23/05/2026: I honestly wish I could upload pictures because I have never in my life had such stale and dry baked goods. The bread looks completely pre-bought and not at all homemade or fresh. We tried a few different things, and everything was an absolute letdown. The "hindbærsnitte" had multiple layers but was still incredibly dry, and the marmalade had absolutely no fruity taste, making it taste literally like a cheap pop-tart. On top of that, the cookie my girlfriend bought tasted exactly like those small, dry, mass-produced cookies you buy from Netto with a strong taste of Natron. Overall, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had from a bakery in Copenhagen, and the quality is nowhere near what you pay for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

19/05/2026: Poor service, the baristas girls were more worried to talk each other than provide a good costumer experience. They just laugh slightly when I asked if was posible to grill my sandwich. I general I know we can't expect too much from konditoriet like this in Denmark and I probably the service is poor because the workers are to young to know what means make feel someone welcome.

25/07/2026: My husband uses this airport so many times and always stop for oysters here. Today we have an impressive service from Amalie. This is a first time to be asked ‘what size of the oyster would you like?’ She also offered a wine testing to pair best with the oyster (as my husband’s regular choice no longer available). Those two simple questions really impressed my husband as he never be asked before for whatever reason. I think her outstanding job needs to be praised. Therefore I wrote this review and also got her permission to post her photo too. Oysters is good as always. Grilled tuna salad is tasty. Prawns dish isn’t bad. I gave 1 star down due to menu limitation. If they could offer slightly wider choices, I would be so happy. If you have time and want to enjoy your food peacefully or just drinking slowly to catch your breath from hectic surroundings. This place might do just that!

25/07/2026: Very bad staff, unfriendly , expensive

01/07/2026: Bad service. I often buy my rye bread and coffee at the cake shop in Magasin, and I love it. However, I often experience that tourists and older people are dissatisfied and leave the place without buying anything because they do not understand that you have to draw a number to be served. They think that the staff skips them on purpose when it is their turn according to the normal queue system. Sometimes I tell the tourists that they have to draw a number, other times I have tried to explain to the staff that I can see that there are people standing there who do not understand the system (they do not seem aware of the queue situation) and are frustrated, but the staff has replied a few times that "they usually discover it when we have called out numbers a few times". What I see, however, is not that customers go and draw a number when they have been "skipped", but that many still do not understand it afterwards, and just choose to leave without buying anything. I have observed the same thing happening several times at the cake shop in Illum. I think that the cake shop, for their own sake, should better advertise their "draw a number" system, especially in locations where many customers are tourists, to avoid losing so many customers in the store. Alternatively, the store manager should train his employees to be aware of the problem, and of course help those people who do not understand the system. It is very easy to see who does not understand it and just say "remember to draw a number". Greetings to a customer who gets completely stressed out about witnessing dissatisfied customers and that the system does not work. It also ruins my experience a bit.

14/08/2026: We were a bit scared to go there because of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! The two women that dealt with our order were very friendly and smiling. The hot dogs and the fries were good.

22/05/2026: Cinnamon pastry was absolutely to die for, good coffee, nice service from the blonde lady in the morning 😊 only downfall is the indoor tables were taken by guests on their laptops pretty much taking all of the space with their drinks long finished, we had to grab an outdoor table which wasn't too much of an issue given the location

29/07/2026: We had goat cheese salad, it was really delicious and simple - just salad, delicious French dressing, walnuts and small toasts with gratinated goat cheese. Very tasty! 19/07/2026: Visited the cafe a few months ago and had a somewhat bad experience with the food and partly the service. We thought that everyone can have a bad day, so today we had booked a table for 3 people for a small lunch. When we arrived, the room was almost empty (maybe due to outdoor dining). One of the nice employees directed us to a 2-person table, where a 3rd seat was squeezed in. We asked if it was not possible to get a larger table, but were told that the new boss did not allow this. We then ordered our food and drinks, which were served quickly thereafter. Unfortunately, we had to admit once again that the food is obviously not a priority for the new boss. The 2 salads were ok, but no more. The 2 pieces of open sandwiches were gapingly boring. I think that the new boss might need a little inspiration, for example, a visit to Munkeruphus could be educational. Here they serve fantastic open sandwiches made from good ingredients, made with great love and care for their craft. It simply makes for happy and satisfied customers:-) It annoys me that a cafe in such a fantastic and lovely museum can't live up to the other high qualities of the place. But maybe the new boss just needs to find his feet?

06/03/2026: First time at Vivah yesterday. For the price it's impressively good. All you can eat and drink for 200 kr (I assume it's a Ramada campaign). The food was brought to the table very quickly, and they kept refilling it, the waiters were super attentive and available. Not all dishes were equally tasty, but there was something for everyone. The rice was good, the bread was OK. The owner (I assume) was really friendly and even offered extra drinks on the way out. I can definitely recommend this place

11/03/2026: Honestly just disappointing sushi at a high price. The tuna was extremely sinewy and hard to chew through. Additionally, there was just far too much mayo on everything. Just go elsewhere.

20/08/2026: Objectively fine airport food — but after Copenhagen bowls, "fine" feels like an insult.

18/08/2026: Not sure why so many people had negative experiences here, I was there for lunch today and it was quite nice! I had the salmon poke bowl menu with seaweed salad and an elderflower lemonade. It was initially expensive (190 dkk) but it filled me up so it felt worth it to me. The food was quite tasty because it was covered in a flavourful sauce. They also had individual soy sauce packets to take for free with your order. The salmon was cut into small cubes, but not like minced meat. Still easy to eat. The pineapple was sweet, and the vegetables were fresh. The service was also quite quick. Maybe this depends on when you go. I think there were 4 people ahead of me and I got my food within 5 minutes of ordering (and finding a table). The guy who gave me my food was also very nice. The lemonade was more like juice because it was quite sweet. That would probably be the only thing I didn’t love. The seating area can get busy and loud, but if you don’t mind that, then it’s fine! They had a nice 80s rock playlist going that was fun background music.

24/08/2026: Ordered a falafel durum and had half a falafel in it. When I mentioned it he told me you pay 65, but what ?? put 2 falafels at least for that price and not half of one…

16/08/2026: Very rude service, he misunderstood our order and gave us something we didn’t order and when I asked him to change our food and give us what we ordered, he turned very agry and rude and pretended he didn’t understand me. We never got what we actually ordered. 100% not recommend this place

06/08/2026: If you go in here you MUST first realize that you get what you pay for. The food is not particularly good, but you can fill up. A good burger actually tastes better than their buffet

06/08/2026: The food did not seem fresh at all. Several dishes tasted as if they had been refrigerated for several days, and the quality was generally very poor. It honestly felt like a waste of money.

01/09/2026: Employees were yelling at each other in the kitchen to the point it was uncomfortable´θεθεσαφη My Sprite was half full and when I complained and asked for more I was laughed at and your employee spat in my Sprite but she was lovely so I give two stars
