04/10/2025: Chicken was very dry, staff looks unprofessional, place was messy.

27/08/2025: Horrible, raw chicken, pita without chicken, just carrots...

17/02/2025: Came there on Wednesday, 12th of February 2025, and it was closed. No furniture inside, no logo sign outside. It's like the cafe doesn't exist.

24/01/2025: I bought vouchers for Lua. I've been unsuccessful twice. The first time I couldn't buy takeaway (tried to call many times before, but the phone never gets picked up). There was nothing written that you couldn't use the voucher for takeaway and you can order takeaway via Just Eat. The second time was Friday at 11:15, when the café was completely closed - according to the voucher and Google it was supposed to open at 11:00.

28/02/2026: We ordered pasta totollini and there wasn't much pasta and gogonzola but way too much cream so it was swimming around - You could hear them arguing in the kitchen and it's not good for customers to listen to.

20/02/2026: Shut up. They couldn't even make a simple order. When I called and pointed out the mistake, all I got was an argument and poor excuses. They have no idea what quality or service is.

11/10/2025: I got kicked out because I fell down the stairs, but otherwise it was a fun evening

11/10/2025: Place to avoid, we had a table and Chinese guy told us to go away, although we been here before. Blond people going in but others clearly no. Such a shame for Denmark

17/10/2025: The doorman was very unpleasant. Asked him several times what his reason was for not letting me in. He just kept threatening me with his audio recording. I would really like to hear it :) In reality he was just racist because I had a friend with me of a different ethnicity. Sick that still has to be the basis for Copenhagen's nightlife

29/11/2025: The food is terrible, I do not recommend it, and the wait for food is long.

05/11/2025: Fried rice with shrimp. The dish tastes like someone dropped the salt shaker in it. The vegetables and rice are boring.

22/06/2025: Pathetically slow service, not okay for a train station. Have to leave my coffee behind to catch a train even though they had 10 min to make it

08/06/2025: Clean and neat. The coffee is mediocre and overpriced. Too bad there aren't just one or two small tables outside the bar itself, so you can drink a cup of coffee while waiting for someone from a platform, so you can keep an eye on those you're meeting.

27/02/2026: Food arrived late, cold, was not tasty, and no compensation given. Do not go.

12/02/2026: Disrespectful, rude and downright disgusting delivery. Refused to bring the food up, then comes down and picks up the food that is ON THE GROUND ON TOP OF SNOW. The delivery guy sits in his car and stares and just manages to say out the window “the food is there” The food is ok, but don’t order from there

23/10/2025: The steaks were cool today which they haven't been the other times we've been there, why not keep the same standard and quality as before

20/09/2025: Disaster, first we got our drink, but we had to send it back because there was stuff floating around in it. Then we had to wait 50 minutes for the food which was completely tasteless. Ordered a t-bone that was inedible, got a different kind of meat instead but had to pay for the t-bone. Old fries, tasteless meat, Unfriendly staff. Also extremely expensive, compared to what you get

28/10/2025: I don't usually use Lagkagehuset on Falkoner Alle, but it was on my route. I had ordered click and …it works in other places, but here the bread was dry. It's a matter of trust to buy something you haven't seen. So a bit of a pain to get something that's dry.

14/09/2025: 3 girls (young women behind the counter). I order a large Caffè latte and a cream puff - pay...when I see the cardboard box I ask for a plate for the cream puff. Then she goes into the back room. It would have been good style to say that a colleague makes my coffee. Mess in the window with empty plates - 1 muffin alone on a plate - most of it is randomly placed. Very dingy window. The shop was not full of customers - those people probably know the terrible service. Those girls should have been trained in customer service and cleaning (so it looks nice). I only came there for Falkoner - next time I will definitely choose another place.

08/01/2026: It says they open at 9:00, but are they actually open there?

19/10/2025: The place is great, I even got a free Filur once but the problem is just the pricing. Some products are overpriced and some are not.

28/12/2025: Don’t bother… Had one falafel and a chicken kebab both in pita. Mostly salad, boring sauce, quite rough place and noisy staff which did not even answer back when I said ”thank you, bye”. It was cheap though, so I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learnt!

17/12/2025: One kebab had almost half of it just lettuce. Mine was a bit better. I see it's hard to find a good kebab in Copenhagen.. Accustomed to the kebab standards of my home country, it's hard for me to enjoy just anything.

04/04/2026: The quality of the meat was low. It was not properly cooked and not recommended!

29/11/2025: Slow service. Waited 20 minutes for 1 cheeseburger, and it wasn't exactly anything to write home about. In the meantime, I was completely stung - straight home to the shower with me.. experience

27/11/2025: Maybe I was just lucky - but the place gets way too much hate. The food was okay, even tasted good, not gourmet, but good, and the service was also nice. If you're looking for a place with cheap but good burgers, this is recommended.
