01/04/2026: We came at 11:30 on a day off during Easter. There was the chef and a brand new employee, Bambi at Glatis, who clocked in all the orders, alone at work. There should have been two servers. The chef is skilled. Certainly. Very delicious food. But with an unusually long wait and an insanely bad atmosphere between the two at work, this bad atmosphere spread to stress in the rest of the room. Furthermore, everything is far too expensive for what you get.

15/03/2026: We ordered the typical Danish breakfast and it was spectacular. The ladies who served us were very friendly and the place is quite nice. I highly recommend it.

My husband is native Danish and he also feels not spicy at all. Also, we order the one should be super spicy so it is not related should we remind “extra” spicy is required. Your service pull down the score in general so highly recommend you do better job to improve food quality instead to find fun excuse. ************************* We order Tikka masala chicken & Madras lamb. We expect madras lamb would be spicy but it is not 😮‍💨😮‍💨. Masala chicken which is ok but chicken is very dry. Both dishes taste very alike and don’t know why not make it better. Staff have nice smile and good 👍🏻 Indoor is not possible to seat in because the smell is too strong at all Price vs quality = not recommend

14/02/2026: We were a group of people who wanted to have late meal and were at the restaurant after opening time. The door was locked with employees inside and were shown away. No sign that the restaurant was closed. No reason for not being open. The food was really good from a previous visit. Don't waste your time traveling to have dinner here because you will be shown away. Find another restaurant to go eat at. You lost 8 customers. We ended up having great Asian food instead.

27/12/2025: Visited Om Indisk Restaurant and had a very good experience. The mango lassi was excellent—thick, fresh, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The food was delicious, flavorful, and felt freshly prepared, with good portion sizes. Overall, the quality of the food was impressive, and it was a satisfying Indian dining experience.

10/01/2026: Got food poisoning from your kebab pizza on 2/1. Vomiting etc for 10 hours. 🤮 There wasn't much sympathy when I called and told them. Wasn't even offered a refund.

08/04/2026: We came here with 14 people to celebrate our civil wedding and it was a great experience! The food was delicious - we had pre-ordered the lunch menu - and the service was amazing. The communication before our visit was really good, and they really tried to make everything work for us, including special dietary requirements and where to sit in the restaurant etc. this place is great with a bigger group, as the noise level was not so loud so we could easily talk to each other. It was a great experience and added to our special day - thank you so much!

15/12/2025: You can fill up here, and it usually works fine, but! That thing that holds the handle never works, and I've mentioned it in the store a few times and they of course say they're sorry and they report the error and put a bag over the handle, but the next time I'm at the same pump it's exactly the same... minor detail but super annoying. The buckets with water for washing windows are often not there, or have old dirty water and pretty worn washers. The compressor to fill the tires doesn't work when it's cold (this is often the case in Denmark) There's a sign that says sorry and it's the compressor that's not working, but I guess many other gas stations and compressors can figure it out? The last 4 times I've wanted to wash my car, the car wash has been out of order. And it must be friends with the one in Nivå because if I drive there, it will also be broken at the same time 🤷‍♂️ I have never experienced any hassle from the staff, they seem nice and helpful, so it must definitely be a higher priority to spend the money on other things instead of a well-functioning service station :) I thought it was super annoying because I have otherwise been quite satisfied with circle K.

23/03/2026: Had a nice shisha every time, but today 23/03/2026 we came at 16:40 (it says that they are opened from 16) and it was closed! We tried to call, but nobody picked up ( also on their instagram nothing was written that they might be closed for some reasons, neither on the door… very sad situation

When our turn which we want to order soft ice-cream, we have to wait for 18 mins in cashier ? I can see many people can’t wait to they gone. I hope they really improve their service. 28/10/2025: Gasp! Exam time is approaching😬 We have to study, and where better than with a view of the harbor and a little something good for the palate. The coffee is expensive, but there is a student discount on filter coffee and tea, so keep that in mind. There is a café where you can read comfortably and a reading room where you can grind hardcore Highly recommended

28/03/2026: Be careful if you buy their deep pan pizza, which is just a slightly thicker dough and has nothing to do with deep pan. It was an expensive lesson, but the pizza tasted good otherwise.
