09/08/2025: This hot dog was really good — you could tell the sausage was high-quality and contained plenty of meat. We had it with everything, and it was the right choice. On top, there was mustard, ketchup, pickles, and crispy fried onions.

14/05/2026: Ciao Ciao on Nordre Strandvej in Helsingør is one of those restaurants where everything just works. We started the evening with garlic bread, which was exactly as it should be. For the main course, we chose beef tenderloin, and it certainly did not disappoint. The meat was tender and tasty, and it was clear that the ingredients here are in control. But the absolute highlight of the evening came last: a vanilla ice cream with biscuits and caramel, which was simply irresistible. The kind of dessert you talk about on the way home. The staff deserve a special mention along the way. The service was absolutely top-notch – attentive, warm and professional without being intrusive. You felt really welcome from the first bite to the last. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and it all contributes to an evening that just feels right. Ciao Ciao is a must-visit in Helsingør – whether it's for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends. We'll be back!

25/10/2025: Considering the cost of living in Copenhagen, the food is decent for the price. However, at a time when racism is a sensitive issue, even though I said I was Korean, I asked how to say "annyeongyeoseo" in Swedish, and they said "jjayojjayo." ㅡㅡ One server didn't bring me extra food even though I clearly ordered more, instead motioning for me to take what I asked for. It really made me realize how high-class Korean service culture is. Since I'm Asian, they assigned an Asian server to my table, but if it weren't for that person, the service was stellar. 23/06/2026: Doesnt look like much,- But Maybe the best Thai food in dk. Food is authentic and every single dish I’ve tried is spot on. Fair warning,- the chef will spice it up to the real Thai experience. 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Do yourself a favor and try the Cashew chicken! It’s delicious!

03/04/2026: Tasty Thai food in nice size portions. It is a take away place but we ate in at one of the 2 small tables. It’s not restaurant but I like that it’s more like a street food place with just tasty food. It was a bit cold as it was a cold spring day. Nice and spicy and fair prices. You have to deal with some wok smoke and fragrance og stirring fried Thai food 😋. The food arrived very quickly.

22/06/2026: Was pleasantly surprised at the food here. The fried pumpkin is possibly the most crunchy thing I’ve eaten in my life, and the dish of the day was pointed cabbage, which was an explosion of taste and texture. Pointed cabbage is a very common dish in Danish restaurants, and I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had a version as good as the one here. So all in all a great recommendation, especially as prices are also among the cheapest you can find in Copenhagen.

16/06/2026: It was a delight sitting outside tucking into a delicious cake and drink while watching all the happiness around. Wonderful array of sweet cakes here. Can't complain. Yum 😋.

28/02/2026: If you want quick pizza without anything added or taken off then this is a fine place for that. If u want anything taken off or added to ur pizza then there is a good chance they wont follow those instructions.

25/06/2026: Best tonkotsu ramen I've tried in Copenhagen! Update: I've ordered takeout twice recently, and it seems like they've changed the recipe. The soup is thinner and tastes a bit saltier than usual. I've found the quality to fluctuate a bit. Maybe I've just been unlucky.

20/12/2025: Their buns are so dry they could dehumidify a basement + lack salt and are sparing with the butter. The porridge is really good, however.

18/12/2025: It is a new wave italian place with full of nice and young people. Food is always fresh and dinamic. Strongly recommmend if you dont want to choose but like to eat in a nice cosy place. Good variaty of wines that support the menu that is mostly from sea that is my favorite with good combination of vegetables.

12/12/2025: Such a cozy restaurant with great food 😍♥️ it is a set menu of antipasti, sharing style and everything was delicious. On top of that our waiter was so nice and made the whole experience much better.

20/09/2025: Definitely a good pizza, nothing remarkable but very good nonetheless. I love the thin crust, the service was great, and the inside seating area is cozy and definitely adequate. One of the few pizzerias in København doing their best to keep the prices under control, so they absolutely get points for that! ✨
