15/08/2024: Unfortunately the food has gone downhill. They don't sell alcohol anymore.

01/08/2024: This restaurant is very well located, just behind the central street. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I ordered a beef poke to go which was absolutely delicious. The size of the meal was quite generous. I definitely recommend this place ;)

25/07/2025: Small selection of cakes, which were a bit boring.

11/07/2025: The food is plentiful but not particularly good. The atmosphere is much like the rest of the mall - impersonal and soulless.

24/05/2025: Ok food and drinks. Extremely good service with very friendly staff

16/06/2025: Our first visit. We didn't know what to expect. We got great food, good service and what a great selection!! Many nice sushi's, good hot dishes, large selection for Mongolian Barbeque. Nice cakes, many ice cream varieties, sweets and "child-friendly" options on the buffet! 2 children and 4 adults were full and happy after a few hours in cozy surroundings. Just over a "thousand" 🥳 ( We drank ice water and ate our calories instead 😜)

21/04/2025: Absolutely miserable, both in terms of food quality (including gray meat) and service, which was deficient and table decorations, lights etc. was removed around us while we ate - anti-nice.

28/07/2025: The card payment menu is not working properly. It kept switching from English to Danish.

12/07/2025: Great place for lunch or dinner. Kind service and perfect location.

09/06/2025: The first time we visited cafe Alex the food (burgers) was really good. The next two times were disappointing. Old dry fries.

16/07/2025: Just got something completely different. Only when I asked for it did I get the cream and caramel sauce.

11/07/2025: Nice location as it is set within a hotel and is much nicer than their other locations. But that's where it ends. Food availability was limited and I was charged for and served 2 salads even though I only asked for one salad. A refund was processed, but am waiting for it to come through which is a little annoying and will need to keep on top of to ensure it goes through, but thats a fault with the creditcard company and bank. Also, there was no mention that they were out of the croutons that accompanied the salad. This should have been explained prior to purchase and without me having to ask for them. The staff need to be a little better trained especially as they are mainly dealing with hotel guests.

26/07/2025: When we arrived by bike, we received a friendly and very helpful welcome. The pizza was delicious. We sat outside in the square in the beautiful weather and enjoyed Bornholm.

24/07/2025: The pizza and kebab sandwich from there were so delicious. I really think it was a good experience😍

14/08/2025: We stayed here multiple times with a group for a sporting event close by. The first two trips were booked through booking and the check In times were very long and exhausting. I spent 45min to check in 7 rooms and had an annoyed line of people behind me. I think there is room for improvement at the desk! Overall it is a very minimalistic service mentality in this hotel. The Hotel deals with a lot of group bookings, congresses etc. and they did not treat us as guests but rather as business partners to bring in the money. (and from talking to other Team Managers of our event that stayed in the hotel, i was not alone with this impression) Breakfast: It is a very good breakfast, but: You have to book your breakfast time the day before and if you do not show up during that time you have to discuss with e "Door Lady" to even get your already payed breakfast on one of the many free tables. This is pretty annoying as a guest and in all our trips around the world, a first time problem.

24/07/2025: Burgers was delicious and beer on tap was good and a reasonable selection. Fair price for good quality. Very friendly staff, we really enjoyed everything. I'll be glad to recommend this place🙂

23/07/2025: Cute place and very nice and friendly people :) I can't believe how much I liked the vegan option "Crissy Vegan". Might be the best non-meat burger I've ever tried. Otherwise, the smash burger is a big hit in my household!

19/06/2025: Coffee amazing, staff amazing. But this cinnamon thing..oh my effin god! De-li-cious. We stuffed our face with this soft piece of sweet culinary art.

18/07/2025: The absolute best you’ll find in the area, no questions asked. Avoid using Wolt and online orders, just call and come get the pizza yourself, this business deserves to get every kroner you’re about to spend!
