26/06/2026: I am against the fact that now larger chains can step on people who don't have much money, for example they go in and lock 1250 kr on your account if you have to refuel and pay with your card. This means that you have to have over 1250 kr in the account before you can be allowed to refuel. And this trend is spreading to the other companies. And you can no longer just refuel and go in and pay, no now you have to guess and pay what you think you will refuel for in advance, then you can enter a code and pay. I then asked what if I guess wrong and there can't be the whole amount, he didn't show that to the guy at the cash register. Where is the service and the trust in the customers, the way they have changed it, they label all customers as criminals.

15/07/2026: I came at 9am to buy a coffee and something to eat. Apparently no one was at work that day. The people who were baking for a living couldn't sell anything. But they could spread buns and give them to other employees at the station. Strange way to do business. It was a Wednesday, so not a Monday or any other announced closing day. So expect to walk around in vain.

30/05/2026: The brunch felt overpriced for what was served (225 DKK - excluding beverages).

30/06/2026: Unfortunately, the pasta was quite disappointing. The portion was very small for the price (135 DKK), and the dish itself was pretty bland and nothing special. Overall, it didn’t feel like good value for the money.

11/05/2026: Crazy overpriced for pasta. We got a kids bolognese pasta for 85DKK or like $20 CAD!! Tiniest portion and it looks like cafeteria food. It didn't even look like there was any meat it in, just pasta sauce. If you want extras like parmesan cheese grated on top, it's another 10DKK. Crazy expansive. The whole Broen area is overpriced like mad. Go elsewhere!

14/06/2026: Very disappointing experience. We ordered a 56-box and found three hairs in the food, which is of course very disgusting and unacceptable. When we contacted the restaurant, we were told that we could get a single sushi roll as compensation. When we arrived the next day, we explained that we did not think it was fair to get one roll when three hairs had been found in our food. We therefore asked if we could get either a new 56-box or a refund. The employee refused this and did not seem interested in finding a solution. The worst part was that she laughed several times while we tried to explain our dissatisfaction, which felt very disrespectful. Even when we suggested getting half the money back as a compromise, it was rejected and we again experienced a condescending attitude. Mistakes can happen, but the way a company handles complaints is crucial. Unfortunately, both the hygiene and customer service were far below expectations. Therefore, I cannot recommend the place.

04/07/2026: I always get their burger with fries and it tastes perfect and is made quickly and well. My family orders pizzas and they have always been good. They are also nice and willing to change things from the food if you ask nicely. Would definitely recommend :)

30/08/2026: Very awkward experience. We were greeted by a staff member who seemed completely oblivious to why we were there. Even when I asked if they had a table for two, he still seemed confused. I'm actually still a little confused about what happened. We managed to get a seat though – and a pretty mediocre ramen.

11/08/2026: The food is very good ‘wok air’ 😁. This is how Chinese described food that is hot and 😋. We were hungry when visiting and the food filled our tummy. Although we order takeout but we decided to dine in, as the tables are available.

26/06/2026: We have bought some sushi take away twice, and both times we got different types of sushi than the ones we ordered. That's why we won't buy there again.

08/06/2026: The salmon and tuna are really good but the crab filling in the rolls is bland. The presentation is very nice. For all you can eat, miso soup, drinks, and even tap water are extra charges. The menu was a weird old website with poor English translations and loaded very slow due to the poor cell service inside the restaurant. This really limited the "all you can eat" experience. I think the food looks nicer in photos than it tastes

14/07/2026: We had been to see the circus revue and bought the gold package which means that in addition to two small bottles of plastic Rósevin for the performance, there is a 3-course dinner included, which you go over and eat at Hotel Postgaarden which is located in Korsbæk town from the matador, which the hill has built a copy of. It now looks very good. The first person we met when we entered was a half-sad waiter who wanted to place us in the middle of the room facing the aisle. I asked nicely if he didn't have another table, but he denied it and said that it was reserved for us. It must be said that the restaurant was only 1/3 full with guests. However, we didn't want to sit there and asked another waiter who was a woman, where I insisted on getting a table for two further away from the aisle. She found one at 3 SEC. Since there were enough empty tables. The dinner itself was average, and the service as well, not many smiles or questions, and the experience itself was nothing to shout hurray for. Don't get me wrong, but we probably won't go there again. The staff and service could have been better. We don't know if it was because our dinner was bought together with tickets to the circus revue. We bought what they call the Gold Package which cost 2700.-kr for two. The dinner was pre-determined, meaning that we couldn't choose from the menu ourselves and were actually forced to eat the somewhat boring food that we were served. There was a glass of wine for each course, and I had to ask them to fill it up more, because they took the bottle back and there was no possibility of refilling it. The glasses weren't the biggest and the wine tasted dry and a little sour. However, we could choose between Red or White wine. The dessert wine for the dessert that was served was far too sweet. We also left 3 half-full glasses. We had only sipped the dessert wine. When we got up when we were finished, it wasn't noticed and no one said hello and hope you enjoyed it etc. So we just slipped through the rather large restaurant. The tickets for the circus revue cost around 1100 for two people. That is, we paid around 1600.-kr for dinner. We could have had the same with more wine, of our own choice, and had decided on dinner ourselves from a menu at a finer restaurant out in town. And with much better service. In some ways, it is difficult for us to decide whether it would have been better if we had been direct paying guests, since the dinner was part of the gold package purchased for the circus revue. I can see from the reviews that those of us who have bought the "Gold Package" that you buy through the Circus Revue, which I will call the "Wool in the Mouth Package", all have the same sad experience of visiting the restaurant Postgaarden. the food and service are beyond criticism. It is incredible that it is still 3 years after my wife and I paid a lot of money for a visit that was not worth half the expensive ticket. I would definitely advise everyone not to buy what they call the Gold Package for the Circus Revue. You will undoubtedly be sorely disappointed.

05/08/2026: Great location and seating areas, but I had to look at uncleared tables for 1.5 hours that staff just walked past, not good enough training of staff.

02/08/2026: Service wise I do really appreciate hospitality. Thanks to the girls on the morning shift I could charge my phone and get back home. As a sommelier in the business I would appreciate an option to tip the servers by card in the establishment. Pinky promise, champagne is coming :)

08/06/2026: Went to VeVe on Monday for a 5 course Tasting menu. It was excellent and beyond expectations. Each dish was made with love and care and our waiter was so professional and sweet. Every detail was taken care of at Veve and the food tasted fantastic. Highly recommended if you are missing the perfect setting for a date night or just looking for a bite to eat in quiet, beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

30/05/2026: You wait on the phone for almost 20 minutes and no one answers the phone. Then when you go there, it turns out that the restaurant is closed (on a Saturday night).
