24/08/2026: I bought Haraes for 100 kr when I got home I discovered that Haraes was completely angry and said that I wanted my money back or something else hahaha then the man says you can't do that then I asked why you can see for yourself what this looks like he says no okay you can have them for free I don't want them or money he was so angry . PS. Haraes is brown or dark brown not black and wine gum add satin

14/08/2026: We just walked by and decided to come in. When we will go back home, this is where I am going to buy all the treats and take them to USA. This bakhlava is a piece of art. It melts in your mouth! Thanks God we bought a small plate- we could not stop eating it! And the biggest thing it’s not overly sweet, very mild taste. Perfect place to try Eastern sweets and buy as a gift. The owner is as sweet as his goods! Very friendly and gives out samples!

15/10/2026: Horrible service. Asked for a cappuccino and a latte but I had to remind them several times. Then it came wrong and no lid or anything. Too quick to charge and too expensive, not worth the cost either. Stay away!

23/05/2026: Incredibly annoying.... The woman at the bar says there is a discount in connection with our beer tasting - When we pay there is no discount and when we mention it to her she denies everything. We have to pay a fee for "plastic cups".

08/09/2026: Very disappointing experience. I felt like I was treated like I was from another world. I ordered a juice and stood right in front of the employee, but she completely forgot about my order. After a while another employee came and asked if I wanted to order something. Only then did the first employee remember my order and ask his colleague to make my juice. To make it even worse, the juice was served in a dirty, unwashed glass. Really poor service and hygiene. I definitely did not feel welcome here.

28/08/2026: Delightful place for a late afternoon bite. The tuna salad sandwich was tasty and the hummus, exceptional.

21/08/2026: A wonderful bakery; the food is delicious and the selection is wide. The staff were friendly and allowed us to try a type of cake before buying.

08/08/2026: It was the most boring bread I've had to date. Even bake off is more exciting. Otherwise looked delicious and crispy. The sweet clerk said it was the best seller. Better go down to the harbor...waste of time and money

10/10/2026: It felt like there wasn't much to eat, and overall, the seasoning wasn't very good.

07/08/2026: It's really hard to find a cozier - more committed place to eat. It's young people mixed with older people 😉 and there's an incredible charm about eating with them - and they (I'm a trained chef myself) are really skilled in the kitchen and generous with the wine. Try it, you won't regret it 😀

16/05/2026: We chose Francophile because of the good reviews, and not least the menu card. When we arrived we were greeted by two very young and sweet waiters, one of whom was so busy presenting us with the menu of the day that he was clearly irritated that we allowed ourselves to ask about the menu they had on their website, which they could not deliver, on the grounds that the owner was on vacation and could not access and edit their website. We ordered their white asparagus as a starter, which should have been served with a foam, which turned out to be a cream sauce. It tasted okay, after a bit of salt. For the main course we would have had their fish, which they did not have. And chose their lobster dish with salmon. The salmon was dry and tasteless, and had to ask for bread. The bread was delicious though. We finished with cheese, which was excellent, although served refrigerator cold. And a glass of almost explicit and expensive port and red wine, both clearly showing signs of having been opened far too long. Perhaps all this was because the owner was on vacation, and we were unlucky to come at this time. The location and small intimate room are top notch. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

08/09/2026: Well spiced Indian food. We bought a vindaloo with lamb and a butter chicken with chicken. Both had tender meat, but the vindaloo had very little sauce. The butter chicken was a larger portion, but still a modest meal. The naan was okay.

05/09/2026: Really let down by this place. Ordered Fish Curry, Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. All the dishes were poorly seasoned, oily, the way too salty and served late. Plus the portion was just like kids portion, very small portion. For the price, the quality was unacceptable. Management should look into kitchen standards. I won’t come back to this place and a suggestion for the people who think to try, just learn from my experience and save your money and time, Not recommended 👎👎👎

23/10/2026: First time. Will come again. Never knew about that store even though I've been on that road every year. Delicious food. Good prices. Good service.

19/06/2026: They refused to take orders even though they had nothing to do. Maybe it was my luck, because it's a bit disgusting in there. But still a really weird experience to be sent away with no explanation other than they're lazy.

15/10/2026: Delicious bread, coffee - a nice start to the day. And the cookies, yummy!

15/10/2026: Really bad experience x 4 in less than 1 minute at Frb alle 1. The clerk sells me a large filter coffee because I don't ask for a small or large myself. In my opinion, you can ask. 2. I mention that I should have just had a small, and she insists on giving me the large that is now poured. Not very willing to change. 3. It is less than lukewarm. You should check that before pouring. 4. I get a little clearly annoyed in my expression but she looks at me askance and smiles. Really bad attitude. 40 kr for a really bad experience and a customer who will never come back for a fuser.

29/09/2026: Service was good, flat sodas exchanged for other flat sodas. Food was ok but not like the old days. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill for Blovstrød kro. When you see the back of the kro, it is a sad sight, it has been a long time since there has been painting or maintenance. We were glad that we had not brought anyone else to the kro.
