23/01/2026: I cannot recommend this place to people who do not eat meat/pork. Despite my request, I received an order with meat. After contacting the restaurant, I was told that a new pizza would be delivered. Unfortunately, the pizza never arrived. No one contacted me and I was not offered a refund. Disrespect for the customer.

19/09/2025: Usually, the staff are really nice to me, but this wasn’t the first time that one of the guys served me with an attitude. I wanted to grab a pastry from the bakery section and was curious about one of them. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Danish, so I didn’t know what kind of filling the pastry had, and I also wanted to know if it was very sweet or not. Instead of a helpful answer, I got a reply with attitude. He corrected me (of course, on how to pronounce the pastry name) and said, “Yeees, it’s sweet, because it’s a pastry…” Excuse me, but if you want to sell your products to someone who is simply trying to learn about them, that’s not the way to respond. I just wanted to know if I would actually like it. Usually, it’s a nice place, but I know that if this guy is working the next time, I won’t go inside — because he ruins my mood instead of improving it. That’s really sad. This also wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with him. Whenever I order something from him, his attitude makes the service really unpleasant.

24/09/2025: The food was absolutely luxurious. The service was nice. I have nothing to complain about. We ate here 2 days in a row.

13/09/2025: For the very steep prices of this restaurant, you get to little food. If I pay 25€ for food, I expect to at least not be hungry after eating. Sadly the food also wasnt very good. The servers were very nice.

29/11/2025: Came here for lunch, waited to be seated, nobody acknowledged me. I hung my jacket and seated myself. One employee ended her conversation with her friend, and proceeded to clean tables, ignoring me. Another employee came in after speaking with friends on the sidewalk. She also did not acknowledge me. No menu, no attempt to engage or offer service. After 10 awkward minutes waiting, I retrieved my coat and left. Unfortunate experience on my first visit here to Denmark.

24/11/2025: boring food that looks great on instagram, the hollandaise on the eggs had literally no taste. the rösti tasted mostly of oil and no spice. And they gave us dessert before we had our food. and completely overrun with families with children, so it's not cozy for the rest of us. and the coffee was nice but quite small for the price.

30/06/2025: Check if what you ordered is in the bag - the last thing missing was a burger that I could "just" come and pick up 🙄

26/05/2025: Surprisingly delicious burger.. tried their factory burger. Delicious steak, dressing and great fries.. will come again.. 💪🏽

18/12/2025: Lidl and Netto, a pizzaria are most of the center, ok with the number of parking spaces, lacking some lighting.

03/03/2026: Wanted lunch, the food was nicely presented, and most of it tasted okay. But a piece of smørrebrød with a very thin piece of roast pork, dragged the whole experience down. Roast pork with a rubbery or elastic edge, where half was fat, tasted more than rancid, this piece that I took a bite of, I was about to spit out, it tasted of mold and rancid. The waiter who brought plates saw that it was discarded, but did not ask if it was good. Nothing is fresh and special, but the price is also accordingly. If she had asked how the food tasted, and offered a new and different piece, I would have given a different review.

03/03/2026: A poor round of pork roast, - old and dry. The (powder) gravy was grainy and boring. Not worth visiting.

24/11/2025: Great food, and fast service even when busy. Got the kebab menu, it is juicy and tasty, the meat and the pita is very nice😋 I've eaten here a year ago, just went in the restaurant and thought the food was delicious. Then came back now and I checked the reviews, and I am very confused with the low rating. It is honestly very good 😊

06/03/2026: Over an hour of delivery time, and a lovely COLD pizza. And no extra toppings on the pizza. It is clear that it is ZERO stars and not a place to be recommended, on the contrary

17/12/2025: I just ordered food from them through Wolt, the delivery time was supposed to be between 30 and 50 minutes, they deliver themselves. After an hour of waiting, I call and ask about my food, they say it's almost on its way out the door. Fast forward to half an hour later and my food still hasn't arrived. I call again, they ask again what I ordered and then hang up. I contact Wolt support and ask them to cancel my order, it's now been two hours and I don't want it anymore. After some waiting, she returns and says they'll be there in 10 minutes. I'm now hung up on half-cooked and half-cold food that's been 2 hours and 15 minutes in transit. I'll never order from them again!

11/04/2026: I don't know why it has so many negative reviews, it's not bad at all! And the service was good.

20/02/2026: I tried shisha for the first time in my life and was immediately put off. I really didn't like the taste. I don't know if it was due to the poor quality or the flavor itself. The place raises some questions. Especially regarding cleanliness; the ceiling is covered in nicotine residue. The tables haven't been wiped down. The owner was very friendly and approachable.

20/03/2026: Madonna burger bar is open in Hørsholm and we have had our first burger and chicken strips from there. We are greeted with a good mood and good atmosphere. The juiciest and most delicious bacon cheese burger I have ever had. Finally a burger that tastes of something And with good ingredients. And some well-prepared tender and flavorful chicken strips. I can only say it is worth every penny. We will definitely be regular customers.

25/08/2025: Big place with various high quality plants there is small playground inside the place for kids and coffee shops And it has little animals;hamster, rabbit gekko etc. which kids can see them

20/07/2025: You can always bring baby food and water – even on planes – but at Plantorama it is not allowed, neither at the playground upstairs nor in the café area downstairs. When my husband gave our daughter a slice of cucumber, we were reprimanded by the staff, who watched us like police officers to make sure we didn’t use any of what we had brought. We usually spend thousands of kroner on flowers, plants, trees, food and coffee at Plantorama on each visit, but after this humiliating experience – where we felt watched and humiliated in front of other customers – we now prefer to shop online. It is both cheaper and no one violates our dignity. I truly regret all the money we spent there.

18/01/2026: We probably made a mistake by ordering their menu, which consisted of shrimp cocktail and entrecote. Absolutely edible but we should have ordered pizza. The waiter left "early" and left the restaurant to colleagues, who talked so much among themselves that it was very difficult to catch their attention to order ice cream dessert. Which, by the way, were ready-made glasses of ice cream, edible yes but in no way flashy.
