17/01/2026: Excellent service at Oki. Unfortunately they forgot our spring rolls, but offered to deliver them to our house and give us free drinks. The sushi is also really delicious and fresh. Therefore 5/5

13/09/2025: Lovely place, I was rewarded for cleaning up the table we sat at from the previous patrons' glasses and ashtray with priority to order a beer by a lovely chap at the bar, so yay! Great ambience overall apart from the part that another staff member felt entitled enough to push me over at the corridor to the bathroom without me complaining about it just because of "y' know, when you're working in a bar" drama and attitude. Girl, I feel for you, but take it with your boss. So, nay. Yay + nay = meh, at least for this time.

08/07/2025: Excellent no-nonsense sandwiches (OK, maybe the names) and very good smoothies. Had to get lunch for work as our usual caterer was on vacation, and it so happened that we all ordered different things, and everybody were happy. Very decent prices too.

14/06/2025: The place is cute, but the service needs improvement. We specifically requested soy milk due to dietary intolerances, but were not informed it wasn’t available. Instead, a different plant-based milk was used without notifying us. Therefore, not recommended.

11/10/2025: Kōsem Restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful dining experience! Delicious Mediterranean and Turkish dishes with rich flavors and perfect presentation. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic taste and warm hospitality in Copenhagen! 🍽️

30/12/2025: I ordered two kebab box from this restaurant through just eat and i am absolutely disgusted by this! I feel like vomiting after this, Rotten chicken and i smelled like vomit. The service as their courier delivered it to my apartment on perfect time so i had to give 5 stars but damn the food. It creeped me out. If you are reading this please do not just do injustice to the kebab box. Digustustinggggg!!

11/12/2025: Delicious food, thick slices of pork that were fried just right, potatoes had bite and weren't overcooked, and a nice thick sauce, well it's been a long time since I've enjoyed a round of fried pork like I did here🥳

26/11/2025: Cozy place with good food, friendly staff, and quite small cosmetic flaws that are not enough to deduct a whole star. Go here with confidence and enjoy the food from a kitchen that delivers solid craftsmanship, and with wines by the glass at prices that you can definitely be familiar with. The prices are a little above average, but the level and quality can easily bear it. Quality costs money, and here the experience is that it is well deserved and within the slice. A little less salt on my baked beetroot is probably the only thing I can wish for differently. The surroundings are unique and cozy, in the entrance and in the basement of Frederiksberg City Hall. But despite thick curtains and noise reduction, the place is still a bit noisy when it is well filled. The acoustics may be difficult to improve in an old listed building; but the result is still a bit problematic. There is outdoor seating in the summer and of course the problem does not exist in the same way. I recommend the place, and I will come again. But if you are sensitive to noise or use hearing aids, consider coming at a time when it is not too crowded with guests. Where the noise subsides a bit, the staff picks up the pace. They were busy - but made the most of the time they had. Good presentation of the dishes, knowledge of the wines by the glass, and several polite follow-ups along the way to ensure we were not missing anything. In a time when good staff is not a given in a spoiled food-Copenhagen, it is worth mentioning.

11/03/2026: 300-350g t-bone steak? That was more like 150-200g t-bone steak. 249kr for this is honestly a joke. Im disappointed. It tasted good but its way too expensive.

23/08/2025: His strawberry, vanilla and chocolate ice cream is as thin as the rainbow one from Netto. Way too expensive for the quality, very disappointing.

15/08/2025: Tasty ice-cream and Soft-ice. Many choices and lots of toppings. As a bonus great friendly staff with helpful tips about Copenhagen. Yes we were there as tourists.

20/12/2025: Right now earlier in the morning on. 20.12.2025 at 4.30, employee does not sell croissants to me, I am very hungry. Coffee machine is not working. Very poor service.

29/10/2025: Very close to the Central Station. Interesting hotel for those who like design and eras. Not luxury or top class but nice. Good breakfast.

12/10/2025: The food is nice but the wait time is simply absurd. They say 25-30 minutes but you only get your food after an hour.

11/10/2025: Update: The mysterious charge has gone up, and there's further a fee for eating in the restaurant, which will be applied even when you order takeaway. They also will refuse to give you a receipt. I will not be coming back, and hopefully the authorities will eventually send them to court. The food has also gone downhill in quality, so I might as well. The food is alright, but the prices are not quite transparent, and they will often charge you a few DKK for nothing in particular on the receipt. It will have a line for the food, a line for the bag, and then a line for unspecified. The service is ... effective, and direct. And loud, and might seem very rude to some people. Including myself.

31/10/2025: Great selection of cakes and pastries and the coffee is fab!

05/10/2025: I had ordered a Tuna Salad that unfortunately had something that resembled sand when I chewed and was inedible and after contacting Wolt who then contacted them I was told 2 hours later that they always clean the salad and that I can't get any compensation. I think it's incredibly bad service and I won't order from there again otherwise it's a shame when the other items were perfectly fine.

08/10/2025: A fantastic place for a break during a museum visit in the Glyptothek's winter garden. The coffee was good (water costs extra). A selection of various small cakes and tarts is available.
