17/10/2025: Great products, for which we're happy to travel relatively far. And the saleswoman is very nice.

01/09/2025: 2 stars because the lady behind the counter was nice and smiling. The rum balls we bought tasted of absolutely nothing. There was probably more flavor in the crumb of the rum ball than the rum ball itself.

17/05/2026: There really wasn't much to offer. Chicken burger for 109 kr and tasted like something that had come out of the freezer.

25/09/2025: 9 out of 10 times it goes straight into the trash because they don't put the right dressing in. If you don't like creme fraiche, stay away because even if you order something else, you still get creme fraiche every time. I'm giving up now and won't be back.

09/02/2026: Ordered food for delivery but the food arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the ordered time - quite annoying when my husband and son were not home. So they got cold food. Called them and explained that I will not accept to pay for the food when it does not arrive at the agreed time but they did not understand my message. Wrote in the order % tomato due to allergy and there was tomato in all three of our food.

17/01/2026: Delicious rich bagel, smiling service and good conversation. He doesn't skimp on the filling and it was fresh and delicious 🩷 I loved the chili dressing he has 🌶🔥 My boyfriend and I will definitely come back here 😁 It was also the first place I've seen that sold Harboe Cola, and in these times it's nice to see people going against the US and not buying Coca Cola. 💪🇩🇰

09/01/2026: Super good service! Bought 2 salads and got a discount because they weren't completely full. He was honest, accommodating and also had a sense of humor, even though I was a bit difficult 😄 It just makes for an extra good experience.

20/12/2025: Extremely Rude behaviour please Avoid, and also Seems like they are doing illegal / unregistered business because today i went after ordering Biryani, Waited for 20 minutes, Then they said to make Payment Either with Cash or MobilePay, I said i only use credit card or Apple Pay/ GooglePay. But they said we don’t take these, Are they living in Caves, and instead of Helping, they straight away takes these order infront of me. Extremely Rude

14/07/2026: All in all ok and they are exciting burgers with good ideas and nicely built. However, the quality of the meat is lacking so not much flavor and the fries just don't taste good even though they look good and are crispy.

28/06/2026: A bit boring food, bought a burger with beef tenderloin which sounded delicious, but the meat was tasteless and the salad would have been better suited for a cold sandwich as it had no texture after the heat from the meat.

04/05/2026: Gyros with pork, as you get in Greece, is what they advertise. The only problem is that the Greek one at Reffen uses pulled pork, and that has nothing to do with a Greek gyros. A real Greek gyros is served with grilled, whole pieces of pork, in bite-sized pieces. Super disappointing experience.

17/03/2026: Probably the best Gyros in Copenhagen. Soft and tasty pita bread and Gyros Chicken with no fat! Professional and kind service.

06/07/2026: The place was quite empty, perhaps because we arrived early around 5:30 p.m. A couple of waiters were present who clearly didn't know each other and it could be heard from the conversations that took place between them, where they had the greatest focus. The food is a chapter in itself. We got a cheap "biksemad" where the fried egg was the best. The meat was so tough that it was inedible, my friend gave up and there was a big pile of attempted chewed meat on his plate. We told the waiter, who said "I've scolded the chef". My friend got a very hot cola, which we asked for ice for, the waiters disappeared with the glass and took far too long to get some ice in the glass and return. When he was about to talk to a young employee before the cola came back, we talked for 5-10 minutes?? After about 20-25 minutes, the waiter asks if we want to order dessert? So they gave us a cup of coffee as compensation for the inedible meat??? What did he think we would say?. Compensation usually does not include additional expenses. Unprofessional and clearly a staff without experience from good restaurants, and perhaps completely without experience in the restaurant industry?? A really annoying experience.

03/06/2026: My Togo pizza was ready for 15 minutes without anyone calling my name. The two guys were a little too busy flirting with the girl who was supposed to be teaching.

24/05/2026: Love the pizza. On this specific location, I would make sure the toilet are up to standard cause when I have been there yesterday it was not: dirty and without soap and towels.

18/08/2025: "Probably" the worst pizza in Copenhagen! We had ordered starters ("for sharing") and 4 different pizzas. Nothing good to say about any of those we got. How can people drive business like that?!! It was waste of good appetite, good mood, time, and a lot of money. Never again!!

16/08/2025: We had high expectations but were unfortunately disappointed. The service was poor and the wait for the food was unusually long. When we politely asked when the food would be served, we were met with a disinterested and dismissive response, which made us feel like we were being a nuisance.
