20/10/2025: Expensive bowls, but they taste delicious. They had a bit of a monopoly on Bowls at the beginning - but now the competitors are catching up with them. You can get just as good or better bowls elsewhere. Taste or pleasure.

20/10/2025: A bit strange and boring composition. The tempura shrimp were not crispy and seemed undone inside.

16/10/2025: The wait is incredibly long. We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite the restaurant being completely empty. I ended up with a completely overcooked filet mignon. When I pointed it out to the waiter, he took it and only came back with a new one after over half an hour had passed! So I only got a chance to eat after almost an hour and a half had passed since I arrived. I pointed out to the waiter that I was sorry to have to sit and eat my food alone, now that everyone at the table had finished eating before my food arrived. The waiter said (with a not-so-service-minded attitude) that the only thing he could do was apologize and offer drinks on the house bill. We had ordered one soda and three waters. I would think that they should be offered a bigger compensation when the experience was so bad. We hurried out of there, as the whole experience was completely ruined. It was the first and last visit to Bovi.

30/09/2025: The atmosphere is calm and clean, all the food we ate was delicious, røget laks / mignon / ribeye are a must try

09/10/2025: Good service and very friendly staff. I think the food tasted good, but my recommendation would be to add more shawarma and less salad to the durum rolls.

11/01/2025: We only received 1 bowl out of 2 bowls ordered. After that, you couldn't call the restaurant and had to get hold of the other department and have them contact us. Terrible service. Ordered via Just Eat. And then they got 2 “sour” smileys in a row, latest December 2024. Found mold and poor cleaning. Don't order from here..

19/01/2026: The sushi was really good, and the sashimi is something I highly recommend trying if you visit. Incredibly fresh with an amazing flavor. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the Japanese music adds a special touch to the overall experience. At first, I was served by a young staff member who was a bit shy but very kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, I can’t give 5 stars due to the service later in the evening (excluding that young girl). Around 9:00 PM, another staff member came to our table and removed the all you can eat tablet without any explanation or a simple smile. I understand the kitchen was closing, but a friendly gesture would have made a big difference. Also, at 9:00 PM the music was turned off and the restaurant started to smell quite strongly of smoke. Even though the place was still open for another 30 minutes and there were customers inside, I believe guests should still be treated as customers until closing time. Overall, great quality sushi and sashimi, but the service experience could be improved to truly match the food.

09/11/2025: The sushi is good, above standard. Sticks okay, but like everywhere else. The service was happy and smiling. But that doesn't change the fact that their soda system was semi-dead. It took them 30 minutes to pour 2 half-dead sodas. It took 50 minutes from when we ordered sushi until it arrived. Their focus was 90% on serving take-out customers. 3 tables with guests. A total of 7 people - and yet the service took 50 minutes. In addition, those Spotify teenage playlists work pretty badly for a cozy moment while you eat, but it was clear that the 2 girls serving thought it was fantastic. We received several apologies about the wait, but that doesn't change the fact that it ruins the experience.

19/10/2025: I visited Katsura Restaurant with two others. We ordered the buffet, where you can order almost anything you want via an iPad. After about 20-30 minutes, the waiter came and took the iPad without saying anything, which made us confused, since we were not finished and thus had not eaten for the over 800 kr. we had paid. The food was also very dry, and the waiting time was long, even though there were only a few other guests in the restaurant. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend the place, as it is expensive and the quality of the food does not live up to the price.

05/10/2025: Ordered a spicy mango like I have done before. But this time he had thrown a whole can of chili into the dish. It was simply inedible.

17/09/2025: Ordered food for delivery, they charged me on mobilepay, got a "we are 15 min late" message, so the total time should be 65 min instead of the promised 45-50. 10 minutes after the food was supposed to arrive I tried to call the number provided, but there was no connection. 40 minutes AFTER the promised (already delayed delivery time) the food arrived, the kids were on their way to bed. So the total delivery time was almost 2 hours. It's not okay at all when you pay 1100 for fast food for 4 people.

08/12/2025: would give 0 stars if i could. not only did they forget to hand me my takeout order and had me waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes, but i also got extreme food poisoning from the sweet harvest bowl. absolutely awful. i would avoid this place.

04/12/2025: Not only have they made big mistakes and given me something different than what I ordered 2 out of the last 3 orders I made, this time what's supposed to be the vegan sandwich is filled to the brim with mozzarella. Could be the serrano sandwich. And you can't even call them. They also removed half the salads as options, including the vegan one. It's very disappointing.

26/12/2025: How the mighty have fallen. If this is the level McDonalds is delivering, their future is bleak. Food is abysmal, service is slow and inattentive, not clean, piles of boxes in the kitchen, food was packed by a three year old (or so it seemed). Stay as far away as you can.
