25/05/2026: Had a fun moment there but please, do something about the smell at the ground floor. A so bad smell was present and the toilets were very dirty.

06/04/2026: Shocking experience. We were refused entry solely because of the skin color of a member of our group. This is clearly racism. The man present explicitly stated that Black people were not allowed in the establishment. Faced with this situation, we have decided to file a complaint. In 2026, this type of behavior is simply unacceptable and shameful. This establishment should be avoided at all costs.

07/10/2025: Excellent pizza and cozy of course in Tivoli food hall

06/10/2025: The food is top quality, I had their delicious pizza sandwich, which tasted wonderful. The service is good and I was greeted with a smile and humor. There is a good selection of beers that sit well on the palate ;). All in all, a cozy place that I will return to :)

17/11/2025: Really bad food. Only order from here if you want pizza that tastes like cardboard and bad service. We ordered two pizzas through volt, which cost almost 300 kroner (expensive) the pizzas were ice cold when they arrived, and tasted of nothing. We have contacted volt for compensation, and la Luna has returned and written that the pizzas were cooked as they should be, and there was no follow-up, why they could not accommodate our request. Really really terrible service and food. Never eat from there again.

01/11/2025: Not only are their pitabrød with kebab the smallest in Denmark (literally child size portion), but what little Kebab there is tastes like the stuff you buy in a supermarket like Netto. Completely unacceptable quality. Oh and if you order late at night they demand 250kr for delivery. Imagine demanding 250 kr for delivery and then presenting the most depressing little baby "pita kebab" alongside rubber fries with no taste whatsoever.

28/06/2026: Vegan burger bun on the menu but they can not make anything vegan with it, ridiculous. I was offered just the bun or a green salad.

18/06/2026: Inedible tough steak. Luckily it only cost 185 kr.🤢

12/06/2026: Strange case, they don't have regular dry white wine. They did have some kind of organic concoction that was very cloudy and really, really, really NOT drinkable. The drinks there are expensive enough, so make sure you have something decent at home!

18/01/2026: The worker commented that I was not Danish despite greeting him in Danish, he seemed annoyed by this that I wasn’t Danish, then mentioned that he had no Danish customers today. It made me feel uncomfortable had I not paid I would have then walked out. Seems they only want Danish customers. Avoid!

21/11/2025: I came on a pilgrimage to see the legendary old woman, but didn't encounter her, which was disappointing. The desserts and breads were quite good. I visited around 3 pm, and there weren't many customers, so I had a leisurely and quiet time. Strollers are allowed here.

12/09/2025: Terrible food, ordered red curry and pad Thai. The beef used in the curry is tough and has an off aftertaste. The curry itself is bland and not aromatic. The pad thai is edible, but that's it. What a waste of money.

31/05/2026: Terrible service, they don't even look you in the eye and say "hello". It's good to hire young people, but please take the time to train them. I waited 15 minutes without being able to order, they are busy processing online customers. "Unprofessional"

12/04/2026: Apart from a nice employee, there is nothing good to say about the place. The food is disgusting, the salads seem old, and the sandwich bread is dry. The restaurant is filthy, the floor and door are completely destroyed, the windows are super dirty and so are the tables, even though there were no customers. Very disappointing experience

28/05/2026: I was at this club recently and unfortunately it was a really bad experience. The atmosphere among the staff seemed professional, but one young guard with black curly hair in particular behaved in a way that I found unpleasant and unnecessarily confrontational. I honestly think the management should have a chat with him about how to treat guests properly. Of course, guards are expected to keep order, but they are also expected to behave respectfully and professionally.

18/08/2025: I bought an espresso-based coffee drink. It was served with coffee grounds on the edge of the cup and too much milk in it. The milk had a nice consistency, but this was quickly dominated by a rancid coffee taste, probably due to lack of cleaning for a long time. The service was okay, and you can easily find a sunny spot if you're lucky with the weather, but for the reasons above, I'm unlikely to find my way here again.

26/07/2025: "Holmes Bakery & Café is a family business, dating back three generations. It began in the dawn of history, specifically in 1976 with the famous bakery Marstrand in Kopmagergade, Copenhagen. We are very proud of our traditions, and our nut cakes are among those that have stood the test of time. They have remained in our stores for over 25 years." I ordered them by chance, and when I researched them, they turned out to be something special. They contain almonds and hazelnuts, and they contain no gelatin.

06/07/2026: We ordered two skyrs with rhubarb, two BMOs and two cups of coffee. The buns were fine. The coffee, Latte and Flat white, were boiling; aren't we at a place where even the Danes have learned that it makes the coffee taste like rice porridge and is unpleasant when you're on the move. Which is typically the case at an airport. The two skyrs were too old; the crumble on top had sucked the liquid out of the skyr, so it was completely dry and the crumble, which should have been crispy and crunchy, was soft and gooey. The clerk insisted that it was perfect - an interesting approach to the customer. Although perhaps not so strange when you had plenty of time in the queue to study the so-called fresh sandwiches closely. They simply looked more clammy and sad than the selection at a German motorway gas station in the 1980s. In addition, there was dirt and filth everywhere. There must be better places to spend 200 kr.

05/07/2026: This Lagkagehus is not up to standard. No seating, sold out for BMOs, no lid for the coffee, totally stressed staff, filthy little booth they are in, but as always: damn expensive.

16/12/2025: Came here at 7:15 , door half closed , customers inside , wouldn't let us in even though it closes at 8. I am not coming back again if this is how they treat customers.

02/05/2026: Seriously, I had a terrible experience with their service. The staff was incredibly rude and just completely dismissive. It felt like they had no interest in helping at all. I definitely won't be going back there anytime soon. You've got plenty of good sushi place in Valby, choose any of them except Isamii Sushi.
