26/08/2025: Joe and the Juice’s sandwiches are usually pretty good and things are not different in this spot. I had one sandwich with ham, avocado and something else I don’t remember; anyway it was pretty tasty. Service though is impersonal and not very efficient: I’m pretty sure no one told my name (not loudly at least) but I saw a sandwich laying close to the counter, so eventually I asked, and it was mine. This little station spot is nice but the music volume is crazy. Osterport station itself is clean and generally ok. Overall, it is ok for a quick bite but I wouldn’t say the experience justifies the price.

14/08/2025: The coffee is good, but the service from the staff in the morning is very, very unpleasant. You're close to a hotel and the station, so they should be used to tourists. Instead, they give you dirty looks just as you walk in. Rude.

19/03/2026: Unpleasant experience. The restaurant had a bad smell and looked poorly maintained. There was no staff present, and I had to call someone. When a staff member finally came, they were eating and still chewing. Despite there being eight minutes left for the lunch offer, I was told it was no longer available. The service was rude and lacked basic courtesy.

17/02/2026: We got a Timirasu which is just pure water, and yes it is frozen but neither tastes nor is it a delicious dessert for 70 kr. It is too bad, even worse that you do not want to refund the amount via wolt when people complain about you. The dessert is completely inedible. Pure water and crap :( This is the last time we buy food from you.

07/12/2025: Disappointing. To start with they had lost our booking.. then they said we had to pay again, which we refused. The pool was broken, so you couldn't use it (it had obviously been there for a long time). The room: The toilet was black down in the basin and there was a hole under the very worn carpet so the glass table jumped every time we walked past. The TV could only receive DR1 and DR2 and restarted probably 25 times. At night there was a terrible spectacle because the owner was holding a wild party in one of the castle halls. In the morning we had to ask them to cover for us, as they had forgotten us again. And when we checked out they didn't think they had handed over our voucher... so we had to email it to them and wait for them to print it. Generally unprofessional!! Sidenote. They said it was fully booked, but we were only 2 tables down for breakfast and we didn't see a soul.

07/12/2025: We had booked a stay at Sauterhus Slotshotel for 2 nights, 3 rooms with both breakfast and dinner as part of the celebration of my mother's 70th birthday. The choice fell on this hotel because it had an indoor pool, so that both children and grandchildren could enjoy themselves during the day. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed already upon arrival. When we asked where the pool was, we were told that it had been closed for several months and was still not working. We booked the stay already 4 months ago, and we had not received any kind of information that the pool would not be available. That part was extremely frustrating, as it was the main reason why we chose the hotel. As compensation, they offered a bottle of sparkling wine and some soda for the children, which certainly did not match the disappointment - and we therefore politely declined. Unfortunately, the service at the reception was far below acceptable. Maurice, who served us, was both arrogant and uninterested in helping. At no point did we experience any understanding, friendliness or attempt at a real solution from his side. This made the disappointing situation even worse. All in all, the stay did not meet expectations at all, and it was a disappointing experience on a day that should have been special and festive.

13/03/2026: I ordered a pizza and it was served. While I was eating, I later noticed that the person in the kitchen was smoking. So I stopped eating. Before I left, an order came on the phone and he started making the pizza without washing his hands.

08/03/2026: Never received my order. The guy on the phone was rude as well.

05/11/2025: Choose carefully :) I didn't buy anything, just experienced it, so I'm sorry to give it a low rating. The dessert looked beautiful, but upon closer inspection, I found many fruit flies 🪰. Everyone should carefully consider hygiene; are we really sharing food with fruit flies?

26/10/2025: The place is nice, BUT the prices are high, the service is slow, and the quality is really low. They also ask for a tip. I don't raccomend it

04/01/2026: Terrible for 115 kr I get a "large" bowl with 3 pieces of chicken which is for netto i.e. their frozen chicken and I also get a salad which tastes like something from Pakistan no meat or something just salad. A Thai box from netto would be much better.

