17/03/2026: Really good Durum and some of the pizzas. But uses veal bacon, turkey ham and cocktail sausages, without showing it.. Really a disappointment!! Wants to appear as an Italian pizzaria, but without being one. Find another place to eat.

10/04/2026: They get the order wrong like every other time, otherwise okay. Ordered a bbq burger, got a burger with mustard sauce. I was the only customer there before and after i left :) Hire at least 1 grown up to watch the children.

24/04/2026: I was there this week where a girl in a scarf was behind the cash register, not smiling at all, looks like someone who is forced to be there, on top of that we got the wrong order. Won't be back!

25/06/2026: Amen it was a completely horrible hat party, completely overbooked. Dress code so many of your friends couldn't get in, yet there were so many people that you couldn't catch your breath, neither inside nor outside. Will never go there again

25/06/2026: Sø is hell. If someone from your school writes: “Hey, Sø wants to throw a party for you when everyone becomes a student.” The idea sounds cool, but think about it! First of all, the dress code is long pants for boys and no flip-flops if you’re a girl. Otherwise, you won’t be allowed in. Practice burping – which is a pain when you’ve come all the way to KBH on a weekday to be rejected. If you’ve managed to get in, expect there to be no space. It’s crowded and hot (it’s very stupid to demand that people wear long pants when the weather forecast is screaming 20 degrees). To top it all off, it’s an even worse nightmare if you’re no longer under the influence or haven’t been drinking at all, because then it’s all pure hell. So yes, dear future students, if you're going to celebrate your graduation, it's not Sø – unless you can tolerate a little heatstroke, party without any impact, and, not least, be squeezed between people who sweated more than Niagara Falls.

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

28/06/2026: I ordered a salmon sandwich, but by mistake I got one with tuna. Mistakes can happen, of course, and if the sandwich had been good, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Unfortunately, it was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. The “tuna salad” was a sad, sticky mess with the consistency of soggy oatmeal and a pervasive fishy taste. The bun was chewy and bland, and the filling consisted of a few limp lettuce leaves. A truly disappointing experience.

10/04/2026: I ordered food online from this restaurant and it was honestly quite a frustrating experience. The food arrived after a long time and seemed like it had been sitting out for far too long. The taste was flat and bland – not at all what you expect from Indian food, which should normally be full of spice and character. It is really disappointing to pay for something that is neither fresh nor tasty. I simply don't understand how they can send something like this out to customers. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. 🤮

14/07/2026: It’s amazing how frustrating a pretty looking bar can be when the staff are completely clueless. Not keeping it tidy, no idea how to look after customers. Rude, incredibly slow and really not listening.

12/07/2026: We had open sandwiches with a disappointing fish fillet drowning in a remoulade that tasted mostly of curry. Then came an Asparagus Benedict, where the white asparagus was completely hidden under a thick layer of sauce. A flat experience that we don't intend to repeat It was IKEA food at Tivoli prices

15/05/2026: I have been to Grød in Christianshavn for several years where the staff is very service-minded and quick despite being busy. But today I was in the Lyngby branch and had to wait for my food for 25 minutes despite it not being particularly busy. The 2 who served and prepared the food were more busy talking privately and talking about when they should take a break!? And didn't seem particularly attentive to the customers either. A truly disappointing experience.

18/07/2026: I regularly visit Lagkagehuset in Vallensbæk, and unfortunately the experience is often the same. I always buy the same thing: a Christianshavnerbrød. It is an item that is already ready and should be delivered in less than a minute. I fully understand that coffee needs to be brewed, buns with cheese need to be spread, and other special orders take time. That is not the problem. The problem is that the service is generally far too slow. It is not unusual to see two employees serving while two others are restocking items or talking about the weekend's plans, even though there are customers waiting. Today I chose the drive-in because cars are usually given priority. There was only one car in front of me, but it still took about 6 to 7 minutes before it was my turn. When I ordered a Christianshavnerbrød, the clerk didn't know what it was and had to ask a colleague. Honestly, that didn't give me much confidence. If there had been a question about allergens or ingredients, I would have expected the employee to have a handle on the assortment. I was asked if the bread needed to be sliced. “No thanks.” “Perfect, drive to the next window.” When it was delivered, the bread had been sliced ​​anyway. By that time, about 10 minutes had passed since I arrived. I said that I didn’t want a sliced ​​loaf of bread, and wanted another. It was the last one and I therefore asked for my money back. The first answer was: “You can’t have that.” I asked if there was a manager I could speak to. “No.” When I insisted that I wanted my money back, the employee walked away for a moment. Shortly after, she returned with 50 kroner in coins, held them out and simply said: “Here.” I asked if the amount could be returned to my payment card. “No.” The bread from Lagkagehuset is usually not bad. The quality is good. But the service and the pace make the experience all too often frustrating. When a customer spends about 10 minutes buying a loaf of bread that is already ready, and at the same time experiences errors in the order and a very unfriendly handling of the complaint, then there is some way to go before the standard one should be able to expect.
