28/06/2025: Tuvimos una experiencia excepcional. Es un restaurante encantador. Excelente ubicación. La comida es espectacular. El servicio es excepcional. Empezamos con jamón ibérico y queso mancheco, que se acompañó de un pan increíble hecho de harina de Manitoba, con una mantequilla de cebolla que recordaba al patè. Nuestros platos principales fueron el risotto con guisantes y espárragos y mucho queso parmigiano reggiano, y el linguini con langosta en una rica bisquetilla de langosta. Grandes trozos de langosta. El Negroni era perfecto. Muy subestimado. Por favor, pruébelo. No serás infeliz

11/10/2025: Good coffee and food… but the service is non-existent in here. The staff treat you like you’re an inconvenience.

22/07/2025: Great place. The staff are friendly, service is quick and the baked goods are high quality for a chain. It's very popular with the locals in the area and I can understand why.

30/10/2025: I tried to order two times: the first one I ordered online and when I went to pick up the restaurant was closed (even though it was on the opening hours) and the second one they picked up the phone, and immediately hung up after I spoke in english and never picked up again. Totally disrespectful both times!

12/12/2025: The experience was terrible. The service was poor and the restaurant was deserted. It was a very unpleasant dining experience.

28/08/2025: Excellent burger for average airport price (high). I love the fries, very crispy and the meat was perfectly cooked.

26/08/2025: Not the same experience as the other Mash restaurants. Slow service and understaffed. Not same food quality, which the waiter excused with just being are a “franchise”. No truffle grated on Mac and Cheese as in the other restaurants. Dry bread from the day before. Also don’t comply with the Mash rewards programme as they again are just a “franchise”. Skip this one and go for something else in the airport - lots of other options ☺️

03/08/2025: You never get your entire order at the drive-thru. There's always some dip or something missing.

10/07/2025: I waited 1 hour for my food when we got it there sprite tasted like water with fizz don’t buy from that mc Donald trump

05/12/2025: Just bought 2 Homestyle Cheesy Ranch burgers. Transported home in a thermal bag (max 5 min by car). The burgers were completely cold and a boring experience.

02/12/2025: No fries, how can a chain like that run out of fries.

09/12/2025: The food has become too expensive. Is not the same quality as the old owner.

10/09/2025: I had placed an order, but as I stood there waiting for it, I saw the guy cooking the food run his hand through his sweaty hair, and then handle my food with the same gloves. Plus, I drove away again even though I had paid.

08/12/2025: We ordered food and waited over an hour but no food came despite several reminders. Apparently the kitchen had run out of food but no one on the staff thought it worth notifying us. No more visits for us here.

18/10/2025: Got pretty drunk so it must have been a good night. Not the next day though as their drinks gave me a serious hangover 🤣😂

28/08/2025: either the mild seasoning isnt actually mild at all or the person attending me misheard my order. i dont consider myself sensitive to spices but even after some days my lips still burn and hurt after eating here. otherwise the food was good, just order it without any seasoning i guess

17/08/2025: It took forever, and even though the fries came straight from the fryer, more than half were cold. On top of that, it was incredibly expensive: over €17 for a sparsely filled wrap and a few fries without a drink.

03/09/2025: Food is very good but speed is insane. Maybe I am to german here, but over 60 min. is crazy in my opinion. A person more in the kitchen is needed to help the two ladies!! This service overall is non acceptable, I will never come here again 100%

11/08/2025: We had a wonderful birthday gathering at this backery. They make their own bread daily and tastes 🤩!! Staffs are friendly, the backery is spacious and cozy for friends gather together especially on a sunny day with big windows opening by the sidewalk!
