22/06/2026: Really bad service, they are really rude in there towards customers!

22/06/2026: Food was fine, but wow the service was incredibly bad! There was literally no rush, not many people or costumers, and yet this guy rushes me and try speed up and criticism for being slow. For example the card machine did not even show it was ready to pay, before he rushed med and was like "here its ready" and pointed and tapped on the machine. Where the machine was clearly not ready. I'm not sure what the hell the guy with white hair was on, some drugs speed or had a bad day with no patience. But if that is how you treat a new costumer, it's 1 star review from me 🙌

30/04/2026: Hair in the food and very dirty service. Very disgusting. The food was dry and without dressing. It said we would get bread with it, we didn't. The owner doesn't speak Danish and gets quickly insulted when you try to order.

02/04/2026: Fine lamb - lowest level of customer service I've seen in shawarma shops in Copenhagen. Rude and uncommunicative, annoyed that you ask for two disposable forks… My suggestion to you: Kebabistan, Istedgade 5 min away.

23/11/2025: the dubai chocolate strawberry cup was nice. it was roughly £10. there wasn’t much seating. someone did push infront of me in the queue but overall was nice

21/11/2025: I am really disappointed with pantella. I stopped by today to buy the viral moist cakes. First of all, they cost 100kr per piece, which they are not at all. We bought 3, all three were broken in the package. And the employees were really bad at informing us about the cakes.

09/11/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Emmerys on Bryggen. The staff seemed inattentive – they were standing around chatting and didn’t even notice customers coming into the store. I ordered two buttered buns to-go, but it took almost 10 minutes to get them. When I finally received the bag, it was covered in butter. When I pointed this out, I was met with a very bad attitude from the staff. Really bad experience on a Sunday morning!

08/10/2025: Ordered a hot sandwich. It didn't even take 2 minutes before I got it. Alas - cold and boring threw it out after one bite

20/04/2026: Joe & The Juice at Copenhagen Central Station was decent, but not really a wow place. I ordered a Spicy Tuna sandwich, a Pick Me Up, and a muffin for 180 kr. For a fast food spot inside the station, that price is not shocking, but I still expected a bit more overall. The sandwich was not bad in taste, but it was a little disappointing because it felt too small and not very filling. It came across more like a snack than a proper sandwich meal, and I was still hungry afterwards. Honestly, I think I would have felt more full from a cheaper sandwich at 7-Eleven. The muffin was good though, and the Pick Me Up was also good, so those parts helped lift the experience. The place itself also did not look as clean as I would have liked, and that affects the overall impression when you sit down to eat. So overall, I would say it was good enough for a quick stop, but not somewhere that really stood out to me. Not bad, just a bit underwhelming for the price.

18/04/2026: A bad coffee cost over €7, they were very slow even though there was no one else there, I almost missed my train because of the damn coffee and their lack of professionalism.

21/03/2026: The furnishing is too cramped and atmosphere noisy. The Hereford burger was okay, but the cheeseburger was sloppily made. They also don't have a refill policy - free or pay - which seems kind of backward.

30/01/2026: Ordered burger menu but never got it because the system didn't work even though I had the receipt from the order and the staff didn't help with it

16/06/2026: Don't buy or order from there. Poor service and hygiene not recommended. Nice shop there was a lot a few years ago with really good service and good bagels. But now it has become something completely different. There what looked like 3 teenage girls in the store who were more busy watching what was going on in the street behind the counter. When it came to making the bagel it was so-so. My bacon was supposed to be heated, it was just put directly on the grill, not like before with some baking paper. Then there was nothing to take the bacon with so they took a plastic glove and tried to take the bacon with which they dropped one of them on the table and COOKED IN THE BAGEL. Totally unusable. When you open the bagel it was torn in half in the bread so it was broken at the top part of the bagel. And there was almost no filling in it. I remember the last time I was there I gave a 60 kr. For a bagel I couldn't yawn over and could only eat half and look forward to lunch tomorrow. Now you can eat the whole thing and be disappointed to have spent 80+ kr. On a bagel that was worthless and don't know how healthy you feel after that because the gloves they used weren't changed that often. And touched a lot of different things. Can't recommend coming back and the last time I will come there.

27/04/2026: Really unprofessional employees who are unable to provide proper service. They shout across the room and use “wallah-wallah” language, which increases the unprofessional approach. In addition, the chicken is quite uncooked and tastes of sour lemon - which we cannot understand at all - when we last bought from here it tasted completely normal. It really needs to be improved. 0 stars from here:/

19/07/2026: Got a burnt piece of wheat, which was inedible. The sandwich with tuna and rye bread, was filled with black and hard avocado which was also inedible. We also waited for the food for ten minutes because they had forgotten it. There were 6 other people in the store

15/06/2026: Dirty tables and chairs. Very young staff with no noticeable sense of service, who were more interested in talking to girls their age who were sitting barefoot on the sofas and typing on their computers. The coffee was good, but the surroundings gave the feeling of a youth club rather than a café for adults.

15/03/2026: Rejected my online order even though it was during opening hours 😔

29/03/2026: It's a pleasant park, but we waited to see the show at 9:30 PM, and around 9:35 PM, due to technical problems, the show was cancelled. The announcements were annoying.

05/11/2025: Choose carefully :) I didn't buy anything, just experienced it, so I'm sorry to give it a low rating. The dessert looked beautiful, but upon closer inspection, I found many fruit flies 🪰. Everyone should carefully consider hygiene; are we really sharing food with fruit flies?

26/10/2025: The place is nice, BUT the prices are high, the service is slow, and the quality is really low. They also ask for a tip. I don't raccomend it

01/07/2026: We have often bought dinner at Mæsk, but unfortunately have had a lot of bad experiences lately: cold food, dry steak and lack of taste… Even though the price of one dish has only gone up. Today we bought salmon, which was completely dry, with beurre blanc that was like jelly and had no taste, everything was cold. So it's not okay with those prices!

10/04/2026: This otherwise great place has simply gone completely wrong. The price has gone up and the quantity has gone down. Let's assume it's inflation. It's everyone's answer to greed. The manor steak I had today is something no grown-up can get enough of. I wonder how much peas and potatoes cost to buy. It must be expensive since you're putting your honor and passion on the line.

21/05/2026: It is a decent University canteen. It has a good selection of foods, however, I would say it is pretty pricey considering this is a university.

27/03/2026: I dislike the food they offer since the rework. Before it used to be something different every day, now there are five places selling the same food every day or food that tastes the same. The quality of the food also doesn’t feel the same. It feels like they cook vegan first and if you ask one with meat they just put some meat on top that they cooked on the side. I would like it if there was more variety served on different days even within the same “brand”. And I’d like it if the food with meat was cooked as it’s own thing with care instead of feeling like an after thought .
