30/04/2025: 0 customer service. Disappointing to the point we will never go there or advise anyone to go here. We booked a champagne tasting, but unfortunately due to illness could not make it. We tried to reach out via multiple platforms and email (they have no phone number) and find out what we could do prior to the tasting, as it was quite expensive. They read the message before the tasting, but we didn’t get a reply until over 24 hours later, saying we get no refund but that they would look into it. We would have figured something out if we had known it was nonrefundable before the tasting, but we were just ignored. Still haven’t heard back almost a month later despite reaching back out multiple times, so I guess we’re out ~1400kr for nothing. Fair enough, but the customer “service” was essentially nonexistent and all very disappointing.

14/03/2025: The most pleasant way to celebrate Friday. We were well guided through types of champagne that suited our taste and got to try three types, one of which has clearly been noted. Undoubtedly wonderful service and delicious champagne and snacks.

15/05/2025: Really nice restaurant, which unfortunately is temporarily closed. It is a modern restaurant with a nice interior and good food. We had a 3-course meal, which is worth the money.

12/04/2025: Kære Bistro Royal, Jeg må desværre give jer blot én stjerne efter en oplevelse, der hverken levede op til forventningerne eller til jeres renommé. Maden var tilberedt under middelmådig standard – den var tydeligt brændt og burde være blevet kasseret frem for serveret. Endvidere oplevede jeg en helt uacceptabel situation omkring håndteringen af mit gavekort fra Go Dream. Første gang jeg besøgte jer, blev jeg informeret om, at jeg efter et forbrug på 800 kr. havde 200 kr. tilbage på gavekortet, og at dette beløb ville blive udstedt som et tilgodebevis. Ved mit næste besøg, blot en måned senere, påstod personalet imidlertid, at gavekortet allerede var brugt op, og at det oprindelige beløb kun havde været 800 kr., ikke 1000 kr. Jeg blev endda indirekte beskyldt for at lyve. Det er både uprofessionelt og dybt utilfredsstillende at blive mødt på denne måde af personalet. Jeg vil kraftigt anbefale jer at uddanne medarbejderne bedre i håndteringen af gavekort og kundeservice generelt. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse, der gør, at jeg desværre ikke kan anbefale jer videre eller har lyst til at besøge jer igen. Med venlig hilsen, Blot en stjerne

07/07/2025: The tacos are a good representation of authentic Mexican tacos, and I like that you can order a mixed order to try everything. My favorite was the steak.

06/07/2025: The tacos and salsa were pretty good. The nachos and guacamole were quite tasteless though, we were disappointed. Staff didn’t even greet us when we went in to the store, they just sitting at the back and only get to work after we have finished ordering with the device.

02/03/2025: Difficult to communicate with the chef. 2 ladies want a charcuterie platter with bread but are unsure whether it should be shared. The chef then tried to explain it and our opinion was that we had better order 2. A board was served with really many slices of 4 different types of cold cuts and 2 large baskets of deep-fried bread. All too much. All too fat without green garnish or olives. When we wanted to buy more olives, a bowl of olive oil came...sigh. We will not come again.

08/02/2025: It is, hands down, the best carbonara I have ever had! So delicious. The pasta perfectly al dente and the taste was sublime! Extremely good, can only be recommended 😍

14/06/2025: I just ate at Pizza Kebab World, and it was a really good experience! The pizzas are delicious with a crispy base and lots of filling – and their kebab is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly seasoned and juicy! The service was friendly and quick, and the food came to the table without a long wait. It’s clear that they care about both quality and customer service. The place is clean and cozy, whether you eat there or take it home. A special recommendation from here for their kebab pizza – a classic that they really master! We’ll definitely be back. 12/06/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really delicious food and super good service! Pizza & Kebab World at Roskildevej 266 in Rødovre delivers every time. The pizzas are crispy and tasty, and the kebab is juicy and well seasoned. The staff is always friendly, smiling and quick to help. You feel welcome right away. The shop is clean and tidy, and the food is ready on time – both when you eat there and when you pick up takeaway. Can definitely be recommended if you are in the area and want good food and good service. Will definitely come back!

23/11/2024: Looks good from the outside, is good in the inside. The ginger beer can be better, and no warm drinks after midnight. People, should we make this a Danish law when the temperatures are minus? I mean, we're talking about minus 7 outside people, with snow, 8 m/s gusts and slippery roads. The visibility is 40 km and the moon has an illumination of only 51%. But I'm going off track. The place is great. Cheers.

30/07/2025: Opening hours are wrong on Google maps and their website. We are standing outside and it is closed at 16:24, and no information about when they are open or if they are on holiday. A bit of bad style I would say.

25/07/2025: Not as advertised, just sells ice cream, there is no hot food served here. Dont waste your time going here for the advertised hot food.

27/04/2025: Jeg har aldrig fået dårligere og mere ulækker stegt flæsk og tyndere og mere smagsløg persillesovs. Kødet må være det billigste af det billige. Det har en grim bismag. Jeg har smagt en af deres pizzaer. For en dansk mellemøstlig restaurant var det en gennemsnitlig oplevelse: Uelegant serveret med alt for meget overtilberedt fyld ovenpå og en våd pizzabund.

31/07/2025: A bit tired of having another burger? Go no further! We had the Gringa al Pastor (flour tortilla with pork, grilled cheese, onion, coriander and pineapple & jalapeño salsa) and we LOVED it!!! We were a bit skeptic about the pineapple but it just works!!! We also added the guacamole that really isn’t necessary (35 dkk for a very small portion) This is fingerfood - its comforting - and it just makes you happy :-)

29/07/2025: They only think about selling. I asked for gluten-free food, and they said yes, no problem. After paying and picking up the tacos, they started complaining about gluten-free and gluten-free tacos. They ended up mixing all the tacos together. And with no desire to fix it. They don't want to know. Too bad, because they spoke Spanish. But nothing.

28/06/2025: Ordered a salad with smoked salmon. It didn't taste like much, especially the dressing. Otherwise, super good service.

10/05/2025: Lovely vibe. It feels like an open living room in the city. I’m not a big wine guy myself and still enjoyed myself. Theres a pool table in the back and other games to play too. Good terrace too. Service was friendly.

05/04/2025: Nice place to spend your time. Service was good when I went, staff friendly. It had toys and the place was nice and relaxed. Perfect for drinking a beer.

04/04/2025: We didn't get food but the ambience was fun for a Friday at 7pm. They also had drink (pitcher and shot) specials. Great pub with lots of seats and 3 little casino slots.
