people. Despite the heat the service was good even though it took us about 10 minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers, a medium fries and a bottle of water. To the people who own this restaurant: please install some air-conditioning and take better care of your staff.

07/06/2026: For the second time in a few months, I have experienced that Sunset Hillerød fails to deliver the food that you have ordered and paid for in their Drive-In. It is really annoying to come home with food for 4 people, only to discover that both a burger and dip are missing. This makes you choose not to go to your Drive-In in the future and instead use one of your nearby competitors, so you are sure to get what you have bought and ordered.

19/04/2026: Good food. Small portions. The food still tastes good, but they are stingy with the filling. There is still an old newspaper clipping hanging where it says "huge portions" 😂 The short one is the stingiest and unfortunately also the one who is there the most..

20/10/2025: Went here for dining week. It's sad to see a restaurant use it for a cash grab instead of highlighting their best to make people want to come back. The starter was nice, just like tapas should be. Overcooking a veal steak is really telling of the level here. 1000dkk for 2 people, I left disappointed.

23/02/2026: I came in the door and was greeted with good energy by their young boy Viktor, absolutely fantastic service and the food tasted amazing.

19/05/2026: We had the chance to eat there twice; the first time the taste was better, but the second time the chicken wasn't cooked enough and was difficult to tear apart. If you happen to be there when it's flavorful, it's a good meal. Also, the dining area inside is quite limited and not very comfortable.

10/05/2026: I have always loved Gasolin and their simple but really good quality cheeseburger. Today I got a cheeseburger as always and accompanying fries and mayo. The bun in the burger was crunchy dry, the meat was not fried as usual and was super boring. The fries were clearly not fried at a high enough temperature, as they had a lot of oil flavor. And as the icing on the cake, the mayonnaise was separated. Well, and then we got a really boring fries with the fries that had been in the fryer for 2 days, it looked like. Completely rotten and black. So WAT?! I don't understand what happened. It's super annoying because you don't really want to come back now. Maybe just a bad day :( Hope you can turn things around.
