01/11/2025: Top notch experience, all round.

26/10/2025: Disappointing experience. Some friends chose this place that has not great vegetarian options (they mainly serve meat and fish) but we got the vegetarian fixed menu. The food is good but portions are limited for the price you pay. Very disappointing that the main course is a sad fried egg and dessert is very small (just a bite). Good service and great wine list. Polite and helpful service.

15/11/2025: I have been eating at Gorumet Pizza for many years. I have always been satisfied. It is a warm place where the employees are smiling and work quickly😊❤️

24/05/2025: I ordered a Shawarma Durum, but got Kebab instead. So then I contact the restaurant on Wolt. But they refuse to admit that the order is wrong.. I think it's because you don't have the meat. But then you shouldn't write it up on Wolt as you have it. Or not accept the order either. I think it's so bad. It must be possible to do better

31/08/2025: Horribly slow service! We waited 1 h for two open sandwiches and finally left the place without eating and just paying for our drinks. Avoid unless you want to kill time instead of visiting this nice museum.

21/08/2025: The restaurant is a bit of a tourist trap in my opinion due to its location in the National Museum of Denmark. The food was extremely salty. The staff did their job, but nothing more.

04/10/2025: Hi, I haven't received my order. 3 hours after I placed my order, I couldn't wait any longer because I had to leave. I tried calling the restaurant, but it didn't get through. Now it says it was delivered 4 hours ago, but I'm not home so I don't know how they delivered it. I had plans today and couldn't wait any longer than 3 hours. I don't understand that if you can't deliver within a reasonable time, you don't cancel the order instead of delivering it 3-4 hours after ordering.

03/08/2025: Dry and boring Durum. Paid 288 for 2 Durum Menus. Insufficient filling. Tasteless. Half-packaged French fries. Bread rubbery. The dish Unsalted. I had to pay 40 kr for extra dressing and chili. - Which were small pots. - Boring, uninspired, expensive.

08/10/2024: Had a great experience at Social. The coffee was really good—smooth, flavorful, and just what I needed. Their BMO was amazing too, definitely a standout. Friendly vibe and a nice spot to hang out. Worth a visit!

03/12/2025: I come here very often but they have really been hit by shrinkflation. The croissants used to be maybe twice as big and back then they were organic too... A bit disappointing that a so called organic bakery has given up on it

11/12/2025: bad customer service they take 10 minutes to make a cup of coffee even though it is 2 staff. they take their time to do things. and they are rude. of coffee latte just tastes like milk, approx., 90 hot milk

27/09/2025: Middle of the road coffee that’s so mild it cannot offend anyone. Comes with a little chocolate that has obviously not been stored correctly (completely gray and crumbly). I would recommend getting baked goods at the nearby Føtex supermarket: It is fresher and exactly as mediocre, but the prices and options are better IMHO.

15/06/2025: This place deserves the best reviews. When I lived in Hellerup, I probably ordered a pizza no. 5 once a month. The best pizza in the world! Hot, very delicious filling and the right amount of bread baked in the original oven

30/03/2025: If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a chicken sandwich that smelled like salmon because he didn't wash his hands when he cooked my food. Additionally I ask for two drinks where he refers to bottle instead of can which should be cheaper? Two bottles of cola for DKK 70!!! Absolutely absurd. Don't come over here, bad food and bad hygiene.

29/08/2025: Ordered over Lieferando…. It said it should take 20-30 minutes deliver time… I’ve been waiting 90 minutes. Still no order here. Update: order came half an hour after I posted this and one of my drinks wasn’t even full to where it should be. Super dissapointing

24/09/2025: The food was extremely salty. Not just salty, but incredibly salty. The papaya salad, seafood salad, fried chicken, and basil stir-fry were all salty. The papaya salad was especially inedible. The chef needs to improve the flavor a bit.

26/08/2025: I've never stayed and eaten, I've only ordered takeout. But it's our go to Thai place. It's very delicious, and they have a little bit of everything. They're always nice when you come to pick up the food.

02/12/2025: Long wait for Black Friday deals. Could have used a call so I and others wouldn't have to wait an hour in the cold. The staff worked hard and did what they could. The food was really good.

30/10/2025: We have often bought sushi at Ye on Kongelundsvej and it has always been fine and delicious. However, today both wasabi and ginger were missing from the order, which is not ok. What is worse, the nigiri shrimp stank of old fish to such an extent that we did not dare to eat it. I am not aware whether the branch on Kongelundsvej has a new chef or a new owner, but it was definitely not fine and I doubt we will return.

11/10/2025: I bought a large brownie cake on brownie day, and it was nothing short of miserable! The dough was dry and chewy, and the filling on top had a really weird consistency, with indefinable lumps in it. A really annoying treat to serve to your guests 😒 I'm speechless that you would be the one to know - it does fit in well with the fact that for Lagkagehuset, a high return is more important than the craftsmanship itself 🤷🏼‍♀️

09/10/2025: If anyone is planning to order here in advance — especially for events or cakes — I strongly recommend not to. Customer service = 0. This was my first time using Click & Collect, and it was honestly a disaster. I placed a Click & Collect order at Lagkagehuset for 17:30. When I arrived on time, my order wasn’t there — two girls seemed confused, said the item was sold out, and simply offered me “something else” from what was left (which, to put it mildly, was almost nothing). I didn’t receive any apology, explanation, or refund of the price difference. This is absolutely unacceptable for a prepaid order. Click & Collect loses its entire purpose if the order isn’t ready on time. The staff’s attitude left a very unpleasant impression.
