09/11/2025: Bought a grilled chicken that I asked to be extra crispy, but when I get it home, both the fries and chicken are completely soggy and soft. Super disappointing. So I call and explain the problem, and then they are so nice to deliver a new grilled chicken to the door, which this time is absolutely perfect. Super good service!

27/12/2024: Everything terrible. The worst that I experienced. Service was terrible also. And the tables was full of dishes. They don't have enough staff to handle the crowd.

21/12/2024: This place is amazing. There service is top noch. And the food is very good with chep prices. I met a guy who's name is Arafat. He suggest me which food is good and its actually very good.

09/12/2025: The head waiter was rude and had an unpleasant attitude telling a woman in our group to “be quiet” in a clearly demeaning way. The restaurant also seems slightly understaffed which trickles down to the other staff members as well. The food is just okay.

22/11/2025: I have to say I don't understand the other reviews at all. The staff was smiling and welcoming and only came down to us after 5 minutes and asked if we were ready to order. We got the pizzas only 10 minutes later (and we saw the other tables doing the same). The pizzas were amazing! You got the feeling of sitting down in Italy, so 165 kroner for us was super nice, especially because the restaurant is also inside Tivoli. The atmosphere was great (especially when it's dark outside). I asked for some oil and I was actually given options. Then we had to pay and the waiter was so professional and stood nicely away until we had paid. We will come again! Really good experience.

29/11/2025: They should be damned ashamed. Squeaky cold fries, cold not fully cooked chicken, remoulade that is too old and a (ALL too small for 60 kr.) chicken salad with limp old lettuce and mega dry chicken, I will report them to the Danish Health Authority as they clearly have no control over preparation and hygiene. I had to throw it all out and eat rye bread as I don't want to risk getting sick. ADD. PS. I have a hygiene education so I know what I'm talking about. DEAR CONSUMERS DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE YOU RISK OF GETTING SICK.

04/12/2025: Not only have they made big mistakes and given me something different than what I ordered 2 out of the last 3 orders I made, this time what's supposed to be the vegan sandwich is filled to the brim with mozzarella. Could be the serrano sandwich. And you can't even call them. They also removed half the salads as options, including the vegan one. It's very disappointing.

13/12/2024: Ordered and paid for extra meat. Didn't get it He was stingy with all the filling I could have eaten 8 of the pita breads. If it wasn't for the dry meat. A kebab that manages to be drenched in oil but still dry.

14/08/2025: Friendly staff. Very busy place with long lines for everything. First you’re in a very long line to pick up food, then another long line to pay for the food and finally another long line to get soft drinks. Food tasted ok but was nothing special. The soft drink dispenser doesn’t work very well especially not if you dispense carbonated coke. The glass will overflow dispensing cola.

05/06/2025: Bought a salad pizza and a Hawaiian pizza today. What a big disappointment. On the salad pizza there was both red cabbage, red onion, grated carrot and pesto that tasted of garlic. The salad looked brownish - Not very appetizing On the Hawaiian pizza there was sliced ​​ham - most reminiscent of the cheap product from e.g. netto that you use for rye bread snacks 🫩🤥 We will not buy pizza from there again

03/06/2025: Really good atmosphere in there, a lot of nice guests and smiling staff. They also have the cheapest prices I've seen in a long time. Can definitely be recommended

04/05/2025: It was the worst club I've ever been to. I left my jacket and umbrella on my table for a few minutes and they put it in the lost and found section. I told them it was mine but they didn't give me my jacket and umbrella. They said you need to know the brand and size and even though I told them they didn't accept it. I waited until half past four to get my jacket. I couldn't get my umbrella back. I stayed up all night waiting with my friends because of the cloakroom manager. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

14/12/2025: We ordered a single juice at around 15.35. There were not a lot of people in the shop at the time so we assumed it would be done before our train departure at 15.59. At 15.55 the juice hadn't been started on yet so we had to leave to catch the train. The staff were very unfriendly and if anything takes more than 10 minutes to do you should warn the customer before they buy it, especially at a train station. So you're welcome for the free money.

27/11/2025: Ordered Açai bowl and Overnight Oatmeal, oatmeal was cold (which is ok) and Açai bowl is frozen and I am getting brain freeze eating this cold food for breakfast. It’s been more than 60 mins now waiting for the bowl to heat up to the room temperature. Sorry but this is terrible, felt like eating ice cream in winter.

01/10/2025: This place was 10 years ago, one of the best places in Copenhagen - now it's one of the worst - durum is a tortilla bread from Lidl, and the meat is the lowest quality.

28/09/2025: I was sick all day after eating it. TERRIBLE. There was too much sauce it also wasn’t good. The food poisoning was so bad and the guy working there was also not nice.

28/09/2025: To the owner. Regular customer here. You should really address staff attitude as mentioned by several others. Upon entering as sole customer I am ignored by two staff members behind the counter for an awkward minute that do not even recognize my presence. The service once initiated is cold and off-putting. Your customers deserve better! It is not a lot you need to do to lift the standard and if would be a welcome change. If you had more competition around here you would surely loose businesses. Not sure if you see or respond to this but any customer walking through the door would appreciate an improvement in this matter though.

13/09/2025: Service at Dampfærgevej is top notch, especially the 3 that I usually shop with in Who Knows. Really good coffee, good bread, though on the slightly expensive side.

29/10/2025: The first course which was scallops was far below par basically tasteless. It went on from there. The venison was good. The service was atrocious. Took approximately 30 minutes to get service between courses and took approximately 25 minutes to get our first cocktail. Our cocktail came at the same time as our first course so quite a disorganized. We were so impatient at the end we couldn’t even have a coffee. We just waited so long between courses and service the Bill of course took another 45 minutes.

05/09/2025: A place is beautiful, we were so welcomed, hospitable waiters, a Polish woman and an Italian, high professionals who made our stay great! Spa is too expensive for us, 1000 dkk per person, so we gave up ! But having a drinks was very nice

27/07/2025: The first thing that struck me when I walked in was the smell of reused oil which made me gag. We chose to sit outside thinking it could be better. Then we saw rats! Pretty cute but not in a restaurant. We had already placed our order, which was a sub- standard, reeking of the same oil obviously. The only safe item we had was probably beer. While we felt bad for the owners because they're clearly struggling to keep their business running, this place is a health hazard.

28/06/2025: It's delicious sushi and a large selection for vegetarians. The staff is accommodating to extra requests, there is always room in the restaurant and orders are ready on time :)
