21/03/2026: Terrible service and food waiting 1 hour for them to take my order and half an hour to get my food which was still burnt. Not recommended at all take meyzen next door instead much better quality and service and food👍

10/10/2025: Authentic Italian pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, delicious and plentiful spaghetti, impeccable service, and friendly staff are the order of the day here. The generous and friendly owner has a big heart. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to savor authentic Italian cuisine and atmosphere. Thank you, Luigi.

19/12/2025: The worst, soggy pizza I've ever had. Oh my, it was covered in a thick soggy mozzarella, totally dry, nothing to do with a Pizza and absolutely no taste. It went straight into the bin along with an equally bad calzone. Never again will I eat from this place, amazing that they haven't learned from all the negative reviews???

27/08/2025: We held a party in Cafe Stranden (evening event). Super nice view and nice room. The food was good - especially fish/seafood, very delicious. BUT there was not enough for everyone. Many left the table hungry and had to "grab" cake and chocolate to get through an otherwise festive evening. It is completely unacceptable when you give over 1000 kr per person! Then it suddenly becomes a bit embarrassing to be a host. (And then another small thing, but not at all important: A Creme Brulee must have a crispy sugar "crust"!)

21/07/2025: Nice vibe. Super kind people. Excellent food. However, it’s technically membership-only, so a fee of 50dkk will be added to your bill, per person.

16/12/2025: Super delicious sandwiches!! Prepared fresh and warm. Highly recommended. I'm not the easiest eater, but they're very flexible about omitting something.

29/08/2025: Fantastic little shop with amazing food! We asked to have samplers picked for us and the selection was sooo good! Excellent service and value.

27/12/2025: The bruschetta was below average quality, but the vegan pizza was unfortunately the worst pizza 3 people have experienced in years, the cheese was of extremely poor consistency and appearance but the worst was the taste, which made an otherwise mediocre pizza practically inedible.

08/12/2025: I ordered over 550,- and received the wrong bread x3, the wrong side dishes x2 and the wrong dessert. A lady in the restaurant was preachy, rude and outright lied to me on the phone when I called to say it wasn't okay. DO NOT use that place!!! There are many BETTER Indian restaurants....use them instead!!

03/11/2025: First time visited today, I can say nothing else just it was the most delicious indian food I ever tried in different restaurants in Copenhagen area. Environment cozy and intimate. Portions are big enough.

01/08/2025: They have a nice courtyard, but it needs to be cleaned up and the garden needs a loving hand. There is the opportunity to cook something really good. The staff is friendly. But the food was terrible! There was an incredibly thin chicken fillet in the chicken burger. At first I actually thought they had forgotten the chicken. The fries looked like something from the bottom of the fryer. 1/3 were inedible. In short. Everything was dry. The chicken salad was also boring with dry chicken. Really disappointing, because it is nice to sit in their courtyard, despite the lack of loving hand.

08/07/2025: From the time we arrived until we received our order, it took 45 minutes. There was a lack of oversight. Orders were taken haphazardly, and when the waiter came with orders, it was difficult for him to find the right table.

18/10/2025: Bought coffee and cake to sit in the café – and got a cardboard cup, plate and cutlery. Asked nicely if you could get real cutlery or a proper cup, and was met with an attitude that almost said: “Okay boomer, relax – we’re doing cardboard here.” Was about to order two teacups, but just asked if there was a deal if you took three. “Yes, that’s 3 for 60.” “So two for 30?” “No, actually 4 for 60.” … Well – I was just going to give 30 for 2?! It felt like discussing mental arithmetic with a piece of cardboard in human form. In addition, there was dirt on the tables and sticky residue around the counter – you could almost feel the bad smiley in the air. And honestly: it seems deserved. … Maybe Lagkagehuset should consider baking a little less – and thinking a little more.

30/09/2025: Best croissants in town. They are just melting in the mouth! Really good coffee and very good quality for an amazing price. Their bread is of such a good quality and they have wonderful bread and cheese"boller" .
