01/09/2026: Ready-made frozen steaks at a burger bar... that's not good enough.

16/08/2026: Excellent burgers and 15 different beers that you can sample beforehand without being asked!!

30/08/2026: Good food. The starter (green gazpacho and scallops) was excellent but very small. Good fish of the day with beurre blanc and parsnips. Excellent bread. Friendly and efficient service.

27/08/2026: This restaurant is discriminatory against Asians. The drinks menu was wrong, and the service was terrible. They treated people differently.

29/04/2026: Nothing special, boring sandwiches at a very high price, tasteless potatoes, probably cooked without salt, probably won't come back here

04/08/2026: Totally dry bread that sucked all the flavor out of all the dressings etc. the bread was like sand and sucked both moisture and flavor out of it. When you look at the picture on the menu it looks like a completely different bread than what we got. There is no crumb in the bread, only a feeling of eating sand, while eating the bread crumbled both in your hand and in your mouth. The bread did not dress either the salmon or the roast beef.

18/08/2026: If I could give 0 stars I would! Seriously, I've never met such a grumpy woman behind the bar... my friend had to pee, we had just come in... when my friend comes out the door, she barely reaches me. Before her mother says grumpy "what do you want" I say "can we just choose" she replies grumpy back "that she's tired of people who just borrow the toilet without buying anything" yes yes understandable - but we just want to be allowed to choose... it ends with us buying a beer and a water! Seriously 95kr!!! Really bad atmosphere. Never setting foot there.... No thanks!!

14/08/2026: Lovely Cafe in Birkerød center, with nice atmosphere. Had there brunch and enjoyed it very much.

01/08/2026: There were black bits from frying on the fish - who cares? A salad that was below par - and where did the piece of watermelon that had landed on the plate come from 🤷‍♀️

06/08/2026: The food was inedible. Very unfortunate since it was our last meal in Denmark. I would only recommend for drink or coffee.

05/08/2026: Really good experience! The waiters were really nice, the food came quickly and everything tasted good. Definitely a high recommendation!

14/06/2026: Incredibly poor reception and service. The man could barely greet us when we arrived, and we didn't feel welcome at all. It's a shame when you've driven from Bagsværd to get such a reception.

29/07/2026: Incredibly sweet and friendly service. The employees always welcome the customers. They know their local "regular customers" and know exactly what they want and how to interact with them. As a guest (and not a "regular customer") you are greeted with a smile and super good service. They make recommendations if you are in doubt. Nice relaxing atmosphere and cozy little oasis. Reasonable prices.

14/07/2026: I've had Søborg Kaffehus on my top 5 cafe list for a few years now. As the comparison base gets bigger, it's impressive that they keep you at the top 😀 Great coffee, great service, and a nice croissant... What more could you ask for?
