16/12/2025: Sorry for disturbing you during working hours. Since there was no one else but me, I didn't take the number, but the employee commented. When I then buy the cake, she puts the cake on the other side of the counter than where I am standing. Then she just left. It's bad style.

21/11/2025: The two times I've been to Lagkagehuset in the center of Rødovre, I've come away with a good piece of baked goods, but in return the most indifferent and energy-depleted service. I'm pretty sure it was the same girl, and this time she didn't manage to look at me once during the service, not even when she said goodbye, with the most superficial "have a good day" I've heard in a long time. Flat feeling!

29/10/2025: Els thought we were in a documentary. She saw the big Heineken stars on the side of the bus and shouted: “Harm! This is the Heineken Kidnapping Tour!” I tried to explain to her that we were in Denmark, not Amsterdam. But she had her headphones on and was listening to Peter R. de Vries's audiobook. The bus started, lights flickered, someone put on Daddy Cool—and suddenly everything made sense. “Willem Holleeder made of wood,” she mumbled, “but with better music.” She tapped her Heineken glass rhythmically, her Johnny’s Vintage and Leathers jacket gleaming in the purple neon light. 25/09/2025: ⚠️DO NOT BOOK HERE!!⚠️ The bus never showed up!!! We booked well in advance, but when we had 30-40 guests waiting on the day, and when we arrived 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive, we called the company, where they said they were prevented from showing up..‼️ We had to order taxis for all guests to get into town, at our own expense… Simply UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

13/09/2025: If you could give 0 stars, yes, they would have! This is for me a first timer: It is apparently forbidden to sit with a computer in this café. Not just inside, no, not even outside where I would have sat down to sit in peace and quiet with my coffee and read a little. The owner comes rushing out and asks me to pack my computer away without giving me a real explanation. What kind of place is this where you are not even allowed to sit with your laptop and work while drinking your coffee? I had bought both coffee and a crossfit, but apparently that was not enough. I was directly asked to pack my computer away if I had any hope of being there. This is extremely petty. If you run a café, you have to expect people to use it to sit and socialize, work or read. Otherwise, it just ends up as a coffee shop without customers!

26/09/2025: We held our team day at Herkomst. It was a full-day event with meetings, catering, dinner and a party. We simply couldn't have had a better experience. Everything worked from start to finish – the details were well thought out, the food was really delicious, and the drinks were just right. A special thank you to Signe, who was always attentive, helpful and ensured that we had a good time the whole way through. It made a huge difference and gave the experience an extra boost. We can highly recommend the place, both for professional and social events, or just a nice evening – we left with smiles and good memories!

13/09/2025: Honestly not a very good place… The doormen are super aggressive for no reason. Personally, I was kicked out of there because I wouldn't hand over my jacket because it was super cold on a winter night. Then my friend and I were grabbed with a strong grip, and we were practically shouted at. In addition, the music is always the same and there is always quite a bit of smut and tackyness all over the place.

30/06/2025: Super bad service this morning. Snarly, uncoordinated and not very friendly. Throwing food on the table as if they weren't hired to serve. Strange way to do business.

27/06/2025: To the Manager in Charge, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an unacceptable experience on June 27, 2025 at approximately 9:00 AM. At this time, there were two employees on duty, one of whom – the tall woman – was extremely disrespectful to both customers and the surrounding area. It seemed as if her sole purpose was to scare away customers, and unfortunately I must say that she was successful in this. Such behavior damages the company's reputation and may result in the loss of loyal customers. I kindly request that this matter be taken seriously and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.

07/01/2026: Terrible when you associate barbecue food with something that can be eaten. Tuesday, January 6, I bought barbecue chicken and French fries, I have bought that before in other places. But here we got a barbecue chicken that was probably made before Christmas, it was small and extremely dry, looked like a dried-up carcass. The taste was like the food you throw away, because they are no longer suitable for human consumption. And as for the French fries, they were the worst, only a few French fries were longer than 15 millimeters, and the vast majority were leftovers, something that should have been discarded. It was not worth pointing out, and probably the worst experience we have had in a long time. A food store that does not even know when an item is old, or just does not have a quality that is worth eating, you should not buy barbecue food there, because it is like drawing a lottery ticket. Pizza is the only thing I would buy there, but it is often very salty and there is not much filling. If the review was recent, the Pizza would get a few more stars.

13/11/2025: Do not shop at this place. They owe me 21,375kr and refuse to pay. If you want to eat with a clear conscience, eat somewhere else than people who order vegetables from a small business and refuse to pay afterwards. Boycott this restaurant!

27/01/2026: 😡😡2 times this year I have ordered from there, and both times were totally wrong and/or defective. Nothing to do with the delivery. So when you call the restaurant, the conversation is conducted in such a way that it is expected that you can get by in Chinese. But do not get the correct food despite this, nor the correct amount of money back. I am SO!! TIRED of the place and will not order from there again!!! 😡😡😤

05/08/2025: Really bad food experience. Very few things from the buffet that were not returned.

05/08/2025: Inedible! This is the first time I have left a buffet without being full. Several of the “hot” dishes were cold. The food was not seasoned at all. The man who cut the meat cut with the fibers, so it is impossible to get through. All in all, this has been my worst restaurant visit ever.

08/01/2026: Juice was very good, sandwich okay. Expensive for what you get after all. The service was uninterested and lacking a flair. Not my place.

30/06/2025: If you value respect from bouncers dead dumb asking a dansk mix race 43 years old an id after letting the 17 year old from graduation to get in as they are the right color ! A shame bouncer rushed me so I moved to the street to avoid the trespassing rule he tried to implement by invading my space and thinking that pushing me with his chest was ok until his colleague told him not to as I offered passive alternatives , honestly don't go there I'm thinking about pressing charges

31/10/2025: I was scammed, bought a couple of drinks including a sommersby. When i changed my mind and asked cashier to deduct the sommersby he only deducted -10 altho the price for the sommersby was much higher. This happened 31/10/2025 at 10:25pm in the evening.

24/10/2025: Most basic products which you need. Food tasty. Staff kind of friendly. Can't complain (and require) much.
