28/10/2026: Had booked a table in prime time (6:30 PM), but only after 20 minutes and several attempts to indicate that we were ready to order, a waiter came. After that we waited 25 minutes for 2 burgers with fries. Delicious and very flavorful, but not impressed with the wait. Luckily we had already bought drinks before we were shown a table 😉

23/10/2026: Got cold fries, and they forgot an additional order that I never got, despite me asking for them again and being told they were on their way.... it wasn't very busy but we still had to go up and ask for the bill.

02/11/2026: Surprisingly cozy Thai restaurant in the basement of the Radisson Blue hotel. We had caramelized duck with noodles and vegetables, a glass of red wine and water. The dish was incredibly tasty, crispy and balanced. DKK 68,- for a bottle of water is on the expensive side.

03/11/2026: Excellent Daal! Tasted as it should. There could have been butter for the bread. Could have used a little pepper too. And maybe salt. The service level is rarely high at Grød, but the food is reasonable.

23/10/2026: Super nice place but dear owner buy some proper wine glasses they were small and almost comical to get a nice red wine in a small champagne glass. Therefore only 3 stars for service.

05/09/2026: Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience here and I cannot recommend this place\. I came here with a friend to have something to eat\. While we were waiting, my friend was talking to his daughter on the phone, and the staff member came over and told him to turn the volume down\. This was quite surprising, as the conversation was no louder than people normally talking to each other at a table\. I even asked whether guests having a regular conversation at the table are also expected to control their volume if someone happens to find their voices unpleasant\. To make matters worse, we were told that our protein meal would be brought to us, but the staff member simply forgot about the order altogether\. Overall, the service felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming, and our food was forgotten on top of that\. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when visiting a café\. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place\.

06/10/2026: I had the falafel plate. The fries were good and the falafel was delicious. They also had a nice salad and provided a pita on the side.

25/07/2026: I wasn't particularly hungry but when I saw my friend's, homemade bread cheese and jam I also ordered. It was absolutely delicious with the bread still warm. I opted for rhubarb jam which was incredible. what a great spot!

17/10/2026: I’ve ordered from them a few times already—the first time, the pizza was great, with delicious cheese and perfect fries; the next time, something had changed—the pizza was completely different—the crust and cheese, though the fries were still fine—but today it was a total disaster. The pizza was literally awful: the cheese was the cheapest kind possible, so salty it was unbearable, and the fries were burnt and sprinkled with an absurd amount of salt.

30/09/2026: Maybe the absolute most enjoyable birthday of my life! ❤️ We had the restaurant almost to ourselves because of Halloween, I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of such a pleasant, intimate, calm and yet intense experience at a restaurant! We'll be back this year ❤️

05/07/2026: Torvet's is such a cozy place. A bit messy style, but it has its charm with its wallpaper in 3 different styles, but especially with its small courtyard. The Danish is a bit lacking, but the staff is always sweet and nice. And, most importantly - the food is excellent! Absolutely the best pizza in Hillerød in my eyes.
