16/07/2026: We ordered at 8pm and at 9:36pm, after calling several times, we are told that he will deliver it to us after he closes the restaurant. This is simply not right. Should have ordered on Wolt or from somewhere else instead.

20/06/2026: I ordered lamb and got chicken? Also got rice for some reason.

16/08/2026: The food is dry with no sauce, and the meat is dry and tasteless. I asked for some sauce but didn’t receive any. The staff member was very unpleasant

30/07/2026: I wanted to start by saying, they don't ask what you want in your food until now, I ordered a durum menu, when it was time to put ingredients in my durum, they didn't ask what I wanted in it, when I stood up to tell them what I wanted, I was greeted by a pissed off man who looked pissed off with huge eyes, he didn't speak Danish or English so his boss had to translate for him, I asked for cacik, humus and Arab chili, he didn't spread them around so you could taste the sauces, instead I just got a blob in the middle, when he was going to give me the food I just got it thrown on top of me, my fries and mayo fell to the floor, instead of saying sorry he laughed at it, instead of yelling at him I went down and sat down I didn't want to let an irritated employee ruin my day, he came over to my table and said sorry in a sarcastic way, and said it was busy but there was really no one in line besides me, the food tasted fine, but I will never AND NEVER eat there again, damn crappy service.

22/07/2026: Handdown the worst customer/service experience in a long time.

18/07/2026: The place is pretty dirty, all the tables are covered in filth. You walk into the restroom and immediately want to leave; the hand dryers don't work, there's no toilet paper, no soap (okay, just a 99:1 ratio of water to soap), and everything stinks. The service is absolutely terrible; the staff doesn't bring your order right away, and everything ends up cold, or they even forget it, so you have to go and get it yourself. Basically, it's completely self-service: you wipe down the table, dry your hands like a hand dryer would, place your order, and practically have to cook it yourself. At least the food is edible, so I'm grateful for that.

15/07/2025: Incredibly bad service, threatening staff and always the wrong pizzas. Had to go back and get a new pizza twice, never ready on time. Last time I set foot there.

14/07/2025: Order the pizza online on their website. When I arrive I am told that they definitely haven't received an order and the staff then starts yelling at me. I show the confirmation email and after a lot of yelling at me, they make the pizza. However, without dressing which you pay 8kr extra for. Horrible and scary experience, 0 out of 5 stars.

03/08/2026: !!!Waited 2 hours for my food!!! called them after 1 hour and 30 min where they said okay we will start cooking your food now bad style

19/04/2026: Poor service. Ordered food that took 1.5 hours to arrive - not told how long it would take. Pizzas are better elsewhere in town. Margarita was very dry and other pizza quite bland in taste.

26/07/2026: Ordered through Wolt and it was ready in 20 min. Ordered a kebab pizza but wow what a disappointing experience. Can't recommend. However, their vegetarian pizza was nice. The prices are also good.

23/07/2026: Really nice Pizza, but the tiramisu was a disappointment. It honestly tasted like water with sweet cream. I guess that was to be expected when it comes frozen, I just expected better now that it says homemade.

08/07/2026: We ordered 2 student cakes and they tasted fantastic and were very beautiful.

30/05/2026: There were 2 people working, but they worked together with the efficiency of a quarter of an employee. Their offer is also a bit of a scam, for example 1 rose bread for 24 kr, 3 for 70 kr. You will notice a discount of a whole 2 kr! It was not entirely clear that you had to draw a number, but fair enough, you did so. However, you also put it on the counter and left again, because after 5 minutes there seemed to be no progress on anything, and there were only 2 other customers who looked just as confused as me. They get 2 stars because they had a nice selection, and supposedly it was supposed to taste good, but I never got to try it.

16/08/2026: Ordered from Kral Kebab House in Hedehusene with delivery to Taastrup, which is only about a 5 minute drive away. Yet we received two pizzas that were cold, a full 40 minutes later. It is simply not satisfactory.

30/07/2026: Zero stars, poor service and quality. Instead of chicken, the employee served beef; several other customers have had the same experience. Especially those who don't eat beef. They get angry and disappointed if you complain instead of correcting the mistake

25/07/2026: Me and my friends went to dorsia last night with no expectations, we just saw a long queue and thought it might be a nice nightclub. Can complain about waiting for 40 minutes really since it was a long queue. It was quite expensive to get in since the danish currency is better than the Swedish. Well all of us got in with no problem and it’s kind of a luxury style to the place. Really nice staff and good music. Overall it’s one of the best nightclubs I have been to

19/07/2026: Got a burnt piece of wheat, which was inedible. The sandwich with tuna and rye bread, was filled with black and hard avocado which was also inedible. We also waited for the food for ten minutes because they had forgotten it. There were 6 other people in the store

15/06/2026: Dirty tables and chairs. Very young staff with no noticeable sense of service, who were more interested in talking to girls their age who were sitting barefoot on the sofas and typing on their computers. The coffee was good, but the surroundings gave the feeling of a youth club rather than a café for adults.

05/09/2026: Today, September 5th, I went at 4 PM to buy a coffee and something to eat. When I arrived, the counter was completely empty; only bread remained on the shelves. All the pastries were in the trash. When I ordered a latte and a matcha latte, both were weak and only available for takeout. According to Google Maps, the closing time is 6 PM, so it seems unreasonable to offer such terrible service two hours before closing time, with no options to choose from or buy anything.

15/08/2026: I had a really unpleasant experience here today. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk from one of the employees. When I got the coffee, I specifically asked if it was made with oat milk. Another employee initially said yes, but when I asked again, she said it wasn't. She took the coffee back, but then insisted that I hadn't ordered it with oat milk at all, even though she wasn't the one who took my order. When I calmly said that I definitely had ordered it with oat milk, she replied that her colleague had said something different and started speaking to me in a very rude and dismissive manner. She said, among other things, that she didn't want to talk to me. She eventually made a new coffee, but the way the situation was handled was unnecessarily hostile and humiliating. Mistakes happen, and I wouldn't have had any problem with a simple misunderstanding. What was not okay was being told repeatedly that I had not ordered what I knew I had ordered and then being spoken to rudely when I corrected her. I hope management sees this and addresses how customers are treated when an order goes wrong. The situation could have been resolved in 30 seconds with a simple, “Sorry, we’ll make a new one.”

23/06/2026: Used to be good service and food, but now the service and food gone downhill. I suggest another place to eat.

21/03/2026: The furnishing is too cramped and atmosphere noisy. The Hereford burger was okay, but the cheeseburger was sloppily made. They also don't have a refill policy - free or pay - which seems kind of backward.

30/01/2026: Ordered burger menu but never got it because the system didn't work even though I had the receipt from the order and the staff didn't help with it

23/06/2026: I saw a 4.3 rate and that’s why we ordered but the taste is very basic nothing special plus packaging is like they throw everything inside. Not ordering again

13/06/2026: Japanese original Sushi. Unsurpassed quality in today's Copenhagen. Back to the roots. Take Away with own orders enjoyed more than 20 times. Get flashbacks to Denmark's first Sushi place, Højbro Fiskehus, (near Christiansborg), where Keiko Henriksen - a classically trained (7 years of apprenticeship!) Sushi chef - held court for the Danish elite, who wrote tributes to Keiko hung on the walls. The same standard is Isamii Sushi in Valby!
