06/01/2025: Really nice food for the price, but the waiting time is a little too long.

28/12/2024: Havent had this thick piece of salmon on my nigiri in other places in Denmark! Totally loved that. The workers were so cute and happy, made our stay very enjoyable <3 Visitting again soon

29/09/2025: A completely miserable general manager (the older one). Witnessed her scolding a customer and going completely crazy. Everyone came up to the customer and then asked if she was OK. She has the worst and most primitive attitude. She should not be employed somewhere that deals with people.

11/07/2025: Patty had been frozen so it turned out to be very dry. Catastrophic and just tasteless. Fries were overcooked and soggy.

17/11/2025: Not a shadow of customer service. Only 16 year old girls who don't want to be at work. It is without a doubt the most worn out Leo's playland. The ones in Boldense are flat, foam balls are missing and the ones that are there are smashed. Dirty toilets.. Dust, garbage and slush ice spilled everywhere and guests trying to get in. Yet the girls just stand there talking privately. We will stick to Dino's playland from now on.

13/10/2025: It's the worst place, I will never recommend it, the staff is bad and unfriendly, we paid a lot of money and we don't feel happy here, this is the last time we come here.

25/10/2025: My boyfriend just stopped by here yesterday before closing time to buy a raisin bun and this log. But it tastes and smells a lot like cleaning agent or motor oil????

05/09/2025: I bought and paid for a large soda, but the delivery person didn't get it and now it's closed. I will NEVER buy from there again. I have never experienced worse service.

08/07/2025: 125kr and a long wait for a sandwich that can at best be described as mediocre. On top of that, they haven't had a working website in a long time.

02/10/2025: This place will make you very sick. Do not even consider going there. It’s one of the dirtiest takeaway places I’ve ever seen. Even the staff look like they’re lacking hygiene. The food is a gross confused mixture of Indian spices and frozen kebab meat. It’s just disgusting. I was throwing up and violently pooping for 24 hours after using this place. Never again.

12/06/2025: Has the best employee choice among other Espresso Houses! She was so nice and helpful. It is quite unusual for Denmark. Also, interior and design of this coffee shop is more authentic than others. Definitely my best! Great study place but sometimes crowded

26/02/2025: Boring burger, moldy steak and dry bun. Pizza is a bit below the level elsewhere in the city.

30/10/2025: Waited almost 2 hours for the food, as part of a larger party. Places would not take action after countless inquiries - equally boring food by the way - just NEVER come again!!!!

08/01/2025: Ordered food on New Year's Eve at their new location in Sydhavnen. Two dishes, both with 2-3 chili on the strength scale. When the food arrived there was no trace of chili at all. Subsequently contacted via email x 2 without response. If you have run out of chili at a Thai restaurant, you should at least remove the dishes from the menu. Food made without love. Very disappointing. Still missing a response from the restaurant.

17/07/2025: My son and I were gone and never again! We stood for several minutes where the employee just pretended we weren't there, when we were finally served my son got a burnt chicken sandwich, the bread was inedible. When I went up to the employee to show him the sandwich he just looked at me askance and said I could just throw it in the trash can behind me and that we could get a new one. We waited a long time for a new one even though there were almost no customers. I have never seen anything like the arrogant employee at Joe's in Lyngby Stor Center before.
