15/09/2025: Lousy service, quality and finish in the end. Worse than other Emmerys. Unfortunately.

10/09/2025: Was in Emmerys, to ask for a glass of water. I asked the clerk (a mature lady) nicely if I could ask for a glass of water, for a man who often sits on the bench, between netto and emmerys, who clearly is not feeling very well. She answered very clearly NO, we do not support that here! I was somewhat surprised, and asked why. She was very clear and condescending in her language - she would not encourage people like him to be here! I tried to appeal to her humanity, and explained that he was a poor man who clearly was not feeling very well. She certainly did not show humanity. because she was completely indifferent, and unpleasantly condescending to listen to. I asked if I could then buy a happy water, which I was not allowed to, NOT FOR HIM. I then asked to be allowed to buy a bottle of water. I tried again to appeal to aml care and respect for our fellow human beings. I said that if we lend a hand, every now and then, and help a little, we would make a difference. She continued her condescending view of people like him, and I couldn't stand to listen to it, so I left. I know there were some customers in the store who overheard it. You told me afterwards that there were people shocked by her attitude. Never shop at Emmerys at Hellerup station again. Practice having a human perspective. None of us know him. He always seems very polite and nice.

18/12/2025: Disappointed even though for that price one should not expect much. There are no signs of which food contains what, not clear what’s vegetarian, when i asked the personnel nobody knew 😁 will not come back

07/12/2025: Generally, for 79 DKK, you can walk in and eat. However, the food is mediocre, and the tzatziki sauce is the worst they have. Drinks are expensive, lemonade 55 DKK.

15/07/2025: Pizza a bit on the average side taste-wise but still good. The portion size was very good as well as the price. Free toilet availible.

19/06/2025: I am deeply shocked and appalled by my experience with Castello Pizzaria in Fredensborg !!!!! The owner of the restaurant is extremely arrogant and indifferent and gets offended if you criticize and complain about the food. I stopped by the restaurant and bought a durum roll for 69 kr last week. When you pay 69 for a durum roll, you also expect the food to taste good. I ate my durum roll on the way home and. It was clear that the bread was cold and the meat (kebab) was very old. I threw up afterwards. I chose to call them and complain about it. The owner gets offended and is short-tempered. It is the customers who are the stupid ones. In the end he threatens to call the police and arrogantly hangs up. I have to admit that they had made 30 durum rolls before and he did not think the meat was too old. Well no, otherwise I would not complain - THE MEAT WAS OLD AND THE BREAD HAD NOT HAD ENOUGH !!!!! You simply cannot be familiar with that!! You should be ashamed of yourself deep in hell. Stay far away!! Do yourself a favor and don't go in there and I strongly urge you to avoid Castello.

12/04/2026: I received my pizza the bottom was thin it was full of fat it had written minus bacon but still it was on it

08/09/2025: We have always had the habit of ending a good day at Bakken with a visit to Café Elverdybet, but this time it was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Already when we ordered, they were missing half of the items on the menu, so one of the children had to choose both new food and drink. When we finally ordered, the blonde girl at the cash register made a mistake (we did get our money back), but you were left with the clear feeling that she didn't really want to be there. When the food came out, we were told that it was a steak sandwich, even though it looked like a burger, which the others had had. She insisted that she was right – until she later came out with the real steak sandwich. The burger we got was dry and bland, and for the price of 108 kr. I don't think it's fair that you have to assemble it yourself with tomato, onion and pickles. When we finally said thank you when she picked up our plates, she just looked at us with a strange look, without answering. All in all, a really annoying experience that detracted greatly from an otherwise pleasant tradition.

07/09/2025: Dry food and fries. Watery sauce. The waiter said she would bring cutlery but never did. Found paper inside the burger.

09/11/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Emmerys on Bryggen. The staff seemed inattentive – they were standing around chatting and didn’t even notice customers coming into the store. I ordered two buttered buns to-go, but it took almost 10 minutes to get them. When I finally received the bag, it was covered in butter. When I pointed this out, I was met with a very bad attitude from the staff. Really bad experience on a Sunday morning!

08/10/2025: Ordered a hot sandwich. It didn't even take 2 minutes before I got it. Alas - cold and boring threw it out after one bite

28/12/2025: Flemming Larsen ate with my grandchildren today. The brunch was nice enough, but the toilet was in such poor condition that it was clammy to use and there was a piece of chewing gum under one of the plates and the restaurant is dirty and very dusty.

27/12/2025: Not possible to get a bottle of non sparkling water. Being told to go and buy it in another shop is really bad service.

14/11/2025: It advertises itself as a bar with NightPay, but once there, they don't accept NightPay. Furthermore, the waiter who served us was very rude.

31/12/2025: I was with my son yesterday around 7pm the food looks like leftovers I told the waiter she wanted to go to the kitchen but didn't help me at all almost 10pm we have a stomach ache and it ruins the whole day

12/09/2025: Terrible food, ordered red curry and pad Thai. The beef used in the curry is tough and has an off aftertaste. The curry itself is bland and not aromatic. The pad thai is edible, but that's it. What a waste of money.

07/09/2025: Great poke bowls, I had the duck and my.girlfriend had the shrimp. Quick and easy, and very tasty. Perfect for re-energising before hitting the shops 🙂

06/08/2025: An okay option for takeaway, but nothing that stands out in a city with so many great choices. You can definitely find better in Copenhagen.

18/10/2025: I ordered an Iced Strawberry Matcha at the store on Nordre Frihavnsgade, but was unfortunately very disappointed. The drink did not look at all like the picture they show – it completely lacked the pink color and only tasted like regular matcha. When I asked the employee (Victor) why it looked like that, I was simply told that it was because of the syrup. I did not feel there was any willingness to help or fix it. Previously, I have had the same drink with a much better taste and appearance – so I know how it should be. It was a disappointing experience.

30/08/2025: The girls who are working today are treating the boys who come to pick up delivery orders in a disrespectful manner.

21/12/2025: Bought kebab/durum rolls here for the last time. Is a boring and neutral experience. The meat does not taste like kebab, too neutral, not spicy. Garlic dressing too weak, would rather call it cream fraise dressing. After this has happened 3-4 times, we will find another place that can make real durum/kebab with garlic dressing that tastes of something and not just the taste of salad/cucumber/dough.
