29/08/2025: Great coffee, but could you clean the awnings - it looks really shabby from the outside

08/08/2025: A small cafe with the obvious aim of being petite and fancy but the staff is distanced with no eye contact. The atmosphere is quite cold. Signs on every table that computers cannot be used. The big advantage is the silence and quietness.

03/10/2025: Really great place, good energy, and mostly plenty of space for dancing and expression. Doormen and staff are always nice and friendly (for those of us who know the culture). Definitely recommended.

10/09/2025: I stopped here whilst waiting for my car to get fixed and can only say nice things. The girl who served me was very polite, the prices are good for Copenhagen (28kr for a good americano), the sour dough bread roll and cheese was delicious. They have good WiFi and access to free drinking water. There are plenty of places to sit both inside and outside and a good place to remotely work if needed.

10/09/2025: Best breakfast in town. All items on the menu are truly mouthwatering - too bad it's only open weekdays. Prices are fair, and at the same level as the other places nearby

07/08/2025: Masser af lækre valgmuligheder. Personalet er venlige, men priserne er høje og der er mange mennesker. Vi fik sushi og ramen. Det var OK.

28/07/2025: De hecho terminamos aquí dos veces. Una para la cena y otra para el almuerzo. Mientras va la sala de comidas esta es bastante buena. Muchas opciones diferentes, así que había algo para todos en nuestro grupo. Parte de la comida era mejor que otros.

We had the vegetarian pasta which we highly recommend: delicious sauce, dish served very hot and fresh vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms and spinach)👌🏻 We also received a very warm welcome from the person who received us: thank you again!

04/10/2025: Always go to O'hlerys at the airport. Been there over 10 times. When the 3rd waiter came and said that the low (normal) table section was closed and no low tables were offered in a completely packed section with a queue for the high tables) which my wife had to sit at due to pain in her body, the staff said "You can choose another place". We can now recommend "Cocks & Coes" 50m further down. Super nice staff and really good hamburgers. We will go here next time!

22/09/2025: Horrible attitude from waiters. Just ask where I could sit. First two ignored me completely. Third one yelled that I could just sit in the front. Was a regular. Not anymore. @o’learys what’s going on?

21/02/2025: The lady at the checkout sits with airpods in her ears when we enter the restaurant. We ordered a Nacho and a loaded fries that resembled something made in a microwave. We also ordered a samosa and one with dumplings, which tasted semi-finished, greasy and with little filling. When paying, we could see into the kitchen, where it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while as it was only us who were there when we arrived and only two other tables were set when we left.

24/08/2025: We had the absolute best experience at Restaurant 1861! 🌟 The food was absolutely top notch – we have never had such good food before, and every dish was just right. The service was welcoming and professional, and the pace of the menu was perfectly coordinated, so we could enjoy the whole experience without having to wait too long. A special compliment must go to the manager, Mikkel Munte, who really does an excellent job. You can clearly feel his commitment and passion in both the atmosphere and the quality. We can only give our warmest recommendations – we will definitely be back! 🍷✨

07/10/2025: I attended a dinner event for volunteers via Ældresagen in Frederiksberg on October 3, 2025. We had a really good evening with well-cooked food, really good wines and the most beautiful setting. Not all kitchens manage to cook tasty food for so many people (I estimate that we were 150 participants) so high praise to the kitchen.

01/05/2025: We had read the menu card on the website and booked a table before an event in the KB hall. We were looking forward to the good experience and the exciting menu. We arrived and only then learned that today's menu was fixed! Other guests arrived at the same time as us and they chose to leave the restaurant after the same message. The menu did not cover an option for vegetarians, the price was quite a bit higher than the menu card we had seen on the website, we were not informed about the fixed menu, even though the booking was made by phone. When the other guests chose to leave, the host came out of the kitchen quite grumpily and asked angrily why they were leaving, they replied that they didn't want the fixed menu, after which he threw himself into a defensive speech that when there is an event, guests come pouring in at the same time and then the kitchen can't keep up! There are about 40 seats in the restaurant! The food was okay, but prepared in advance, so we got it quickly. The waiters were a little confused, but nice.

01/08/2025: They have a nice courtyard, but it needs to be cleaned up and the garden needs a loving hand. There is the opportunity to cook something really good. The staff is friendly. But the food was terrible! There was an incredibly thin chicken fillet in the chicken burger. At first I actually thought they had forgotten the chicken. The fries looked like something from the bottom of the fryer. 1/3 were inedible. In short. Everything was dry. The chicken salad was also boring with dry chicken. Really disappointing, because it is nice to sit in their courtyard, despite the lack of loving hand.

08/07/2025: From the time we arrived until we received our order, it took 45 minutes. There was a lack of oversight. Orders were taken haphazardly, and when the waiter came with orders, it was difficult for him to find the right table.
