02/06/2026: Cozy place, we had a little lunch. Not the greatest experience but fine enough

02/03/2026: We happened to walk past the restaurant on a Saturday evening and I stopped to look at the menus. The owner - not called Karl or Tilda :D! - happened to be standing near the door and he stuck his head out and told me they had a table free for pop-up fondue night. Say no more!! - it's one of my favourite eating experiences/ meals so we spontaneously had dinner out (after the theatre). It was such a lovely evening - great cheese fondue with crispy pickles, firm pear, dried beef and bread served in a little bag... all beautifully presented in a warm, inviting and friendly atmosphere. As we were leaving, my son - who wants to be a chef - asked if he could come and do a work experience at the restaurant and was told yes! What lovely people... we'll definitely be going back. Thank you.

18/09/2025: Boring bread, both rye bread and regular bread. Always end up at Lagkagehuset to get a sourdough bread - but would rather be able to buy one at Kirstens and support the little ones. Delicious cakes 👌🏻🍓 A cake man for a child's birthday is a must. Really nice and a good price. Why does it smell so strange in there?

17/08/2026: Despite the restaurant’s good reputation, our visit turned out to be a major disappointment. We were a party of four celebrating a birthday but the poor service unfortunately ruined the evening. We arrived and started with bruschetta and carpaccio, which tasted good enough, but just needed some salt and pepper. We asked for it, but unfortunately never received it. From there everything completely ground to a halt, and so much time passed before our empty plates were cleared that we thought they had forgotten all about us. Even though there were barely any other guests in the restaurant, we didn't get our main courses until almost an hour later. On the plus side, the lasagna was really delicious and easily the best item on the menu! After the main course we were overlooked again for so long that we eventually gave up and went up to pay. We actually wanted to ask if we could take some dessert to go, but before we even had a chance to speak, the waiter simply turned the card machine toward us without acknowledging us at all. It is such a shame to be met with that level of indifference, and it unfortunately ended up ruining what was supposed to be a nice birthday celebration.

05/08/2026: We visited twice in one day, and unfortunately both experiences were extremely disappointing. In the morning, we stopped in for a coffee and waited to be served, but no one came to our table. After waiting for quite some time, we had to go inside and place our own order. We decided to give the place another chance and returned for dinner. Once again, we were left waiting for over 20 minutes without anyone approaching our table. We watched a staff member take an order from a nearby table, but after finishing, they simply walked away without acknowledging us. We then went inside to ask if we could order, and were told that a colleague would come to our table. We returned to our seats and waited again, but no one ever came. The lack of service and attention to customers is simply unacceptable. We don't mind waiting when staff are busy, but being completely ignored on two separate visits in the same day is very poor customer service. Sadly, we won't be returning.

23/09/2025: We were a club of older gentlemen who were invited to lunch at Restaurant Kongedybet in Husum. Easy to find and get to and even free parking right outside, classy. We were a little surprised to have to choose dishes for a brunch at 1 pm, but that's okay, because then there was room for more of the excellent dishes that you could choose from. Absolutely the best brunch/lunch I've ever had. One surprise was that you couldn't get beer or cava, but there were many good alternatives.

20/09/2025: Too expensive, not the best brunch for the expensive prices, won't try it again.

23/01/2026: Nice pizzeria with a good selection and consistently high quality. Prices are reasonable but have kept up well in recent years. Nice employees who always provide good service. My favorite pizza place.

21/08/2026: I bought a pita mix. All the meat was on the bottom, so when you got there you were full of bread and the shawarma meat was dry

15/05/2026: Wow... boring food experience, pita bread with boring salad & something that looked like frozen chicken, cold & tasteless. Pita bread that is not homemade, I will never buy food there again. Not worth the money at all.

31/05/2026: I think it's crazy that they have to block 1250,- kr on your card if you want to fill up with gas at their place. At the end of the month it can be difficult to have that much extra in your account to be able to fill up the car with gas. For your information, the OK station only blocks 450,- So I know who I support.

13/05/2026: Poor and incompetent employees and unprofessional service. I was in a few days ago and wanted to buy a perfume that I also had in Eau de toilette - shows the clerk my bottle and explicitly says that I want to buy the perfume for this eau de toilette. The clerk finds it, I pay and slip away home. At home, I open the seal and see to my despair that it is the eau de toilette the clerk has given me. I slip away to Magasin Strøget, which refers to where it was purchased, slip away with difficulty and hustle to Fields, and explain the situation where they then refuse to exchange it. The irony in all this, Magasin Strøget tells that Magasin Lyngby and Strøget can sell the perfume for the eau de toilette. So, the clerk from Fields sells me a product, either unaware of what the difference between a perfume and an eau de toilette is, or with full intent and knowledge that Magasin Fields does not sell the perfume at all. It's simply rubbish when it's the employee's mistake and incompetent oversight that's now to blame for me buying the same eau de toilette. So, do I recommend the place - no, definitely not.

18/08/2026: We had a great lunch here whilst taking a break from hoarding a 2 year old round Tivoli Gardens. Pizzas were really nice, the Italian wine list was small but very varied, the service from Alessandro was friendly and on point, and we just really enjoyed ourselves

17/08/2026: Really nice atmosphere in the Tivoli Gardens, however food is lacking in quality. It’s OK but just not great if you are a fan of Italian food.

28/07/2026: Almost empty when we arrived, still had to wait 40 minutes for a fake ”Wagyu” burger. Food wasnt even warm, how that could happen I dont know.

18/08/2026: You don't feel particularly welcome here if you just want coffee and cake. The "Chocolate biscuit cake with almonds" is only available if you've ordered one of the main courses beforehand. The espresso was from a Nespresso capsule. A group's bill cannot be split; this is clearly stated on the menu. There's a smell of rotten seaweed coming from the harbor. The coconut cookie was good, though.

09/08/2026: The food was very underwhelming. And make sure to not get the potatoes, they are expensive and taste like they come from a can.
