27/09/2026: Today’s dinner was quite interesting. We waited for almost an hour and the quality of the food was…questionable. Although the pizza was partly enjoyable, the pasta was already cold on arrival. And on top of that cutlery and glasses were quite dirty. The service was nice and friendly but slow.

26/07/2026: The food here is very good and, by Danish standards, very inexpensive. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious.

09/08/2026: Nothing to shout hooray for, the pizza was burnt and there was dressing in the salad even though we had opted out of it.

09/07/2026: The food and service are sooooo good, everything was absolutely perfect and my friends were able to have their dishes changed even after they ordered, did I mention how AMAZING THE FOOD WAS? 😍😍😍 only reason any of us couldn't eat was because there was so much of the delicious food that we ended up taking home❤️

07/10/2026: We stopped here because it looked cute, and then out of curiosity checked the reviews and thought hmm, how interesting. Turns out, the reviews were not incorrect. We specifically asked to sit down for drinks. After we did so, the server informed us that they were too “busy” to make any cocktails (notwithstanding that they were three ingredients), and we could only order wine or beer. Mind you, there were three patrons inside the restaurant. We then ordered wine that took 10 min to come. I guess the space was cute and I can’t comment on the food, but it generally felt like they were doing us a huge favour by allowing us to be there.

18/09/2026: Hostile service ruins an otherwise beautiful space. While the restaurant features high-end furniture and uses fancy French terminology throughout the menu, the attitude of the owner/waitress completely destroyed the evening. Good presentation means nothing if you treat your guests with outright hostility. If you dislike dealing with people, you should not be running a hospitality business. People deserve respect. Not recommended at all.

04/09/2026: This is a fantastic dining establishment with many specialties, especially some of their sandwiches made with completely fresh ingredients.

26/06/2026: I am against the fact that now larger chains can step on people who don't have much money, for example they go in and lock 1250 kr on your account if you have to refuel and pay with your card. This means that you have to have over 1250 kr in the account before you can be allowed to refuel. And this trend is spreading to the other companies. And you can no longer just refuel and go in and pay, no now you have to guess and pay what you think you will refuel for in advance, then you can enter a code and pay. I then asked what if I guess wrong and there can't be the whole amount, he didn't show that to the guy at the cash register. Where is the service and the trust in the customers, the way they have changed it, they label all customers as criminals.

23/10/2026: The space is too cramped and the toilet on the first floor was dirty and lacked both soap and paper towels. Otherwise ok.

22/10/2026: I must have had 8625 matcha lattes at this chain. I liked it (I simply asked for matcha powder + hot plant-based milk, very easy). The price isn't like other places, but for the city, I'd say it wasn't too much, and the large one is still large. I think the atmosphere is fine because it's one of those cafes similar to a famous chain, where you can stay as long as you want, even to work, etc.

11/10/2026: We had a wonderful dinner at Cicolo! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. One of us preferred not to eat meat, and the staff kindly went out of their way to prepare a special vegetarian dish just for her, which we really appreciated. Such thoughtful and attentive service made the evening even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place!

26/09/2026: Everything was unfortunately bad.. and expensive. The staff could not offer the slightest smile or solve a smaller meal for a child. Ate antipasti and pasta, the food was really boring and completely unsalted. Most expensive dinner too - no one recommends this place.

08/09/2026: I stand there for 5 minutes and the cashier is busy talking about her life story with others, I was not served, poor service

06/09/2026: Lovely cafe with good Latte and super nice homemade cakes etc.

15/11/2025: Was there with my granddaughter and we order because she had to go to the toilet NOW. So I tell the person that we are just going to the toilet. When we come back both girls say "you haven't paid. You haven't paid" in an accusatory way. Explain to them that we were in the toilet and that we also haven't received our goods, only ordered. No apology just comments that there are many people going to the toilet! 😳 This is the last time we will come there, unfortunately because it is otherwise so cozy.

22/09/2026: The burgers have definitely gotten smaller but the tenders have become ridiculously large at 70 kr for 4 pieces which is not much bigger than a large French fry - the French fries are still good though

08/08/2026: Nice lunch. For the first time we tried ordering at the table, we don't usually do that. But the waiters were very welcoming and smiling. They often came by and asked if everything was as it should be. And that was it, tasty and delicious.

27/05/2026: The food was good and the service was ok but it annoys me immensely that the staff only speaks English. When they get a job in Denmark the minimum requirement should be that they can speak Danish!
