23/11/2025: Yesterday, Saturday, November 22nd, we had booked a table at Cafe Kaiser - Stengade 35, 3000 Helsingør for roast pork ad libitum. When we arrived, you could hear the noise from the people sitting inside Cafe Kaiser, right off the street. It looked like an uncontrolled children's party 😳😱🥵 We thought no, we won't, but I then went in to see if we could stand it because we were hungry and had been waiting all day to visit the place for the first time. But NO, it was a terrible noise and very unpleasant. I went up and told them at the bar that We had booked the table, but they had to cancel our reservation because the noise was so terrible. So we left disappointed and hungry... When we left disappointed and hungry, we passed Rib House... You could see that there were quite a few people too, so I'm a small 2-person table by the window. We went and read their menu sign on the street, then we walked a little further, then we went back and read more. We did that 3 times, we were freezing, hungry, disappointed and just plain bad. I thought, wow, it's probably like Jensen's Steakhouse, and it's just bad.. We went in and asked if they had a table for 2.. They did.. We weren't seated by the window, we were seated at the coziest place! We were directed to the coziest place, a small half 'glass box' There were quite a few young people working there, the service was absolutely top notch!✨👍🏽🫱🏽‍🫲🏾👍🏽✨ Cute young smiling people who were totally spot on! We got an order slip, and ordered our food, side dishes, told what the meat should be fried in, how the meat should be fried. Again I thought, oh no, Jensen's steak house again. Next to us were 4 adults with children, the smallest little one a 2 year old girl, she was very disruptive, she made a lot of noise and screamed a lot 🫨🤫 The parents let the girl run around, so they ran after her, so it was very disruptive. Which unfortunately took a lot of the fun out of it 🫨🤯 Then our food came.. I have to bow in the dust!✨🙌🏽✨ The food was simply SO delicious!✨🥩🧈✨ Super delicious mushroom sauce, delicious meat, delicious garlic butter! Boring fries, I must add. If you ignore the child, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! After we ate, we ordered take-your-own ice cream, which was soft ice cream ✨🍦 ✨ Again, it was a super delicious quality soft ice cream that tasted heavenly!✨🍦✨ There were a lot of accessories, lots of liquid chocolates, ALSO white chocolate DELICIOUS! ✨😋 ✨ There were also different sprinkles you could put on. The only two things I regret are that I didn't take a picture of our food but I really thought Jensen's steakhouse, and when we started eating, we just enjoyed it.. The other regret is that we hadn't been to Rib House before.. So thank you to Café Kaiser for having a monkey party without equal, because otherwise we wouldn't have gone to Rib House.. Thank you to the sweet and very talented staff at Rib House and Thank you to the chefs at Rib House - We'll be back!✨🙏🏽✨

29/08/2025: Everything about this restaurant was simply amazing! The location is perfect, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the variety of foods was outstanding. I loved that it was self-serve, making it easy to try so many different dishes. Every bite was delicious, and it truly stands out as one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who has the chance to visit—you won’t be disappointed!

07/11/2025: If you want top-class food and service, then Dém is for you! You are greeted with the warmest welcome and for the employees, the customer is definitely the focus, you can feel it! We were several people and two children and ate for almost no money considering how much you got. It's not the last time we come 😍😍

23/09/2025: Handmade ice cream of the highest quality – creamy, intensely flavored, and with exciting flavors you won't find everywhere. Served with good coffee in a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of beautiful Svaneke, it's the perfect place for a break while strolling through town.

07/11/2025: Of my extensive history of going to restaurants in Copenhagen, this stands out as the worst. The food was so poorly cooked, the pan-fried fish was soggy from butter, and the smoked salmon starter just reeked of coming straight out of the packaging before being slapped haphazardly onto the plate. My friend was served a wienerschnitzel and had a bite, when the server came back and said, that it was actually for a different table. We let them know, that a bite had already been taken. Their response? “They won’t notice”. Blurgh 🤢

12/10/2025: Very good location, right next to the ferry and easily accessible to the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a positive. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms does not meet the standards of this hotel category: stained carpet, paint residue on the windows, a dirty and loose shower lip, and unevenly painted walls. The refrigerator was so loud that we had to unplug it to sleep. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with little choice and no fresh fruit. Furthermore, the men's restroom was already dirty at breakfast at 6:30 a.m., and the trash can was full. It should have been cleaned before breakfast. The spa area is only accessible to those aged 16 and over, which was not stated anywhere beforehand. We ate out because of the high restaurant prices. Overall: great location and friendly staff, but not good value for money.
