08/11/2025: Our first visit to Joe and The Jule in the ILUM department store was a thoroughly positive experience from beginning to end. Although we arrived almost at closing time, the employee there took ample time for us. With great patience and warmth, she explained all the offers and details of the product range in great detail, which we found particularly pleasant. It was clear that she was passionate about her job and truly embodies customer service. To top off our visit, she even surprised us with a delicious piece of cake – a particularly kind gesture that further enhanced our positive impression. Such dedicated and courteous employees are a real asset to any company and worth their weight in gold. The employee there was very, very nice and friendly. We arrived almost at closing time, and she took the time to explain everything to us in detail. In the end, she even treated us to cake. An employee like that is worth their weight in gold to any company. The ambiance in the ILUM department store itself is stylish and modern, making shopping a pleasant experience. The wide selection of high-quality brands and products is perfectly complemented by this attentive service, ensuring that customers feel completely at ease. Drawback: There wasn't a minor drawback specific to Joe and The Juce, but rather a general issue with the ILUM department store: During peak hours, it can occasionally get crowded and lively, which can make shopping a bit hectic. Making a reservation or visiting outside of peak hours is recommended for a more relaxed shopping experience. Conclusion: Joe and The Juce at the ILUM department store impresses with outstanding customer service, a warm and helpful staff member, and a pleasant atmosphere. The personal and friendly service makes a visit a special experience that I highly recommend. Combined with the department store's high-quality product range, Joe and The Juce is a true highlight for every ILUM visitor and an example of what customer service should be like today.

04/10/2025: Probably a bit too trendy for me but I have to say that my iced latte was the best that I've ever had!

12/04/2026: My order arrived completely cold – both the burger and fries were cold upon delivery. Only the chicken nuggets were warm. It honestly seemed like the burger and fries had been sitting around for a long time, while the nuggets were made later and just added to the order. I also live in the neighborhood, so the delivery time cannot be used as an excuse for the food being ice cold upon arrival. After contacting them, I was simply told that the food was made fresh and that they would not offer any kind of compensation. I simply find that unacceptable – especially at the prices you pay.

22/03/2026: We ordered 2 meals as a takeaway. One of them (HOT NASHVILLE BURGER) was extremely oversalted. Unfortunately, we had to throw it away.

29/12/2025: One of the hidden gems in this area. Excellent brunch, cake, coffee and a lot other options. Very cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

13/12/2025: Good cafe. The staff doesn't speak Danish but the service is good. Fabulous selection of cakes. Good smoothies! It was a bit cold the last time we were there.

06/06/2025: Had a great experience with my family. They were very accommodating and the food was delicious. Tried most everything and our favorite was the shrimp tempura with salmon and the scallop ceviche. Definitely check it out.

31/05/2025: Been here on multiple occasions in 2024 and 2025. Unmatched poor organisation between waiters and kitchen with half an hours wait to order and more than an hour for the food. Had to ask waiters to bring the wine … Nice people and food. Hope someone can help out.

01/11/2025: I ordered some food for delivery. The food came and was totally cold. In one the dishes the chicken was raw. I call the restaurant to bring me a new one and pickup the one thats not edible, but they didnt. They dont have the time, he told me. After a long argumentation on the phone with the guy, he said he will contact wolt to get my money back for the dish. I didnt recive any money, and I called the guy again. He said that he told wolt to give me half of the money for that dish. I get into argument, that i should get the full payment for the dish, but he keeps saying that 120 orders didnt have anything wrong with their order, so he didnt believe me. I told him, that not a decent behavier towards a customer, and I am going to give ham a bad rating. He hangs up the one, White saying he doesnt have time for this bullshit.

12/07/2025: Everything was super fast and perfect. Bought a chicken sandwich and it tasted super good! Really good Atmosphere Service and everything!

18/12/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food is cheap, but unfortunately also then. I got a pad thai, which was primarily a portion of noodles with soy and sugar. The filling was lacking; vegetables, spring onions, bean sprouts and peanuts and chicken.

07/11/2025: Me and my boyfriend visited this place twice whilst in Copenhagen. The food was very delicious and the service was fast and amazing. There a couple seats to sit and eat, which are also comfortable.

30/10/2025: We saw that they had Lamb Kebab roll for 125 kr per piece so we bought two of them and I have rarely been so sad about spending so much money on food. It was completely soggy after 5 minutes, I couldn't taste any dressing in it even though when I opened it it was full of it and there were maybe 2 huge pieces of cucumber in the whole roll. The most disappointing thing was probably that the lamb wasn't good either, it was cut into chunks instead of slices and therefore incredibly hard to eat and didn't even taste like lamb. Never in my life have I been so disappointed with a durum roll as the one I got in here and I will definitely not eat anything in there again.

30/10/2025: I really like this brand and was happy to find it in the center of Copenhagen. The steak and tuna sandwiches are always great, and the smoothies are super tasty. Friendly staff and a nice, lively vibe — perfect for a quick and delicious stop.