15/09/2025: A simple order is hard to understand. 1 kebab box, minus tomato + plus chili. 1 kebab box with everything minus chili. We get 2 boxes without tomato with chili. How many fries were there? We counted 8 in total. And he didn't understand minus in either Danish or English Bad

11/09/2025: Terrible hygiene, both me and my 4 year old son got food poisoning last night after we came home with vomiting and diarrhea!!!! They need to close down urgently (I recommend avoiding eating there immediately if you want to avoid food poisoning!!

26/03/2026: I found a long hair in my bagel, and when I called them and explained the situation, they denied it, saying it was probably some hair from me when I unwrapped it. Terrible service🤮🤮🤮🤮 will never come back!

02/10/2025: A fantastic bakery with top-class service and quality! You are always greeted with a smile and friendliness, and that makes the experience very special. The bread and cakes are in a league of their own – freshly baked, delicious and full of flavour. Here you quickly forget Lagkagehuset and all the other chains – nothing can compare to the quality and personality you find here. It is clear that everything is made with love for the craft. My absolute favourite place, which I can highly recommend to anyone who appreciates genuine baking craftsmanship. 🥐🍞🎂 It is a pleasure to shop in your bakery shops

25/09/2025: There has definitely been shrinkflation in those cakes – while the prices are skyrocketing, the size is getting smaller 😅

08/08/2025: Two idle employees whose conversation had to be interrupted to order. The counter and tables were filthy. There were flies everywhere. If they don't close for vacation in August, the health department should do so permanently.

01/08/2025: A bit dissapointing, the coffee wasn't the best, it was really hot inside despite it behind 17/18° outside and there was lots of flys in there

01/10/2025: Very expensive for what you get. Very nice location opposite the water, but it's your typical tourist trap (forgive the expression). We might have avoided if we weren't exhausted from the day. For two middling quality meals, three drinks and two quite nice dessert it ran us about 870dkk (around £100). Service was spotty with one waitress being fairly on the ball, but the others being somewhat lackluster. Interior was nicely decorated American diner style as per the restaurant type, but one of the bathrooms was a bit of a disaster.

20/09/2025: The food come late. We almost finished our drinks when food arrived. But the bill came faster then light. Amazing. We had the worst burgers and fish and chips in this place. The food looked prefabricated and tasteless. For the first time in my life I had non alcoholic beer served as draft or maybe it wasn't. I will never find out. You should serve bottled, so the customer can read the label. In the end we left very disappointed and poorer.

29/12/2025: The coffee is terrible, small Americano with 1 extra espresso shot. Looks and tastes like water, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Adjust reciepies.

27/12/2025: Too bad they have to ruin their Macha with boiling water and insist it CAN only be made with boiling water. In addition, the attitude at the bottom and the behavior is arrogant. When bakery becomes too mainstream, you lose the art of the profession of quality and the customer. Shameful!

11/11/2025: On Monday 10/11-25 I had ordered Morten's duck for 2 people. One WITHOUT cream in the sauce, it was pointed out several times, but what happened, 2x with cream in the sauce. However, one person came with some lumpy cloudy new sauce, which I heated to make it look like sauce - it failed. Our potatoes were super hard and inedible, the duck leg was so tough that I had to use a barbecue knife to cut it through. A truly disappointing experience. Called down to MÆSK and told them, and the message was: I'm terribly sorry, thank you for saying that, and that was it. Maybe he could have said that there was a discount on the next purchase, but no. THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I'VE SHOPPED AT MÆSK

06/08/2025: Got a manor house ground beef with potatoes. Unfortunately, the beef wasn't very flavorful and the surface was a bit too hard-cooked. The potatoes were supposed to be fried. I couldn't feel/taste that. They seemed like regular potatoes boiled with the skin on. Also got a Caesar salad. The chicken was delicious and juicy. But the dressing lacked salt and umami. We'll try again another day :-)

21/04/2026: So disappointed, my smoothie tasted like nothing.

03/04/2026: Smoothie was like water, waste of money. Plus i had to wait for almost 30 min and ask for my order 3 times before i got it.
