23/05/2026: Everything’s good except the food

01/11/2025: I've stopped coming here. Their opening hours are so unstable that you never know when they're open or closed. When they finally are open, you have to order via an app - even though you're standing right in front of the staff. It seems both cumbersome and impersonal. Their ice cream machine almost never works, and it's quite disappointing when you've been looking forward to an ice cream. The food is okay (a little too salty sausage mix), but otherwise excellent. Unfortunately, that's also the only positive thing.

29/10/2025: The best place in North Zealand Where you get the best Pork steak sandwich and Burger also all the other food they have super good Pork steak sandwich only 65 kr is cheap service is also great every time New with new owner Simon and it is just as good as it was before Simon has worked under the old owner he does it well (I only see a small problem when you stand in line for 18 minutes and see all those who have ordered online come before you so fun it is better not to stand in line😪so all 4 of us left again without buying😪) get the problem solved I know you are busy sometimes.

25/10/2026: Bagt is a very welcoming stop in Copenhagen, earning a solid four stars primarily for its fantastic atmosphere and excellent customer service. In a city where many bakeries are tiny, grab-and-go spots, Bagt stands out because it is wonderfully spacious. They provide a proper, comfortable sitting area with plenty of room, making it an ideal place to relax, escape the weather, or catch up with friends without feeling rushed. The front-of-house team is another major highlight; the staff are incredibly nice, polite, and genuinely happy to help.

24/10/2026: I recommend the chocolate mousse cake over the almond croissant. I went in the morning and was able to order and find a seat comfortably, but the ordering line was a bit long during lunchtime. However, since there were more takeout orders than dine-in customers, the interior wasn't crowded.

25/06/2026: Fantastic sandwiches at a very good price. We ordered 4 "3 sandwiches" and got 12 different ones - all equally good! Three delicious and filling sandwiches and a "Hof" for 79 danish, hard to beat.

03/09/2026: I ordered Shai butter paneer and it was really really good. Also the staffs were very nice, the chef himself came to serve the food for me and gave me some complimentary papodums😁

12/10/2026: Perfect breakfast spot. Amazing Morgenkomplet (danish plate), great coffee and beautiful views. Plenty of outside sitting.

04/10/2026: Liked it a lot! It took a long time until my breakfast was done (bread, egg, avocado), around 40 mins but there were very friendly and the quality was good! Sitting outside was also nice!

13/10/2026: It's a good McDonald's with friendly employees, and it's right next to Helsingør Kongevej. Sometimes there's been a riot with violent young people, but tonight it was very quiet, probably because of the X Factor on TV 2?! I think the prices are a bit high for the quality though!

06/10/2026: It's McDonald's. Apart from a few local differences, you are guaranteed the same exciting range of the same good quality everywhere in the world.

09/07/2026: I ordered a white wine and sat in one of the most comfy lawn chairs ever. Great service and stellar views on a sunny and gusty Wednesday late morning.

27/09/2026: Completely chaotic experience with no control over anything. Super nice girls who took orders and served, unfortunately there was just no control over the menu, wine, the dishes and what could be put together. There were 8 of us, and we ordered both 5-course, 3-course and some ordered a la carte. Expensive wines were ordered, but we got the wrong ones, which can happen. The ones we got were also good. Bread and butter never came to the table. After about 1 hour, the head chef came out and said that it was not possible to mix menus and a la carte, even though the same dishes were included in the menus. We finally managed to agree that what had been ordered 1 hour ago would be served, just not at the same time, which was completely ok. When the first dishes started to arrive, they were not the ones we had ordered, and we were told that some of the dishes we had ordered were only part of the "theater menu", which we had never been introduced to, and therefore had not had the opportunity to order. Half of the party did not get what they had ordered, and the dish with pork was almost inedible. On top of it all, there was hair in the food. Fortunately, spirits were high, and we were able to laugh about it for a long time. Fortunately, the 2 girls who served were lovely and took it all in stride, admitting that they were not used to people ordering anything other than the theater menu, which is why they had no control over what was on the menu. Most inappropriately, they were put in their place by the head chef in a very uncharming manner in front of all of us guests. The mushroom starter was fantastic, and more or less the only thing that made the experience better. It was most reminiscent of "Halløj på badehotellet", and when we said that this did not meet expectations or the price at all, we were asked to finish what we had on our plates and leave the restaurant without paying for anything we had had. Unfortunately not a place we will come back to, or can recommend.

26/08/2026: Hidden gem restaurant Amélie on the top floor of the Opera with harbor views. We had no idea there was even a restaurant there. The “Amélie” has amazing views, wonderfully well prepared food at reasonable prices, and super service by the staff - they presented each dish perfectly, and also had good knowledge of the wine list 🤗. We had Vol au Vent with mushrooms, deer with blueberry garnished sauce and wild mushrooms, and Creme brûlée. All was excellent quality. They also have an extensive wine list. And you can walk along the balcony outdoors to enjoy the sunset or enjoy a pre dinner cocktail They have an elevator up to the top floor.

15/05/2026: A very cozy place, with a good atmosphere. The place is very sought after, so it can be very busy in their restaurant. The restaurant has an American atmosphere, with good low lighting in the evening. Is good place, with reasonable prices. Comfortable sofas to sit on while enjoying your food.

22/09/2026: We visited Copenhagen, Denmark for the first time today, and we were so happy to have dinner at bella Donna Restaurant. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and the food was absolutely delicious. The chef personally served us, which made the experience even more special. He was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely come back again when we visit Copenhagen. Highly recommended! We are very happy we found this place.

18/09/2025: Always cozy, the best pub in town

18/08/2025: Freddy's Bar is definitely a top highlight of the city. It's a classic pub, simply honest and demanding nothing of itself other than to be a pub. They have a variety of beers on tap, the staff is hearty, as befits a good pub, and incredibly friendly. Anyone who insults the waitress gets a good telling off, as is only right. The prices are great. I'd give it 7/5 if I could. Go there.
