21/02/2025: The lady at the checkout sits with airpods in her ears when we enter the restaurant. We ordered a Nacho and a loaded fries that resembled something made in a microwave. We also ordered a samosa and one with dumplings, which tasted semi-finished, greasy and with little filling. When paying, we could see into the kitchen, where it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for quite a while as it was only us who were there when we arrived and only two other tables were set when we left.

03/12/2025: The service was super good, we had delicious food and they gave dessert and coffee at their expense for no reason. Definitely worth a visit!
30/10/2025: I would really advise people to stay AWAY!, have nothing good to say. Got a WAY too old beef tenderloin that tasted like sour socks and you could smell it in the whole restaurant. SO DAMN, on top of that we also waited over an hour for our meal

03/09/2025: Food is very good but speed is insane. Maybe I am to german here, but over 60 min. is crazy in my opinion. A person more in the kitchen is needed to help the two ladies!! This service overall is non acceptable, I will never come here again 100%

24/10/2025: You have to look very far for the same kind of lousy and arrogant service.
Besides that, be aware that it is cheaper to buy a small soda and a durum for 39+79=108 than their menu with the same content for 109.
17/10/2025: Bad meat and bread. Definitely one of the worst places I've had durum kebab so far. Way too expensive for the quality of the food. The music is good enough though.

24/07/2025: Small rooms, small very soft bed in the bad way. Could hear the elevator going up and down all night.
22/07/2025: The breakfast is good. But the rooms need to be looked after a little more. And then the cleaning staff should probably take a course, got a room with long hairs all over the floor. The shower had black grout until the hot water came on, then the dirt came out. I've been happy to stay here, but last time was a bad experience

05/03/2026: Ordered a pizza capricciosa with ham and mushrooms. Unfortunately, either the ham, the mushrooms, or both smelled so pungent that I had to add sour cream dressing to make it edible.
04/03/2026: The owner is really nice and their food tastes great. Classic pizzeria as you know it. I'm glad they have vegetarian dishes on the menu :)

03/10/2025: Their coffee was nice, but the rum ball was boring. It's a nice concept, but the cafe and the service area seem boring, messy and shabby.
09/09/2025: The baked goods were fresh and well-made, and the cappuccino was delicious.
Instead of eating from a paper bag and drinking from a paper cup with stirrers, the old-school option—with a plate, cup, and spoon—would have certainly been even more appealing. Moreover, the service seemed dismissive and unmotivated... what a pity, jam...

06/01/2026: Good sandwiches at a good price but above all very friendly staff. A bit rough environment, as it should be at a beer bar in Helsingör.
08/12/2025: We ordered food and waited over an hour but no food came despite several reminders. Apparently the kitchen had run out of food but no one on the staff thought it worth notifying us. No more visits for us here.

19/10/2025: Hunter's price. 19/10 around 8:30-9:00 Should have a chocolate tea bun for my daughter who should have butter on it, I get this. However, you have to pay 23kr. And are wrapped like a buttered roll. I complain about this and am ignored.
Since when does butter cost more than a tea bun for 10kr? 13kr for butter? That's just over the top

29/10/2025: Printer crashes happen all too often at the counter. Apparently, the staff doesn't follow up on the error message.
21/09/2025: Needed help charging but was just directed to call the number on the stand which was not answered. My sister wanted to use the toilet, it was so dirty she had to get up. It must be done better in Dragør.
