22/09/2025: Espresso Martini in a cup, flat beer and fish drowning in grease - those were the overall memories of dinner at Kongernes. Not to mention the feeling of being an inconvenience to the staff. The first warning should have been the unenthusiastic greeting despite having booked a table. We ended up deciding to sit outside to enjoy the last of the summer weather and managed to find cushions and blankets ourselves. The second red flag should have been the drinks. Two beers, of which the Carlsberg was as flat as a pancake, a watery Aperol Sprits - and an Espresso Martini in a small coffee cup. No foam. When we questioned it, we were first offered to have it transferred to a cocktail glass, and then told that they did not really have the ingredients for it. As the most expensive cocktail on the menu, this seemed a slightly surreal experience. We opted for another drink. After waiting for over 35 minutes to order food, we should probably have upped and left. However, we persevered, went inside, got a waiter to come outside and take the order. We made the mistake of asking what the fish of the day was and got the response "It is a white fish". The waiter left and came back, and at this point it was apparently necessary to have the chef/owner standing in the background to oversee the order taking. The oversight apparently did not extend to asking how any of the three steaks were to be cooked ... Now we settled down to wait for the food. And wait. And wait. We decided to move inside. Drinks were almost gone, but at no point did any of the two waiters come over and ask if we wanted anything else. If anything, we felt like an inconvenience and interruption to the family party that one of the waiters seemed to be a part of. The food arrived. The fillet was fine. Both entrecotes were far too red for the liking of the diners. There was some confusion about the sauces and the plates were cold. But the plaice was a disaster. Covered in rye bread crumbs and soaking in some grease it was close to inedible. At this point we just wanted to get out. When it came to pay the bill, we had been charged 110 kr for the espresso martini. I had to ask to have it changed to the replaced drink. No word of apology. I will always try and support local business and give people the benefit of the doubt. But apparently this is not the first time people are commenting on the poor service, so it cannot come as a chock to them. I, for one, cannot remember when we as a family last had such an appalling experience.

15/08/2025: We ordered two starters and a main course for dinner in the middle of the high season. In general, there was no match between the quality of the food and the price. The lobster bisque was tasteless and just boring. The tenderloin was the same and seemed almost unseasoned. The vegan dish was falafel and salad and unfortunately also incredibly boring and tasted of nothing but oil. Not even half the price seemed reasonable for that food. The staff was friendly, though. Unfortunately, this will not be a second visit for us.

20/09/2025: Got crispy fried spring rolls and samosa, but it was okay. Not something I would return for more of or eat there because of that experience. Way too many noodles in the spring rolls. But the service, which is self-service with ordering at the counter and picking up drinks, was nice enough. Got the food served at the table

07/03/2026: Wifi never works! Prices increase every other week. They charged you for wanting less ice in your iced latte lol. Avoid at all cost.

15/11/2025: Was there with my granddaughter and we order because she had to go to the toilet NOW. So I tell the person that we are just going to the toilet. When we come back both girls say "you haven't paid. You haven't paid" in an accusatory way. Explain to them that we were in the toilet and that we also haven't received our goods, only ordered. No apology just comments that there are many people going to the toilet! 😳 This is the last time we will come there, unfortunately because it is otherwise so cozy.

09/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery but the food arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the ordered time - quite annoying when my husband and son were not home. So they got cold food. Called them and explained that I will not accept to pay for the food when it does not arrive at the agreed time but they did not understand my message. Wrote in the order % tomato due to allergy and there was tomato in all three of our food.

06/09/2025: Bought a durum for 80 kr.... overpriced was my first thought, but maybe it was big, good or in some other way worth 80 kr. It was not worth it in any way. 90% of the durum was lettuce leaves, there was almost no meat and the size was completely ordinary. I would pay 50 kr at most for a durum with that amount of meat.

27/03/2025: Everything was unfortunately dry, bun, meat and fries.

12/02/2025: jagger burger lunch offer. Everything was just as it should be, it didn't take long before there was a smoking hot burger, and the fries were straight out of the fryer. *boss's kiss

05/12/2025: Beautiful atmosphere, the drink and the food we tried was very good. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, Alona was the sweetest,very polite and fun! A true gem

08/07/2025: Necesito revisar la pizza, ¡pero no puedo encontrar el restaurante del aeropuerto! Tuve un par de horas libres en el aeropuerto y entré en Neighbourhood Pizza. Pedí una pizza de papa con salami extra (no estoy seguro de cuál fue mi proceso de pensamiento, supongo que fue curiosidad). Todo ordenado en la aplicación, la camarera estaba esperando el pedido. Las bebidas se sirvieron rápidamente y la pizza llegó unos minutos después. La pizza estaba buena (le quité la papa), había aceites disponibles, la limonada estaba buena y la otra mitad le dio a la IPA un 9/10. Excelente servicio, buen menú. La pizza estaba realmente buena. Coste total: 44€. 20 (Una pizza, limonada, IPA y agua)

31/05/2025: Llegamos a Copenhague (zona de Norrebro) alrededor del mediodía y después de registrarnos en nuestro piso fuimos a dar un paseo. Ninguno de los dos hemos estado aquí antes, así que simplemente tiramos los dados / seguimos nuestras narices. Terminamos en esta zona genial y el vecindario nos atrajo de inmediato. Fue un buen día y hay un montón de asientos al aire libre (en el sol y la sombra), pero estábamos un poco jet lag, así que optamos por el interior fresco y tranquilo. Hay una buena selección de cerveza artesanal (probé la pilsener, la cerveza rubia y la cerveza Vienna lager) y las pizzas estaban deliciosas. Tuve los amantes de Burrata y mi esposa tuvo el pollo al ajo. Ambos eran crujientes, cargados de ingredientes / sabores frescos, y se presentan bien en tablas con ruedas de pizza para cortar. El servicio era cálido y acogedor, el ambiente agradable y la música funcionaba. Una gran experiencia de primera comida en una ciudad que es nueva para nosotros. Volveremos seguro.

29/09/2025: This bar is a super chill and cosy place to go for a drink. I went with my colleagues, and we had a fun night with plenty of cocktails. The drinks were solid – nothing over the top or mind-blowing, but definitely decent. You can tell they’ve put some thought and care into the menu
